Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"Okay...what about me, then?" Lightning asked with an arched brow. Riku could tease Sora and Roxas for doing dumb things, but he teased her just as often for other things. She had heard from Sora before that Riku didn't taunt people as much as he used to, though. Apparently he went too far with a few taunts in the past.
Riku's smile grew. "I laughed at you today when the time called for it," he said as he looked down at the person he loved. "You're not as graceful on a board, Light." She fell quite a few times, but so did he. He couldn't really talk.

Light rolled her eyes, though a sly smirk started forming on her lips. "Well, at least I didn't run into any other snowboarders. Unlike somebody else I know..." Of course, she was talking about Riku. He collided with her one time because he wasn't coordinated on his snowboard. It was painful but humorous.
Riku laughed softly, turning his head to stare down at his lap. "Sorry," he said with a weak smile. That was an accident, of course, though it was funny. Today was a great day in general.

"Yeah, sure you are," Light said, turning her head away from Riku as if she was angry. Of course, she knew he was sorry; he said it earlier as well when he helped her back up and made sure that she was okay. But of course she was alright; she wasn't fragile in any way.
Riku looked over at Lightning, smirking at her tone. He lifted his hand from the couch and ruffled her pink hair playfully, though lovingly as well. He would never hurt her on purpose, though the Future Riku did.

Lightning ducked her head a little when Riku ruffled her hair, getting more of her pink strands in her eyes than before. She hmphed softly and reached over with one of her hands, lightly poking Riku in the side. She couldn't believe that he was ticklish, but she knew that it was true. Just like it was true that she was ticklish as well, though she wished that wasn't true.
A forced chuckle left Riku at the poke, and he turned slightly so his side was against the back of the couch and he was facing Light more. "None of that," he told her. He wouldn't have the energy to fight her off, nor would he have enough to deal with that kind of torture.

Light smirked slightly, her hand coming back to her lap as she looked up at Riku's face. "What're you going to do to make me stop?" she challenged, lifting her hand again and acting as if she was going to poke Riku again. She wouldn't, though; she didn't want a tickle fight. Not when she was so tired and sore from snowboarding.
Riku lifted an eyebrow, eyeing Lightning's hand before he looked back to her eyes. She was really going to challenge him? Well, he would do something to distract her. He leaned forward, lifting a hand to her face as he connected his lips with hers. I'll do this.

Light blinked when Riku suddenly kissed her, but a moment after that, she shut her eyes. It was hard not to smile, though. She understood what Riku was doing here by distracting her, but she was perfectly alright with that. Her hand that had previously been going for his stomach sat on his chest instead as she lightly kissed him back.
Riku kissed Lightning for a moment longer, then pulling back. He kept his face close, his hand still resting on the side of her face as he opened his eyes. "...Did that work?" he asked softly, smiling a little.

"For now," Light said with a small smile, her hand wandering down so that it sat on Riku's stomach. That was a warning for him; he'd have to come up with something better if he wanted her distracted for longer periods of time. While kisses were great, they were pretty unoriginal. She wasn't distracted that easily.
"Lightning," Riku whispered in caution, feeling her hand wander down from his chest to his stomach. She was pushing it, and he wasn't about to stand for it. She could tease him, but if she tickled him again...

"You're going to have to come up with something better if you want to distract me," Lightning whispered with a small smile, her eyes opening to land on Riku's aqua ones. She hoped he could come up with an idea, even if he wasn't extremely creative.
Riku smirked slightly. "Too tired," he whispered. "Kissing's all I got. Take it or leave it." If Light didn't want that, well, then both of them were out of luck.

Light hmphed quietly, a small smile still on her lips as she shut her eyes. "Shame," she whispered. "I expected you'd at least try to come up with something." But he was tired and so was she. She didn't know why they were whispering, though. It hardly mattered to her.
"You have too much faith in me," Riku commented softly. He then leaned forward, pecking Lightning on the lips before he pulled back completely. He was exhausted and wanted to get to bed, but only if she would join him.

Light smiled faintly after the peck on her lips, her eyes still closed. "No such thing," she whispered. She couldn't have too much faith in Riku. He always came through for her one way or another. He wasn't perfect and neither was she, but she still admired him for all the things he was. Strong, caring, compassionate, and just. And a million other things.
Riku smiled slightly, gazing at Lightning in silence. He wasn't sure how to respond to that, but he was flattered. He was happy to hear that she had so much faith in him, and he was the same with her because of his feelings towards her. He guessed it was the same for Light.

Lightning opened her eyes, but instead of looking at Riku's face, she looked at the pendant that was hanging around his neck. She lifted her hand off of his stomach and lightly grasped the lightning bolt in her hand, her small, light fist against Riku's chest as silence surrounded them for a moment or two.
Riku glanced down at Lightning's hand that encircled the pendant. It was hers to begin with...but now it was his. He held a part of her with him all the time, as long as he had this necklace with him. His heart beated for Lightning, and it would as long as he was alive.

Lightning shut her eyes, leaning the side of her head against the back of the couch as her grip around the charm loosened a little. She wanted to stay up with Riku longer, considering that the sun was only setting now. They had plenty of time to stay up together before they should have gone to bed; she just didn't know what they'd do since they were both so tired.
Riku lifted his hand, lightly wrapping his fingers around Lightning's smaller fist. His eyes found her and he read her expression; she was tired. He smiled weakly. "Come to bed with me," he requested softly. They could get some rest before dinner.
  • Author
"Not yet," Light murmured. "It's too early." If they went to bed, then they would be knocked out cold for the entire night. And that wouldn't be good, considering how she wanted to enjoy every waking moment with Riku as much as she could. They wouldn't be able to avoid the real world and its hassles forever. Just for a few days.
