A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Namine felt the sigh come through her hand, and she took her hand off Roxas's mouth and wiped it on his shoulder to get rid of some of the spit that smelled like beer. "Okay," she said softly. "Just...get back into bed, and sleep it off." She leaned over a little, reaching for Roxas's other arm so that she could help him up. She didn't know what else to tell him except go to sleep.

Roxas started shaking his head, pushing himself up to sit but not getting to his feet. "No...no, I need to talk to you," he said weakly. He didn't want to sleep. He wanted to tell Namine the truth.

"You're in no condition to talk to me right now," Namine said quietly, taking one of Roxas's arms and wrapping it around her shoulders once he was sitting up. She wasn't going to trust his words when he was drunk. He was acting very unlike himself, that was for sure. And she didn't like it.

"No, Namine, stop," Roxas said, trying to pull his arm back. "I don't wanna sleep... I can't if I don't talk to you." He had to, even if he would be a blubbering fool. She had to know that he was sincere despite that, and would never hurt her.

Namine only grasped Roxas's wrist more tightly. "No, Roxas," she said more firmly, though her voice was soft. "I'm not trusting what you have to say when you're drunk, so save it for later." He was acting incoherent and stupid earlier, so whatever he had to say now, she wouldn't know if it was sincere or not. That was why it was better off not talking at all.

Roxas's eyes were locked on Namine's, and he looked at her sadly. "...You don't trust me anyway," he pointed out weakly. She wouldn't even listen to him when he was sober. She never gave him the chance to explain himself.

Namine shook her head softly, looking away from Roxas. "I'm not discussing this with you right now," she said quietly. "So let's get you back into bed." She started standing up, knowing that she could help Roxas into the bed again. She did earlier, after all. She just hoped that he stayed there this time, instead of rolling off and yelling obnoxiously.

Roxas rose to his feet with Namine, though he didn't say anything more. This was so unfair... Did Namine really hate him that much that she wouldn't give him a chance to explain himself?

Namine helped Roxas onto the bed, sitting him down before she stood back up and looked at him again. "Look," she said softly. "If you behave yourself tonight, I'll listen to what you have to say. When you're sober. Okay?" She didn't want to hear him admit he was cheating, but she needed a way to keep him quiet the rest of the night. This was the only way.

Roxas looked up at Namine, his eyebrows furrowing. "You're lying," he said softly. "You hate me..." She wouldn't give him the time of day. She never would...

"I said earlier that I didn't," Namine reminded Roxas quietly. She didn't hate him. "I hate what you've done and how you drank to escape your problems, but I don't hate you." It was impossible for her to hate him, since she loved him so much. And if she hated him, she would have asked Kairi to take care of him. She didn't ask.

"I'm sorry," Roxas said, flopping back onto the bed and staring up at the ceiling. "I was just so sad, Nam. I needed something to make me feel better...No one would help me." Kenzie had no idea, and Sora wouldn't help. He was alone in this, even if Namine had multiple people on her side.

They would have helped if you asked, Namine thought silently, though she said something else instead. "I don't want excuses right now, Roxas," she said softly. "I just want you to get some sleep." And when you wake up, I hope that you're the Roxas I know, not the drunk who nearly hit me with his Keyblade. That had been...terrifying.

"It's not an excuse!" Roxas cried, sitting up and looking at Namine in disbelief. He was telling the truth! Everyone was against him, especially Riku and Kairi. They didn't want him anywhere near Namine after what he supposedly did.

Namine didn't respond to Roxas's outburst verbally, only giving him a look to remind him of what she said before. If you behave, I'll listen to you tomorrow. Yelling definitely wasn't considered good behavior, especially since Namine was being kind and helping him despite what he did. He probably just didn't see it in his drunken stupor.

"Please, just listen to me now...I don't want to wait to tell you about my feelings," Roxas said, forcing himself to his feet so he could talk to Namine properly. "You deserve the truth, Namine. You're amazing and beautiful, and I'm just...a screw-up. A big screw-up!" He smacked his hand to his forehead, potentially hurting himself.

"Roxas! Would you stop that?!" Namine scolded, her voice slightly raised as she stepped forward and grabbed Roxas's wrist when he hit his forehead. He was acting completely unlike himself right now! He normally wasn't so down on himself, and so that was how she knew not to trust his words. He would regret talking to her right now, when he was drunk, instead of waiting till he was sober. She knew it.

Roxas's heart skipped a beat at the touch, and he looked at Namine sadly. "Just hear me out..." he begged softly. "Riku will hit me any other time I try to talk to you." Namine was Roxas's girlfriend, so he had the right...but then again, she ended things. That was why he drank in the first place.

"You'll have another chance to talk to me when you're sober. I promise. Just...lay down and go to sleep, before you say or do something you'll regret." Namine let go of Roxas's hand, looking up at his face as she waited for him to react. She hoped that he just gave in and listened to her right now; he couldn't keep being stubborn like this; it was only making things worse.

"I can't sleep...I haven't been able to since I heard you thought I cheated on you," Roxas said, stepping away from the bed and raking his hands through his hair. "That stupid rumor...I would never do that to you. I love you, Namine. Cheating on you would be the biggest mistake of my entire life." He was facing her now, trying to sound sincere, even if some of his words were slurring.

"Roxas," Namine scolded sternly. "You want me to listen to you, but you're not listening to me. I don't want to hear this when you're drunk. And if you keep insisting on talking about this, I'm going to walk away. Just go to sleep. I'm sure the beer will help you sleep just fine." At least...she hoped so. She needed him to stop talking to her for now; his drunken words weren't going to win her back.

"...You don't believe me," Roxas said, looking down at the ground sadly. Namine didn't believe that he loved her, did she? He would make sure she knew. In his drunken stupor, he approached her, setting his hands on her shoulders and having her sit on the bed. "I do love you, Namine, and I'll prove it to you." He reached behind him, pulling his shirt over his head. He would prove how much he loved her right now.

Namine's eyes widened when Roxas made her sit down, though she didn't understand why he was taking off his shirt now. "What--? Roxas! No!" Namine cried when she understood what he was saying. She pushed herself up from the bed, stepping away from it quickly. You're insane, Roxas! No!

Roxas dropped his shirt on the ground, lifting an eyebrow. "Why?" he asked softly, his fuzzy mind not understanding. "You don't want to?" He wanted to show her how much he loved her... Namine didn't want to know?

"No, Roxas I don't! This is why I don't trust what you have to say when you're drunk! You're not yourself right now!" Namine felt her cheeks turn red because of the frustration and shyness to the topic Roxas subtly brought up before she turned and started out of the room. She had to leave, before things got out of hand.
