{this is the good cole scenario}

Years have passed since Cole saved Empire city from himself from the future who went by the name of Kessler. The reaperers and the First sons have joined forces and created another Raysphere, that would affect the city agian. Cole has died since then so now its up to the new superpowered hero/villans to save/destroy empire city. The Raysphere has given different powers; you can use lightening, fire, water, wind, earth, weather, and stuff like this, nothing like super strength or super speed.

Name: Reed Dexer

Age: 21

Bio: Reed Dexer was an orphan for most of his life, he had just gotten a job as an electician when the Raysphere went off and Destroyed the building he was in, causing the electric box to light on fire and elecrecute and burn him giving him the new powers after his body was radiated by the Raysphere, now Reed doesn't want the Reapers and First Sons to take over Empire city so he is going to put a stop to it.
