My apologies, I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find it and the search option yielded me with no results.

 

I have the Japanese Version of KhuX on one of my devices, but it's an apple device.  I put it on that device back when the game first launched and I've been f2p ever since, though it's usually second hand to my NA version.  However, now that I'm getting more active in JP version, I find that spending time doing one day at a time for missions is really tough due to the time difference and want to get a weekly vip thing one time to stock up on useful medals such as planes and such.

The problem is I'm unsure how to go about doing so on an apple device.  I know with a google device the rules are more lenient and the game doesn't necessarily care where the money comes from, but I'm worried about Apple's stinginess with billing addresses and credit cards and what not.  Does anyone know how to make a purchase on an apple device that won't get me in any kind of trouble with the whole different region thing.  I don't want to get struck on my american iTunes or KhuX, but I really want to do the vip once for the reasons stated above.  Is there a way around this or would I have to try to back up my game on a Facebook account and then do everything on a google like device?

 

Secondly, if I DO have to go the FB route, how do I back up Jap X to Facebook?  Does an english Facebook account matter or would I have to go through some other means?  Thanks in advance.  Sorry this post is so lengthy.

You'll need to purchase a Japanese itunes card and redeem it on a Japanese iTunes account, from what I've heard. If you still can't get a purchase through, then switching to a Google device might be easier, since the Play store automatically converts currencies when purchasing jewels (prices show up in dollars instead of yen on the jewel screen, for example).

 

As for backing up your JPUx account, open the menu > 引き継ぎ > OK, you have the option of backing up to Twitter, Google, Facebook, mixi, or SE, the rest of the process is pretty straightforward (entering in your choice account + account confirmation email). You can change your backup account at any time (menu > 引き継ぎ > OK> アカウント変更)

It doesn't matter what FB account you use, but keep in mind that backing up to Facebook does not exactly function in JPUx like it does in NAUx--FB only serves as backup in JPUx, there is no link/sharing on FB ala NAUx.
