Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

The next morning   Riku lingered in the living room as Lightning's guests talked on the sofas. It was the day after Sora and Kairi's wedding, and now that the event was over, everyone was heading ba

Riku chuckled a little, squinting when Lightning messed up his hair. Once she was done, he only gazed at her. If she could surf with him in the middle of the night, jump off cliffs, and snowboard down a hill alongside him, all while being a goofball, she could definitely do this. She just had to get comfortable first.

Lightning took her hand away from Riku's hair, seeing it settle a little once her gloved hand was back down by her side. Riku's hand was still against her face, and she could tell that he really wanted her to have fun. But she had no concept of what it meant to play in the snow, or how it could be fun. Sadly, her childhood lacked anything that could be considered "fun".

Riku ran his thumb over Lightning's cheek, not wearing gloves today. "I'll show you a good example of how to do things right out here," he told her with a smirk. He lowered his hand from her face and turned, spotting his target. Kairi. He took a few quick steps forward before darting at the girl in a run.

Kairi was doubled over in laughter because of Sora and Roxas goofing off in the snow, but now they were done, so it was time her laughter settled down. However, she noticed something heading in her direction, and quickly. Turning her head, the only thing she had time to do was shriek, her eyes widening. She suddenly found herself over her friend's shoulder, getting spun around in multiple circles. "Riku!" she cried. He knew she hated this, especially when he spun so quickly!

Sora cracked up laughing at Riku's actions, though he didn't understand that he wasn't just picking on Kairi out of brotherly affection. He was proving his case to Lightning, who was still standing right by the porch. The brunet didn't catch what was reflected on her face since he was so busy laughing at Kairi, hearing Namine's soft giggles join in. Light's were too hushed for him to pick up on from his spot.

Kairi's world began to spin once Riku calmed down, though she was still slung over his shoulder. What he didn't know, though, was that she was right by a bush that was covered in snow. She grabbed a handful, and lifted up the back of his coat, stuffing the snow down the back of his pants. "Hmph!" she huffed in triumph.

Riku's eyes widened, and he squirmed instantly. "Kairi! You didn't!" He loosened his hold on her, dropping her in the snow. He glared at her, and she was definitely in trouble.

Kairi shook her head, a little dazed but smiling up at her best friend. "I did," she said in confirmation. She totally did.

I...guess I should stop Riku from doing whatever he's gonna do next, Sora thought, lifting a hand and running it over the back of his spiky head. After a moment, he knelt down and scooped up some snow, exhaling a breath in nervousness. "Hey, Riku!" he called, chucking the snowball at his best friend from his spot. Pick on somebody your own size. That was the taunt he would have said aloud, if he was brave enough. Man am I gonna regret interfering...
Riku turned his head away, though the snowball hit the back of his silver hair. He looked over in Sora's direction, smirking evilly. "You're gonna regret that," he told him darkly. He then looked to Kairi. "I'll be back for you in a minute." He then darted toward Sora, covering the distance within a few seconds, tackling his friend to the ground.

Sora grunted when he was tackled, feeling himself slide in the snow a little before he and Riku came to a stop. "Kairi, you better love me for this!" he hollered, knowing he was in trouble with Riku. But he interfered to distract Riku so he wouldn't pick on Kairi, so he hoped that she appreciated that. If not, then he'd teach her a lesson of his own later.
"Of course I do, sweetie!" Kairi called, still sitting in the snow as she smiled at her husband-to-be. Sora saved her from some more taunting, she was certain, which was a relief. Riku looked a little ticked with what she did, but oh well. He deserved it, and he was probably embarrassed in front of Lightning. He was covering it up, though, focused on pinning Sora to the ground.

"Roxas? Namine! Feel like helping out at all?" Sora called, struggling against Riku as he took a hold of one of his arms to pin him down. He hoped at least Roxas would help out, because then, maybe Namine would too. He didn't deserve whatever punishment Riku would dish out; he had just thrown one snowball! It wasn't that big of a deal.

"Gladly!" Roxas called with a grin. He ran over, using his speed to his advantage and jumped on top of Riku, making a dogpile. It wasn't exactly what Sora probably had in mind, but it would be funny nonetheless. And by Riku's reaction, it was...to Roxas.

Riku grunted, feeling Roxas's wait on him as he struggled to keep himself up. "Roxas, get off!" he growled, but then he collapsed, one of his arms over Sora's head and his chest against the snow. Stupid, he scolded the blond.

Namine heard Sora's grunt when he was at the bottom of the pile, but the blonde cracked up laughing just because of the whole situation. Roxas was going to be in so much trouble now; it seemed like right now, Namine and Lightning were the only ones on Riku's good side. But both of them would be picked on any way, just because they were both so close to Riku and the other guys.
"Heh, heh," Roxas chuckled, on top of Riku, who was on top of Sora. "Sorry?" He heard Riku grumble something that probably wasn't appropriate, and he glanced over at the girls, grinning in amusement. Oh well.

Namine chuckled, shaking her head at Roxas's expression. "Bromance," she said simply. That was all that she needed to say to get a groan out of Sora. That groan wasn't from being under a pile, but because of the label. Obviously the guys heard that before, since some people couldn't understand that they were acting like siblings all the time and not something more.

When Riku heard that, he lifted his head, his eyes sharpening. "Roxas, off!" he ordered. "Now!" Forget that! he thought in disagreement. The blond must have taken that as an insult too, because he got off, causing Riku to scramble to his feet and away from his best friend. He gave Namine a look. The comment was unnecessary, and weird.

Kairi was still in the snow, and she reclined onto her back in laughter, her eyes squeezed shut as she released her amusement. The reactions were all too perfect! Bromance...Perfect!

Namine tried her hardest not to laugh at all the guys scrambling to their feet, but it was hard. She knew that she was probably in trouble with Riku now because she said something like that; he was the only one who would actually punish her for a joke like that. She considered running away, but where would she run to? There was no escaping Riku.
Roxas saw the way Riku was staring at Namine, and he approached his girlfriend, wrapping his arms around her. He set a hand on the back of her head, looking over at Riku from across his shoulder. "Don't take it out on her," he told him, though in good nature. "She was just kidding...I think." She better have been, because that was just plain weird. Roxas was Namine's, no one else's. Ever.

Namine smiled a bit cheesily, not sure if she agreed with Roxas or not. Of course she was kidding, but she did mean to get a rise out of the guys. And she obviously did. Still, she would accept Roxas's protection; she didn't really want to be tackled or thrown over Riku's shoulder. She stayed silent, hoping her sweet expression would convince Riku not to do anything rash.
Riku glanced away from Namine, knowing that he couldn't fight that expression. But he did notice that his best friend was still laughing, and rather hysterically. Kairi, he thought, pinching the bridge of his nose. She was having too much fun with this.

Lightning found her way over closer to the group, seeing that all were standing but the girl practically rolling in the snow. The soldier casually tossed up the snow ball that she had in her hand, seeing it land on Kairi's stomach as she stopped over next to Riku. She was a bit defensive of Riku, even if he did deserve all this. it was all in good fun anyway.

Kairi's laughter cut off when she felt something hit her stomach, and she lifted her head slightly to see it was snow. "Hey!" she cried. Who threw that?

Riku chuckled, watching Kairi before glancing over at Lightning. That's my girl, he thought with a small smile, his eyes then finding his best friend again.

Sora glanced around at everyone, having missed the snowball landing on Kairi's stomach. He saw that Roxas and Namine hadn't changed positions, and Riku was standing there with a smug expression on his face. But if he threw it, he would have owned up to it. That left... "Lightning?" Sora inquired, his voice showing some disbelief. The expression that she threw back at him also conveyed that emotion; she was looking at him like he was crazy. But...she did throw it, didn't she?
Roxas kept his hold around Namine, enjoying having her so close since it was cold...and just because he liked it this way. He watched Kairi rise to her feet, though he chuckled at her expression. He saw what happened, and Lightning definitely threw the snowball at Kairi.

"It was you!" Sora cried, smirking slightly at how she tried to cover it up. He bent down and scooped up a snowball to throw at her, momentarily taking his sight off of her. That was a big mistake. Because when he looked back at where she had been standing, she was gone. Instead, she was right behind him. The back of his coat was yanked back at the collar and snow was shoved in, making him holler at the cold. Did she seriously just do that?!
Riku tilted his head back, instantly starting to laugh at Sora's reaction. Lightning really just did that! That's definitely my girl, he thought, continuing to laugh as Roxas did the same. He could see Kairi fighting laughter as well, but ultimately she caved.
