A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"...Thank you," Roxas said, his mouth full of the cookie as he turned his head to look at the person he loved. Namine made the best cookies, but that wasn't all that he was thankful for. He was thankful that she wanted him back, and that they were together again.

"Mm," Namine hummed with a small nod, swallowing her cookie. "No big deal." She figured he was referring to the cookies, and that truly wasn't a big deal. She had made them without knowing that he was coming over. It was just good luck that he came over as soon as she was done making them.

Roxas leaned over after he swallowed his cookie, kissing Namine lightly on the cheek before devouring another one of the treats. Maybe...she would accept his proposal after all. It wouldn't be for a while, but there was always the possibility...

Namine lifted a hand to her cheek after the kiss, her fingertips touching where Roxas kissed before she pulled it away and looked at her hand. "Roxas," she laughed, seeing the chocolate that was previously on her cheek. There probably still was some there from his sloppy little kiss. You're such a messy eater, goof.

Roxas glanced over in curiosity, but upon seeing the mess he made on Namine's cheek, he fought the urge to laugh. He swallowed his bite of cookie before speaking. "Whoops," he said, smiling ever so slightly as he lifted his free hand to wipe at the chocolate with his thumb. "Sorry."

"Yeah, sure you are," Namine said, rolling her eyes and lifting her dirty hand. She lightly tapped Roxas's nose with her chocolatey fingers. She smiled as she pulled her hand back, seeing the chocolate on him now. He was cute when he was messy; she had to admit that was true. But he was cute almost all the time.

Roxas put his thumb in his mouth, getting the chocolate off of it after he wiped away what was on Namine's cheek. He felt the chocolate that was now on his nose, and he laughed. "If you have any melted chocolate, we could totally have a chocolate war," he said with a small smile. "But I doubt Kairi would like that." Especially because of him. He still wasn't on the best terms with her.

"No she wouldn't," Namine agreed, shaking her head. "Besides, why waste perfectly good chocolate like that?" Her smile widened, the girl reaching over and taking another cookie out of the bin. It was no secret that she loved chocolate, but what girl didn't? Diamonds weren't a girl's best friend; chocolate was.

Roxas smirked slightly, giving Namine a look before moving the cookies over to his side opposite her, acting possessive. That's because he was. These cookies were delicious. There was no way he would have Sora get a hold of them. He claimed them already.

Namine dropped her cookie when Roxas moved the bin, the treat falling back into the box. She lifted her eyes and looked to his face, rolling her eyes at his expression. "Jerk," she said teasingly, nudging him with her elbow. Wasn't she allowed to have any of her own cookies?

"You subconsciously made these for me," Roxas said, lifting a cookie and taking a big bite out of it. As he started chewing, he gave her a look. "And you know it." Namine probably didn't, but it gave him an excuse to keep his hold on the bin.

"I know nothing," Namine said with a small smirk, reaching across Roxas so that she could take the bin away. He couldn't eat all of those; she had to save some for Kairi and for her other friends. She wondered if any of them would stop by soon, since they dropped by a lot lately. It didn't really matter to her either way, since she had Roxas now.

Roxas pushed the cookie bin farther down the couch when Namine leaned over, ignoring the chocolate on his nose as he shook his head. "Nope, they're mine," he said. "I already claimed them." Her cookies were always too delicious to refuse. Sure, she could have some, but the majority of them were his. For now though, he would act like all of them belonged to him. It would lighten things, even if for a little while.

"And I made them, so I'm taking them back, despite your claim," Namine said with a smile, pushing herself up from the couch and turning so she could walk in front of Roxas to get to the cookies. She had to tear him away from those, before he grew attached. Those cookies weren't all for him, after all.

"Can't you hide them from Sora at least?" Roxas said, knowing he couldn't stop Namine now. It wasn't like he would tackle her to the ground over cookies; that was just ridiculous, no matter how much he loved her cooking.

"I'll try my best, but you know Sora," Namine stated with a small smile. He could smell cookies a mile away. And Kairi would probably tell him about the cookies...so that Roxas would have less. She wondered how her sister would react to her and Roxas being back together. Hopefully it wouldn't be too bad.

"Mm," Roxas hummed, nodding slightly. He did know Sora, considering he was actually a part of him. He was just the...darker side, angrier. The thing was, Sora wasn't exactly happy with him at the moment. No one was...

Namine reached down and grabbed the bin, seeing a few cookies missing. "You want any more before I take them back to the kitchen?" she asked him, shifting her gaze to him as she held the box. She figured he probably would, since he loved cookies so much. And he almost never lost his appetite.

Roxas leaned forward slightly, looking into the bin and taking the largest ones, which were around three. He held them in his hand before smiling at Namine. Thank you, for everything. She took him back after everything...after he got drunk and wanted to... It was wrong of him, no matter what. He shouldn't have done what he did.

Namine hummed a little at Roxas's expression, the blonde leaning down and giving him a kiss on the top of his spiky head before she started towards the kitchen with the cookies. She wondered if Roxas had the rest of the day free, because she knew she did. She had absolutely no plans, with anybody.

Roxas felt his heart skip a beat at the kiss, and he followed Namine with his eyes for a moment. He really had missed her, even if they were only apart for a few days. But those were a few of the worst days of his life.

A little later

 

Namine sat on the couch underneath Roxas's arm, tears flowing from her eyes as her gaze was locked on the TV. Since they had no plans, they decided just to watch a movie. Namine picked it out, but now she was wishing she had picked a different one. She forgot how sad this one was, so she was crying now because of that. She should have picked a comedy instead...

Roxas wasn't one for chick flicks or sappy love stories, but it was what Namine wanted to watch, so he agreed. Now he kind of regretted it, considering she was crying. He rubbed her shoulder while gazing at her, leaning over and kissing her on the side of the head. "I'm gonna shut the movie off, okay?" he told her softly. "I don't like to see you cry." He started to take his arm back, about to get up on his feet. Little did he know, a certain redhead and nineteen year old were on their way to the apartment, just in the hall.

"Okay," Namine said quietly, lifting her hands and wiping at her eyes. Ugh, you are so on edge. Why'd you pick a sappy movie? It was a good story, yes, but it wasn't worth the crying. Especially since she had done that a few times in the past few days already. Enough was enough.

Kairi smiled at her best friend, hearing more about the situation with Lightning that he was in. She was staying here on the Islands permanently, which obviously had Riku thrilled. Kairi was glad to see that he was so happy. After all the hardship he went through, he deserved some light in his life. She unlocked the door to her apartment, walking in with her friend behind her. They made it past the entryway before Kairi stopped dead in her tracks, Riku nearly colliding with her. Her smile was gone, instead replaced with a firm line of disapproval and anger. "You..." she hissed. "What are you doing here?" And why was Namine crying?!

 

Roxas was just in front of the television, having shut off the movie and now standing on his feet. He looked to Kairi with wide eyes, surprised to see her and Riku but also feeling cautious because of the glare he was receiving from both of them. He didn't speak at first, though he did answer after a moment. "...I came to see Namine."
