Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Roxas silently closed Namine's door, stepping out in the hall and escorting himself out of the apartment. Their conversation would stick with him for a long time, but he hoped Namine remembered what he said. Whenever she was ready, he was hers.

Christmas

Namine walked beside her sister on the snowy path, the bottom of her skinny jeans tucked into the black boots that went with her black, warm coat. She had a bag over her shoulder, one that she said contained a gift for Roxas. That was true, but it also held the gift she was going to give to Sora and Kairi. It was only a few days after Roxas sneaked into her apartment, but it was a big day. Christmas. It was mid-morning now, and Kairi and Namine already celebrated Christmas on their own. Now it was time for them to celebrate with the two boys who meant the world to them. Sora and Roxas.

Roxas was up in his room, finishing getting ready. Namine and Kairi were on their way over to do a gift exchange, but he and Sora already did theirs to each other. He bought Sora the new video game he had been rambling about for the last month, while Sora got him a new guitar case. He tugged his grey long sleeved shirt over his stomach, fixing it and running his hands through his hair to try and make it look orderly. Unfortunately that couldn't really be done. Regardless, he was a little nervous to see Namine. The last time they talked was the night they discussed a really big decision, and he hadn't seen her since. He hoped she was alright.

Namine saw the house up ahead, unaware that Sora was already playing the video game that Roxas bought him. She bit her lip, nervous but excited to see Roxas. But not because of their conversation the other night. She was actually at peace about it now, having decided that innocence and purity was a part of who she was. A part she wouldn't give up just yet. The blonde stopped in front of the door next to Kairi, ringing the doorbell.
Roxas heard the doorbell from his room, and he already knew Sora wouldn't be the one to get it. He climbed down the stairs, shaking his head as he glanced at Sora. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to buy him the video game, he thought. Regardless, he reached the door and pulled it open, not surprised at all to see the people that were on the side. "Hey," he greeted with a small smile. He instantly stepped back, opening the door more as Kairi nodded to him and stepped inside. No doubt she was going to see Sora.

Namine stepped inside after Kairi, keeping the bag over her shoulder as her pale blue eyes stayed locked on Roxas. "Hey," she greeted, stepping up to him and giving him a peck on the lips naturally. Even if it came naturally, it was still something she thought of as special. Any kiss she shared with Roxas was special.
Roxas smiled, shutting the door behind Namine. "Merry Christmas, baby," he told her softly. He was glad to see her, since it had been a few days. It was always hard to be away from her, but he was ungrounded as of today. Thank goodness too, since it was perfect timing.

"Merry Christmas, honey," Namine returned quietly, a small smile gracing her lips. She stood on her toes briefly and gave Roxas another peck on the lips before she lowered herself to her normal height. This day called for lots of kisses, even if they didn't have a mistletoe over their head. She wanted to show him her love in a way that she could.
Roxas's smile only remained after the other kiss, but he stepped forward, cupping Namine's cheek and giving her a longer, gentle kiss. He missed her, and felt bad about the other night. He hoped she was okay after that; he made her cry, after all. The boy pulled back after a moment, opening his eyes to look at the person he loved. He hoped she liked her gift. He saved up a lot of money to buy it.

Namine opened her eyes after Roxas's kiss, her eyes locked onto his behind her bangs. She was nervous to give him the gift she prepared for him, but she knew deep down inside that he would love it. Besides, it was the thought that mattered, and she obviously put a lot of thought into this gift. He'd love it, just like Sora and Kairi would love the gift she made for them.
Roxas tucked some of Namine's hair behind her ear. "Let's go sit with Sora and Kairi," he told her softly. He couldn't wait to give her the present. Her face would be the best part of all of it.

Namine hummed and smiled faintly, gazing at Roxas a moment longer before she turned around and walked into the living room. There, she saw Sora and Kairi sitting on the couch, with Sora holding a controller in his hand. "Hey," she greeted, getting a semi-distracted "hi" in response. New game, huh? Not the smartest gift to give him. He'd probably be distracted for a while unless he was forced to turn off the game.

"A video game, Roxas?" Kairi called, seeing him walk in behind her sister. She gave him a look. "Now Sora will never leave the house." He would be stuck here for days trying to finish this game.

"What?" Roxas asked. "Would you rather him keep rambling about it? Besides, it was the only thing I could think to get him." It was the best thing he could find. Sora was tricky to shop for.

"You guys don't have to talk about me like I'm not here, you know," Sora stated with a smirk, still staring at the screen. He heard how his two best friends spoke of him being stuck here playing the game, and him rambling. He hadn't rambled about the game! He just dropped a hint or two (or ten) to get Roxas to get the game for him. No big deal.
Roxas smirked. "I'm surprised you're paying attention. Aren't you supposed to be in your own little world now?" he asked, collapsing into the loveseat as he glanced toward the television. Sora barely even said hi to Namine, so now he was listening?

"Selective hearing," Sora said absently, leaned forward on the couch as he stared at the television. Come on, come on... He leaned to the side a little bit, so focused on the game that he didn't notice Namine sit down on the seat beside Roxas and set down her bag. She also giggled at him softly, but he didn't hear that.
Kairi watched her fiance with amused eyes. Hopefully he would turn that game off soon; she and Namine came over here for a reason, after all. It was Christmas, and they wanted to spend time together with their favorite boys. "....Can you pause that for five minutes?" she requested softly. "I'll let you get back to it after we exchange presents."

Sora shook his head softly, pausing the game. "I can't, sorry babe," he said quietly. "But I can turn it off and focus on you the rest of the day." He saved his game, at a good stopping point. He wouldn't come back to it later unless Kairi gave him permission to. This Christmas was the only one they would have when they were engaged; he wanted it to be a good one.
Kairi smiled, lifting a hand to rest on the back of Sora's neck. "Thank you," she said softly, running her fingers over his spikes briefly. That was more than she asked of him, but she would accept that offer. By this time next year, they would have their first Christmas as husband and wife. It would be wonderful.

Sora hummed, smiling faintly as he turned off the console by using his controller. He set the controller on the table next to him before he looked over at Kairi, careful not to make her move her hand off his neck. He would give her whatever she wanted, or even more if he could. His angel deserved it.
Kairi gazed at Sora for a moment, still captivated by his blue eyes after all this time. But she tore her eyes from his and looked to her two blonde friends. "You guys ready to exchange gifts?" she asked with an excited smile. She loved this time of year, and she loved to read people's expressions when they found out what they received. It was always so nice to see.

"Yup," Namine said with a smile and a nod. "Let's do it." She couldn't really give her gift to Roxas in front of everyone, so she'd wait until a little later to give that one to him. She was sure he would understand once he figured out what the gift was. It was special in more ways than one. It couldn't be wrapped.
Roxas took that as his cue. He saw Kairi reach for her gift for Sora, but he went over to the Christmas tree to grab the package he had for Namine. It was expensive, and fragile, so he hoped she wouldn't shake it too much. He picked up the box with a blue bow, approaching the couch and holding it out for her. "For you, m'lady," he said with a smile.

Namine giggled softly at Roxas's words, her eyes going from him to the box. It wasn't huge, but it wasn't tiny either. She accepted it out of his grasp, carefully removing the bow before she started unwrapping it. And as soon as she tore off enough of the paper to see what it was, she gasped. "Roxas..." A high-quality camera!? It looked similar to the camera she borrowed from Ben a while ago to take Sora and Kairi's engagement pictures. That was a great camera.
Roxas had taken his seat beside Namine as she opened the present, and when he heard her gasp, he only smiled. "You didn't even open it all the way," he commented with amusement. Of course, she didn't really need to, but still... Her reaction made him blush slightly. He lifted his hand to scratch the back of his head of spiky hair. She likes it...
