Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Namine silently nodded. Yes. She didn't know what else there would to be set right, except Roxas's relationship with everyone else. Sora must have known the truth by now, but Riku and Kairi were still furious. Either Namine would have to talk to them or Roxas would. All of them had a lot of bridges to rebuild after all the misunderstandings.
Roxas's eyes remained gentle as he gazed at the person he loved, and he moved instantly. He stopped in front of her, kneeling down as he looked up at her as she sat on the couch. "Namine," he said softly. "Look at me."

Namine lifted her head out of her hand, glad most of the moisture was caught in her hand when it was covering her eyes. She wiped at the little moisture that remained below her eye and looked at Roxas as he requested, seeing his gorgeous blue eyes right there.
Roxas felt his heart breaking at the sight of Namine's sorrow, though he knew he caused her a lot of pain the last few days, even if it was a misunderstanding. "...We've both made mistakes," he told her softly. "It's okay as long as we both understand that. You misunderstood me, and I didn't let anyone else in on what I was doing so it looked bad. Really bad." He shook his head slightly as he looked up at her. "All that matters is that we both realize what we did wrong. You can agree to that, can't you?"

Namine nodded faintly, though she did disagree a little bit. "I think there's something else that matters more," she said quietly, smiling weakly. "And that's that we love each other." Love conquered all, right? That was what she heard a million times before. She liked to believe that it was a true statement, since she had so much faith in love.
Roxas smiled ever so slightly, nodding faintly in agreement. "That's right," he said softly. He did love Namine. He always had and he always would. Nothing would change that.

Namine's weak smile widened a tad, her pale blue eyes on Roxas's brighter ones. "So...boyfriend and girlfriend?" she asked quietly, though she had a feeling she already knew the answer. They both wanted to set things right and take each other back. They were both in the wrong, but she knew they could move on from this. Their love was strong enough to conquer this trial.
Roxas lifted one of his hands, setting it on Namine's knee and rubbing his thumb over her sweats. "What do you think?" he asked with the same small smile. He forgave her, because it was his fault she thought the way she did in the first place. But he did have one request.

"I think yes," Namine said softly, savoring Roxas's small, subtle show of affection. She had missed that more than she thought she had. "I hope yes." She could forgive Roxas for drinking, just as long as he promised to never do it again. And she was still going to scold him for that, because it was such a stupid thing to do. But she would do it with love.
"It is yes," Roxas said, his smile growing a little. "It'll always be yes, but....I need you to do something for me." Namine had to trust him more, or at least come to him before she made any big decisions. Like ending their relationship.

Namine's smile widened at the first part of what Roxas said, then dimmed again at the latter. "What?" she asked softly, setting her hand on his. She didn't know what she could do, except maybe give him some of the cookies she just made. She'd do that whether he asked or not, though.
Roxas looked down at the hand Namine set on his, and his smile faded. "Next time you have doubts, come to me first, okay?" he requested softly, glancing back up at her eyes. "It bothers me that you don't trust me..." She wouldn't give him a chance to explain himself. That hurt.

Namine's smile disappeared, and sadness reappeared in her eyes as she looked to her hand on top of Roxas's. "I'm sorry..." she said weakly. He was right; she should have gone to him first. She had just been terrified of hearing him say that he was cheating. She didn't want to be dumped, so she dumped him first. That was wrong of her.
"It's okay," Roxas said with a small shake of his head. "Just...talk to me first from now on, okay?" One of the most important parts of their relationship was whether they trusted each other or not. He trusted her; Roxas just needed Namine to do the same.

Namine nodded faintly, biting her tongue to keep herself from trying to explain herself. She didn't need to give excuses, not to Roxas. No matter how she said it, she made a mistake. So what if she was scared? She still should have talked to him. "I'll talk to you next time," she said quietly. "And I'll trust you, even when it looks bad."
Roxas nodded. "Thank you," he said softly. He appreciated her saying that, and he hoped Namine kept to her word. Loyalty and trust were very important, and he had both toward Namine. He loved her greatly. He wouldn't let some girl come between them, ever.

Again, Namine nodded faintly, lifting her eyes to Roxas's and smiling weakly. "Um...would you accept some cookies as ten million more apologies?" she asked softly. She could say sorry over and over again for not trusting Roxas, but she knew he wouldn't want to hear it. But he would want cookies.
Roxas's lips spread into a smile, his eyes brightening at the idea of Namine's cookies. "Definitely," he said. He would always accept Namine's cookies. They were delicious, and he hadn't had them in what felt like weeks.

Namine's smile widened at Roxas's, the air around them becoming lighter. "They're fresh out of the oven," she stated. She could still smell them, too. "I bet they're nice and warm." She would take one or two for herself, and then hide them once Roxas was done. Kairi needed some too, after all. And maybe Sora, and Riku, if he ever stopped by.
Roxas lifted Namine's hand to his lips, kissing it lightly before lowering it back to her lap. He pushed himself to his feet and instantly went to get some, now noticing the smell of them. How hadn't he caught it before?

Namine laughed at Roxas's eagerness to get cookies, and she decided to just sit back in her chair instead of fighting him over cookies. If he thought of it, he'd bring one or two back for her. She exhaled a soft breath and leaned back into the couch, tilting her head up to look at the ceiling. She was glad that was sorted out; fighting and breaking up with Roxas was always unpleasant. She hoped it never happened again.
Roxas saw the cookies were in a bin, so he just grabbed the whole thing and went back to join Namine on the couch. He sat close to her on purpose, holding the bin of cookies in his lap as he grabbed one of them. "Want one?" he asked with a small smile, his eyes on his beloved. She was his again...and he hoped for good.

Namine looked over at Roxas, smiling at how close he was. "Sure," she said, reaching towards him and snatching the cookie he took out of his hand. She smiled and lifted it to her lips, taking a small bit and staring at Roxas with teasing, loving eyes. He asked if she wanted one, and she wanted this one. The one he took. It was fun teasing him like that.
Roxas gave Namine a look at the fact that she stole his cookie, but his smile reappeared instantly. He grabbed another cookie and took a big bite out of it, sighing at the chocolate that melted in his mouth. These cookies were fresh, just like Namine said.

Namine giggled at Roxas's behavior, seeing how much he loved her cookies. As she ate hers, she had to admit that they turned out good. But they always did, since she was so used to making cookies every few weeks now. Everyone always loved them, so she made sure to keep some on stock when she could.
