Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Riku's smile grew slightly, his eyes traveling over Lightning's figure before he looked to her face. "Sold," he said with a small nod. It was hers.

Light hummed with a triumphal smile, taking off the coat and then putting it back on the hanger. "That's good," she said with a small nod, though her eyes then wandered to another display with long sleeved shirts that looked comfortable. She started over, thinking that this store seemed like a lucky one. She hoped that was correct.
Riku watched Lightning in silence, following her whenever she moved around. He hoped that he wasn't annoying her to the point where she nearly blew a fuse. But if she wanted his opinion. he was around.

Lightning and Riku spent a lot of time in that store, but none of that time was wasted. She found everything she could think of needing. A few more pairs of pants, pajamas, undergarments, shoes, shirts...She even picked out a nicer one or two, thinking that she could clean up nice if she wanted to. She was sure Riku would like that. That was such a successful store that she believed that she was ready to call it quits. She'd be alright for a few weeks.
Riku paid for Lightning's things, handing her a few bags while he held onto a few more. He then left the store with her, thinking they were done. "Heading home?" he asked softly, looking over at his beloved.
  • Author
"Think so," Light responded softly, holding the bags in her grasp. "Unless you have something else you want to do here." The only thing she could think of was eating. But she wouldn't ask for Riku to buy her a meal too, after everything. He seriously didn't think he'd regret spending all that money on her. He must not have seen them breaking up in the near future, which was good. She couldn't see it happening at all.
"Nah," Riku said, shaking his head as he glanced around. "I kinda wanna get out of here." He never liked being in the mall for too long, and he had been here for a few hours with Light. That was more than enough time.
  • Author
"Agreed," Lightning said with a small smirk. She didn't "kinda" want to leave, though; she definitely wanted to leave. The mall wasn't her favorite place to be, and it wasn't Riku's either. It was time they went somewhere where they were both happy and could enjoy each other's presence.
Riku slowed once they were by the doors, putting some of the bags down. He reached into one. "But first..." He pulled out her new coat, holding it up for her to wear. "Put this on." He would rather she be warm than cold.

Light arched a brow, eyes dancing over the coat until they landed on the tags. "The tags are still on," she said, stating the obvious. What if she walked out of here and somebody thought she stole the coat? That would have created a pretty big mess.
"We have the receipt to prove we paid for it," Riku said with a small shrug. It would be fine. If there were any questions, he would grab the receipt. It was no big deal, at least in his eyes.
  • Author
Lightning hummed after a moment, realizing Riku had a point. Besides, she could actually tuck the tags into the coat once she had it on. She accepted it out of Riku's grasp after she set down the bags in her hands, starting to put it on so they could get going.
Riku watched Lightning for a moment before he grabbed the bags he'd been holding before. It was time he took Lightning home, where he could either stay with her or go home. It depended on what she wanted.

Lightning finished with the buttons and straps, tucking in the tags once the coat was on. "Okay," she said with a faint nod, bending down and picking up the other bags she had set down. She was ready to go home if Riku was.

That night

Roxas stood in Namine's room, which was dark except for a light left on by her bed. He managed to sneak in due to a hidden key out in the hall, and now that he was hiding just beside the door, he doubted she would even see him when she came in. It was late, after all. If Namine wasn't busy, she'd be coming to bed soon. But Roxas knew one thing, and that was that he wouldn't be able to sleep tonight unless he saw her. It had been a few days too long.

  • Author
Namine yawned, ruffling her hair a little bit as she headed down the hall to her room. Kairi was still out, so she didn't bother turning off the light in the living room. She would be back later, though Namine didn't know when "later" was. She forgot what she was even doing. She knew she wasn't with Sora, since he was working tonight. Oh well; she'd ask Kairi in the morning. She stepped into her bedroom, figuring now was as good a time as any to go to bed.
Roxas looked up when he saw Namine come into the room, and he bit his lip to fight the urge to say hello. Instead, he crept slowly up behind her, then lifting his hands to cover her eyes. "Guess who?" he asked lowly.
  • Author
Namine gasped at the hands over her eyes, though the voice gave away who was behind her. That was enough to get her not to turn around and slap them. Or scream. "Roxas. You nearly gave me a heart attack!" she scolded, her tense shoulders relaxing a little bit. Are you insane? Why would you do that to me?!
Roxas chuckled a little, lowering his hands to sit on Namine's shoulders as he leaned over her shoulder and pecked her on the cheek. "Sorry," he said sheepishly. "Couldn't resist." Nor could he resist seeing her. He hated being grounded...
  • Author
Namine sighed, shaking her head a little after the kiss. "Jerk..." she mumbled, though she wasn't saying it like she meant it. And that was because she didn't. "I missed you, jerkface," she said softly, turning her head to look at him. It had been a few days since she saw him.
Roxas smiled. "I missed you too," he admitted softly. It had been a few days, but that was longer than he could really handle. That was why he sneaked out.
  • Author
"What're you doing here?" Namine asked quietly, her pale blue eyes on Roxas's brighter ones. She hadn't expected this surprise, obviously. On the bright side, at least him scaring her woke her up enough to spend a little time with him. He wasn't just here to quick stop in, right? He could stay a little?
Roxas took his hands off of Namine's shoulders, stepping past her to sit on her bed. Facing her, he shrugged. "I came to see you. What else?" he told her. His phone was taken from him, and he could hardly leave his room these days. It was rough, being separated from the world. Especially Namine.
  • Author
"I already figured that, goof," Namine stated with a small smile, her eyes following Roxas. "What I meant was, what're you doing here so late?" And why was he hiding in her bedroom? How did he even get into the apartment, anyway? She was sure the door was locked...Maybe he used his Keyblade to get in. That would have worked.
"I had to see you," Roxas said softly, his eyes becoming more gentle. He couldn't stay away from her. That was another reason for him to propose as soon as he could. They could move in together...
