A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Terrian looked at Maleficent, the wheels turning in his head as she coaxed her way into his heart. You'll give me the power of a Master, to protect the things I love? To bring back my family? Is that even possible with the Darkness...? Yes, it was. He once heard of Keybladers from the Realm of Darkness who used their power to do good. He'd be like them, only in this Realm. He wasn't afraid of the Darkness...because he didn't know what the Darkness held.

Maleficent swung her staff to her side, summoning a Dark Portal. "Come, child," she motioned gently, a small smile on her lips. "The strength you seek awaits." Just beyond the portal, she would become his. She would use him just as she used his Master in the past. It would be perfect.

Terrian glanced from Maleficent to Lightning, making his decision. He would do whatever was necessary to gain the strength that he needed. He took his Keyblade back from Lightning's throat and turned around, starting to walk to the portal. But he didn't get too far when he felt somebody stop him.

 

Lightning grabbed Terrian's arms from behind, pinning them so he couldn't raise his Keyblade and strike her. "Stop, you idiot!" she hissed. "This isn't the way!" She knew all about death. She lost her parents and step-parents, sister, and friends who were like family. And she knew that the Darkness wouldn't bring them back. The Darkness was what took them.

"You foolish girl!" Maleficent hollered in outrage. She was keeping the boy from coming over to her. "Haven't you ever heard of free will?!" She swung her staff, a green fireball headed for the young woman.

 

Riku ran forward instantly, stopping in time to deflect the magical attack. He winced when he got burned slightly, but he otherwise kept his ground in front of Terrian and Lightning. "Forget it!" he snapped. "There's no way you're taking him!"

Lightning nodded in agreement, glaring at Maleficent as Terrian struggled against her. "You only take away people's free will!" she cried, reminding the witch of what she did to her so long ago. "I know what you do, and I'm not letting anyone else suffer that." Even the boy who had been about to kill her before Maleficent came and distracted him.

"Besides, I'll find a way to set things right," Riku said, keeping his glare fixed on Maleficent. "Just like I did after I was with you. Darkness isn't the only way, and you know it!"

 

"You are all fools!" Maleficent hollered in rage. How could they be so ignorant of what lies behind the Light? Darkness would rule forever! "You will regret the day you defied me!"

Terrian struggled against Lightning, finally tearing his right arm out of hers. He spun around and hit her with his Keyblade, the broad side of it impacting the side of her head. She crumbled to the ground because of the incredibly hard hit, and if she wasn't unconscious, she would have been soon enough. That's what you get for taking away my right to choose. The next thing you'll receive is death.

Riku heard the movement behind him, and he let his guard down as he looked over his shoulder. "Terrian?" he said in shock. What was he doing?! They were just trying to help him!

"Terrian, stop!" Hallie cried from the doorway, running over to her best friend. He wasn't facing her, so she wrapped her arms around him from behind, over his shoulders even if he was taller. "Don't leave us!" She couldn't handle that! She couldn't handle what was happening here and now, with Terrian striking down somebody innocent like that. It already felt like she was losing him.

Skylar took the opportunity to attack the witch, having entered the room just behind Hallie. He chucked his Keyblade at her, hearing her cry out in pain. He didn't care if his Master wasn't around! He was going to protect his friend!

Lightning grunted, fighting her blurring vision as she lifted a hand to her head. I can't go unconscious here! She heard Hallie continue pleading with Terrian to stay with her and not go with Maleficent, but she couldn't pay attention to the conversation. She was probably going to pass out, whether she wanted to or not. Riku did a good job making Terrian strong.

Riku blinked in shock, and upon seeing Skylar approach the witch again, he ran forward. He grabbed Skylar's arm and yanked him back in time to have him avoid the witch's spell. However, he was the one who took the blow instead. He was forced into the wall, a rough grunt leaving him. There was too much ruckus going on that he wasn't surprised the students showed up. But he wasn't about to have them get hurt. Light, just give me a few minutes. He would help her in a second.

Sora ran into the room next, sending a blizzard spell at the witch. Maleficent was supposed to be dead, but she always seemed to have a way of coming back to life to torment them. Sora just wasn't about to let her torment any of the students. "Skylar, get out of here!" he ordered, rushing in for an attack. This was far too dangerous for him!

Skylar didn't hesitate nodding, running over to Terrian and Hallie. He grabbed the former's arm and started to pull him out of the room. No way was he going with that freak!

 

Riku recovered in time to see Sora run in, and he pushed himself to his feet. This room...It was too small for too many people. He was glad Kairi decided to stay out in the hall, having left Lydia with Namine for the moment. "Get out!" he called to the students. This wasn't a battle they were supposed to fight.

Terrian felt Skylar tugging at his one arm while Hallie released him from the embrace, grabbing onto his arm with the Keyblade and also trying to lead him out. After a second of looking at her eyes, he complied, starting to walk. ...He couldn't break her heart. He believed that he may have loved her, even if she seemed smitten with Skylar. He looked back to the witch, seeing Master Sora attacking her. This is one encounter I won't forget.

Riku sent a Dark Aura spell at the witch nearby, his aim excellent. She cried out in pain once more, and he rushed over to stand beside the woman he loved, relieved to see his student and his friends leave the room. They're safe, he thought, firing a Blizzard spell at Maleficent then.

Light was unconscious by the time Riku ran over to her, having stayed awake as long as she could have with the hard blow that Terrian dealt with perfect aim. He hadn't meant to kill her...That was different than what he had wanted just a little while ago. Did he just want to go with Maleficent so badly he was willing to leave her, or did he have a change of heart?

"Get back you fools!" Maleficent cried, swinging her staff and summoning a fiery attack to the two Keyblade Masters. She wasn't about to stand for this! She was going to have that boy!

Sora jumped back and lifted his arms in front of him, grunting roughly when he felt the flames burn him. That was a new move from Maleficent, one that he didn't recognize from the past. Had she gotten stronger since they faced her last?

Riku lifted an arm to shield his face, though he winced faintly in pain. After that, he recovered, chucking his Keyblade and striking Maleficent in the stomach. She doubled over with a cry, and he knew that Sora could use this as his chance to land a mighty blow. They had to get her out of here...immediately.

Sora saw the opportunity that opened for him thanks to Riku's attack, and he didn't hesitate taking advantage of it. He ran the distance between him and Maleficent and swung his Keyblade, putting a lot of momentum behind it. Maleficent didn't stand a chance against them, even if she was stronger than before. They still would beat her.

Maleficent gasped at the strike, bringing a hand to her chest as she backed up. "You...will pay, you imbeciles," she hissed, glaring up at the two. The portal was still open, and she knew better than to stay. It would be the death of her. She continued to walk backward, toward the portal. It was time she took her leave.

Sora glanced back at Riku and saw that he wasn't making a move to follow Maleficent, so he didn't either. Some other day, he thought, glaring at her as she vanished. They had to clean up the mess she made here before they did anything else, and Sora wasn't thinking about the furniture. He was thinking about Terrian, and the lies he seemed to buy into.

Riku watched Maleficent go, and once her foul stench disappeared alongside the portal, he summoned his Keyblade away and knelt down next to his beloved. "Light?" he said, putting a hand on the side of her head. What did Terrian do to her? There wasn't any blood.

Light felt the hand on the side of her head, the voice also snapping her out of unconsciousness. She grunted softly and lifted a hand as she laid on her side, setting it on top of Riku's on her head. She was alright; she just had a pounding headache. This wasn't a serious wound, since Terrian only hit her with the blunt side of the weapon.
