Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

The next morning   Riku lingered in the living room as Lightning's guests talked on the sofas. It was the day after Sora and Kairi's wedding, and now that the event was over, everyone was heading ba

Sora grunted and sprinted at the ball, reaching it first because of his superior speed. And it helped that he elbowed Riku on his way to it. He kicked it quickly, sending it down the field for somebody else to get it. In your face, Riku. I still had my way with the ball.
Riku grunted when he got elbowed, lifting a hand to his abdominals. "Hey!" he called. "Now that's uncalled for!" An elbow? Really?

"What, did that actually hurt, Riku?" Sora teased from his spot. "I thought your rock hard abs would protect you...my bad." Of course, he was just joking, making fun of Riku's muscles. He was awfully concerned with staying strong, and it showed. He was sure Lightning liked that, though.
"Oh-ho," Riku laughed, standing upright and smirking at his friend. "Now you're just jealous." He understood it now, or so he implied. After all, this was for fun. But he did appreciate the comment about his abs; he secretly hoped Lightning heard that.

"Jealous that your abs can't protect you from a small elbowing? Completely," Sora said sarcastically, rolling his eyes. As if he'd actually be jealous of that. He had his own set of abs, even if his muscles weren't as evident as Riku's. All that mattered to him was that he could protect his loved ones when the time came.
"That's it!" Riku called, sprinting forward and nearly running into Hope in the process. The boy managed to dodge him in time, but he was still going after Sora. Just for that comment, he was getting tackled.

Sora immediately started running, seeing that the game was momentarilly paused as everyone watched his and Riku's antics. "Lightning!" he hollered. "Control your boyfriend!"

"That's mission impossible, Sora!" Lightning called back, laughing once and shaking her head. She couldn't control Riku even if she wanted to. She just hoped that he didn't turn on her instead of chasing Sora because of what she just said.

Riku laughed shortly. "You see?" he hollered, still going after Sora. "She knows better! Unlike you, buddy!" He realized they were running down their "soccer field", but he wasn't sure if the chase would go as far as that. Either way, Sora was in trouble.

Sora spun around while running, finding a human shield that he could use. He knew she could flip him if she wanted, but she seemed amused, so maybe she would humor him. He skidded to a stop behind Lightning, his hands finding her upper arms as he stood behind her. Riku can't tackle me now.
Riku slid in the sand, though he did glare at Sora as he stood behind Lightning. "Coward," he quipped with an amused smirk. He would use Riku's lover to protect him. He was surprised Sora hadn't used Kairi.

"Nope, smart," Sora said with a smirk. Lightning was humoring him by standing between him and Riku, so that was a relief. If he had to, he could run off to Kairi the next chance he had. He wasn't afraid of Riku; he was just smart enough to know how to not get tackled.
Riku only released a small "hmph" before stepping forward. He stood right in front of Lightning, looking down at her before he reached forward quickly with his hand. He grabbed Sora's upper arm firmly. He wasn't going anywhere.

Sora hummed shortly in amusement, looking down at Light before he looked back to Riku. "Alright, so what're you gonna do now?" he asked. He couldn't exactly hurt him, since Lightning was literally sandwiched between them. What was the point of that?
Riku smirked, closing his eyes before he opened them. He looked down at Lightning with an amused look, but then he lifted his other hand, prying Sora's from Lightning's arm. He then quickly went around her, pinning Sora's arm to his back because of his strength. "You tell me," he replied with amusement. So what was Sora going to do now that he was pinned?
  • Author
Sora shut his eyes, sensing Lightning step away now that he was pinned by Riku. "Crap." That was all that he could think to say, since he hadn't seen this coming at all. He shouldn't have let his guard down like that, and now he predicted he would be thrown in the ocean like he always was when he ticked Riku off.
Riku shook his head, fighting the urge to laugh. He released Sora's arm and instead put one of his larger arms around the boy's head, putting him in a headlock. He then proceeded to rub his fist over the top of Sora's spiky hair. "You knucklehead," he said in good nature. "Don't underestimate me."
  • Author
Sora shut an eye, groaning at Riku's behavior. "You're the one who has his knuckle to my head," he said, cheerily making fun of Riku's choice of words. He wondered what kind of trouble he would get in for talking back to Riku, but oh well. This was fun.
Riku smirked. "Which makes you even more of the knucklehead, don't you think?" he asked with an arched brow. Of course, after he ran his knuckles over Sora's head a few more times, he released him, instead ruffling his friend's hair. "No more hiding behind my girlfriend. That's just unfair."
  • Author
Sora stepped away from Riku, smirking slightly as he turned to look at his best friend. "Since when have you ever cared about fairness? You're the one who picked Lightning up off her feet to steal the ball. And illegally slide-tackle me just a minute ago." Riku didn't care about fairness as long as he got his way.
Riku rolled his eyes, starting to walk off. "Slide-tackling's not illegal," he pointed out matter-of-factly. If he recalled correctly, Sora had done it to him once when they played soccer. He couldn't be changing the rules now. "As far as lifting Lightning goes...well, that was just for fun." He smirked, glancing over at the woman he loved at the mention of her. He also just wanted a reason to hold her, even if for a few seconds.

"We could have scored that goal," Sora said matter-of-factly right back at Riku. "So your fun was probably keeping us from scoring the winning goal." He arched a brow at his best friend, wondering how he would respond to that. The next point in the game won, so any time they got close to the goal, it was pretty crucial. But Riku picked up Lightning and stopped her, for fun and to stop them from winning.
"An even better reason for doing it," Riku said with a smile, glancing back at his friend. His team was only a point behind Sora's, so it was a close game. Desperate times called for desperate measures, as usual.

"Cheater," Light piped from her spot, saying it again even if she just said it a few minutes ago. Riku just admitted that he cheated, but she didn't really care. She still had time to prove herself and get a shot past Snow. She just needed time.
Riku's eyes found his beloved, and his smile only remained. "You still love me," he piped, heading to his spot so they could resume the game. At least he was cheating a game and not on her; he would never do such a thing.
  • Author
"Yeah," Light said, setting a hand on her hip and watching Riku go back to his spot. She looked over at Sora and saw him shrug, so the two of them headed back to their side so that they could resume the game. One more point, and then they could win the game. Their team could do this.
