Special Attack Condition: Damage Multiplier By Slot

Hey, I am wondering if anyone knows how to figure what this is per slot.

 

My Lexaeus B has a multiplier of 3.36 - 4.63 that varies according to the medal slot number he is in. I know what the high and low numbers are but what about those in between? 

 

My Fenrir only has a Reverse slot at #4 and I need to know what that multiplier is so I can compare it to my other medals
