Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Light smiled softly at Riku's gesture as she moved her hand, running it along his arm until her hand found his chest again. She shut her eyes and exhaled a soft breath, her smile fading away because of tiredness. She had been ready to sleep earlier, before she remembered she had something to say. Now it was time to sleep.

The next day

It was around ten in the morning, and Kairi just finished up breakfast with Namine before she got back to work on her wedding plans. It was so bizarre, making all of them. She hadn't thought she would be planning a wedding when she was only eighteen, or with Sora. But...it was amazing. She loved that young man with all she had. She couldn't wait until their big day.

Sora walked up the stairs to get to the right floor in Kairi's apartment building, the man knowing that Kairi was expecting him now. They were getting together to iron out some more details concerning their wedding, which was quickly approaching. He couldn't wait until that day came. He wanted to elope, so that he could be married to Kairi right away, but she was against that idea. She wanted a day with her family and friends.
Kairi looked through a book of color palettes that was sitting on the coffee table in front of the couch. She couldn't make up her mind on what she wanted. She still had to look for a dress, but she was pretty sure this was the hardest part of the wedding planning so far. These colors were very important. Whenever Sora got here, he would have to help.

Sora passed by Namine in the hall, who was on her way to go to work. He smiled and waved at her, and he got a similar response. He'd have to catch up with her sometime; it had been a while since they had time to talk. Everyone was so busy right now, though, especially him and Kairi. He approached the door to the apartment and opened it, since it was left unlocked for him. "Hey babe," he called in greeting once he stepped inside.
"Hey sweetie," Kairi called, her eyes still on the color palettes. But she then turned her head, looking over her shoulder to see her husband-to-be in her apartment. He was just in time; she already decided one color, but she wanted him to pick the other.

Sora followed the voice to the living room, smiling at the young woman who was staring at the books. "Too engrossed in those to give your fiance a proper greeting?" he asked, giving Kairi a cheesy smile as he opened his arms to her. Even if she was sitting down now, he wanted a hug from her.
Kairi naturally smiled at the name, leaving the book on the coffee table as she rose to her feet. She approached Sora and kissed him on the lips before wrapping her arms around him. She'd seen him just last night, but seeing him every day always made her feel warm.

Sora's eyes naturally closed at the kiss, and he wrapped his arms around the small girl in front of him as he gently kissed her back. This is a much better hello, he thought, fighting the urge to smile. He couldn't wait until they were living together and he could kiss her right after she woke up in the mornings. Or right before she fell asleep. Or anytime that he wanted.
Kairi kissed Sora lightly, though she pulled back from the kiss a moment later. She let her forehead rest against his, her eyes remaining closed as she smiled. "You're just in time," she said softly. They had planned on working on their wedding today.

"No kidding," Sora breathed softly, keeping his forehead against that of his beloved. "I don't think I could have survived if I stayed away from you any longer." Of course, he knew that she was talking about him being on time to plan things, but he meant what he said. It was very hard to stay away from Kairi now that they were engaged.
Kairi smiled a little more, lifting a hand to sit on the back of Sora's neck. She gently started playing with the spikes there. "We can't have that, now can we?" Without him, there was no wedding. Without Sora, there was no Kairi. She couldn't live without him.
  • Author
"No we can't," Sora agreed, smiling softly in agreement. He was kind of important to the wedding, since he was going to be the groom. He was looking forward to it so much already, even if people often believed that the weddings were more for the bride than anyone else. He still couldn't wait for the day when Kairi would become his.
Kairi opened her eyes, looking up at the person she loved. No, they definitely couldn't have the wedding without him. He was an essential part of that special day. Their special day. She was so excited...

"You sure we can't elope?" Sora checked softly, opening his eyes to look at his future wife. He always considered the idea, but in the end, he agreed with Kairi. He wanted his friends to have a part in their special day. Riku would be ticked off if he wasn't a part of everything. And Namine...he didn't even want to imagine the wrath he'd receive from her.
Kairi giggled softly. "As nice as it would be to be yours as soon as possible," she stated softly, "we can't." They had already done a large amount of planning for this wedding. They couldn't back out now.
  • Author
"Yeah, I know," Sora said with a sigh, taking his hands away from his fiance. He also moved his forehead back a little so that he could look past her to see the book she was staring at before. "So, what're we planning today?" he asked, glancing back at her.
"Wedding colors," Kairi said with a small nod, taking her hands away from Sora as well. She turned, starting across the living room to take her seat back on the couch. She already had one figured out, which was a color she adored. But Sora would be the one to choose the other.
  • Author
Sora arched a brow, following Kairi to the couch and sitting down beside her. "Why would you need my help with this? You're good at picking out what matches." He honestly didn't care too much about the colors; all that he cared about was him and Kairi. ...And the food. That was important too.
Kairi turned her head, gazing at her fiance. "Because this is our wedding, Sora," she said with a small smile. "I've already chosen a color, and I want you to choose the other." It was just a request. If he really didn't want to, he didn't have to.
  • Author
"Okay, um...What did you pick out already?" Sora asked, glancing from the book to Kairi. Not only was he curious, but he also wanted to know what she picked so that he could make his decision better. He prayed that she didn't pick a hot pink, but he doubted she would. She wanted a pretty nice wedding, and hot pink wouldn't fit into the plans they already made.
Kairi's smile only remained as she leaned forward, flipping back through the pages of palettes before she found the blues. "This one," she said, setting her finger on a swatch. It was the prettiest of blues, a color she treasured. She saw it every day.
  • Author
"That one?" Sora asked with an arched brow. What's so special about that color? "You sure you don't like this blue better?" He lifted a finger and pointed at it, seeing that the blue was more like an ocean blue. That was the color he would have expected Kairi to pick out.
Kairi hummed, her smile softening as she looked to her future husband and nodded. Yes, she was sure that she liked the one she picked better. If Sora asked why, she would gladly tell him. It wasn't really a secret to begin with.
  • Author
Sora looked over at Kairi, confused about her expression. He liked the blue that she picked out, he did. He just didn't see how it held any significance to them. "What about...this one?" he asked, pointing to a blue that was more like the sky. If she wasn't going for the ocean blue, she'd go for the sky, right? He could never forget that the sky was what kept them together. All the worlds shared one sky, after all.
