We know of most if not all of Aqua's abilities from the little game play that's been shown.

We see all of the action abilities that you get after finding a gear such as Double Flight and Air Slide (I'm not sure if Shotlock would be counted as an action ability, I'm pretty sure that would be in its own section) and it's also apparent that she probably has High Jump based on the way that she does back flip jumps in the gameplay footage. I think it can be assumed that she has Combo Plus cause I believe all Kingdom Hearts games by default have 3-hit combos, but after seeing the final trailer for 2.8, I'm a little curious about something.

There's no Abilities tab in the main menu. I thought that there might be a way to view these skills in the menu just because it'd be helpful information to know wouldn't it, but with the absence of the Ability tab, maybe all of her skills are unmentioned passives that are just set in stone. (If that's the case, I really hope that she has Second Chance and Once More because for the harder difficulty I really don't want to die to being locked into a combo by that Mirror Aqua boss)

The other thing that's not there is an Items menu option, This could possibly mean that Aqua has unlimited pocket space for all those Potions and shit, but personally I think that would be slightly unbalanced. (Then again, should we expect game balance for such a short entry?) The other question then is when Mickey joins your party, does this mean he won't be able to use items or maybe instead of equipping items for him he takes it from Aqua's inventory (Pls no)

My thoughts are that maybe all that stuff is located within the Customize tab.

I dunno just something to think about because I'm getting antsy for the release of 2.8 and I want to keep my KH hype strong through blank conjecture! But maybe the game is too short have a need for it. With this game basically being a loose preview of what's to come in KHIII, shouldn't we get to see what to expect?

I think she has those abilities from the start, because unlike Sora, Aqua hasn't forgotten anything.

Also, Nomura did say the only way Aqua gets stronger in this title is through leveling up, maybe there are no items or and the abilities are automatically and permanently equipped upon aquisition.
