Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora first noticed Terra look over at the water, so then he looked over as well. He couldn't help but smile faintly, though he didn't rise to his feet because of Kairi leaning against him. "Look who's back," he said with a smile, glad to see Aqua. He heard she was summoned by Master Yen Sid, but he was sure everything was fine. Everything was terrific as far as he could tell.
Aqua felt everyone's eyes on her, and she caught them from behind her helmet as she lowered her glider. She jumped off of it, falling a bit before landing nimbly on her feet. She allowed her glider to disappear as she looked at her friends, her eyes dancing over all of their faces in silence. Those smiles...are all going to disappear.

Terra noticed that Aqua kept her armor on longer than she needed to, and her silence. He rose to his feet, greeting her with "hey" as he kept his gaze on her. Maybe things really weren't okay. He had thought they would be fine, but the vibe he got from Aqua was the opposite. Was something really wrong? Was something going to disrupt the peace again?

Kairi's eyebrows furrowed at the way Aqua stood still, unmoving. She was too quiet for comfort. The redhead glanced up at her fiance before focusing on her older friend, wondering what was going on.

Aqua dismissed her armor at Terra's greeting, her eyes on him when her helmet disappeared. Her fearful, angry, and sad eyes were stuck on him before she glanced briefly at the others. "...Things aren't well in the worlds," she revealed quietly, breaking a bit of the bad news.

Lightning blinked at the words, though her eyebrows immediately furrowed. She thought she sensed something off today, and hearing that Aqua was summoned by Master Yen Sid only reinforced that. From what she could tell, the others were shocked that things were apparently not well. But she wasn't. She knew that peace couldn't last forever.
By the silence, Aqua knew she needed to elaborate. "...Master Yen Sid summoned me to send me to the Realm of Darkness," she began quietly, her eyes finding Roxas's blue orbs briefly, which narrowed in suspicion. She looked away immediately, shaking her head. "The Darkness there has increased tenfold, and it's about to threaten our worlds much worse than we thought." Master Xehanort, she thought in disgust, her face showing the emotion as she lowered her eyes to the sand. How could you?

Terra's eyes narrowed, not only in anticipation but because of Aqua saying that she went to the Realm of Darkness. Why did Master Yen Sid send her alone? That place was too dangerous for anyone to go to by themselves! He was glad she made it out alright, but clearly that was the least of her concerns right now. Whatever was going on, it was bad. Very bad.

"It's Ansem...Xemnas," Aqua began, her eyebrows furrowing as she pictured the figures in her head. Their ugly gold eyes... Her gaze found Ven when she said the next name, fear in her eyes. "Vanitas...and Master Xehanort. They've returned." Her blue orbs found those of the man she loved, knowing how much this would impact him and Ven's lives. All of them were in danger, every single one of them.

Riku's form instantly stiffened, his eyes turning icy. All of them? he thought in disbelief. How was that even possible? Ansem...

Roxas grunted at the names, every single one bringing anger out of him. They were back?!

Terra grunted immediately, hearing Namine's startled gasp right along with Sora's. The last name especially hit home, clearly. Xehanort... Last time, Terra was the one to defeat him. And yet he was still alive. Was it something he did? Was he not really strong enough to kill him? He thought he was done business with Xehanort, but apparently he wasn't.

"What?!" Ven cried in shock, looking at Aqua with wide eyes. He looked around the group of friends he was amongst, seeing Light's icy stare directed at the sky and Sora's eyes locked on his fiance. Naturally he was worried for her. But Ven, he was concerned for all his friends, and the worlds. He knew Vanitas's power all too well.

Aqua looked up at the sounds, catching Kairi's hand clutch Sora's leg. The bluenette's eyes darted to Ven at his outburst, though she didn't hold eye contact for long. "...The last time we thought we truly defeated Xehanort, his other forms were in hiding. They've been around all this time, and so has Master Xehanort's spirit. It's gained strength in the Realm of Darkness these past few years, and when I showed up in the Realm of Darkness..." Aqua closed her eyes. "It was his cue to return."

Lightning grunted, crossing her arms over her chest as she looked down at the ground. Well then, she thought. I guess I'll finally be able to make Xehanort pay for what he did to Ven. She wanted to get going, right now. She wanted to hunt him down and finish this, and get revenge for how he ruined her family.
Riku stared at the one leg he had stretched out in front of him, glaring at nothing as he pictured Ansem, Seeker of Darkness. He was back, and the nineteen year-old could already feel his presence lurking in the shadows. Aqua's news brought it to the light, and now Riku knew something bad was going to happen...especially with him.

Terra shut his eyes briefly, regaining his composure. "...Alright," he said after a moment. "So where are they now? What're they doing?" They all needed to work together to stop Xehanort before he did something terrible. They had the strength to do it. He knew they did! Xehanort would never cause the destruction that he had before.
Aqua shook her head, looking up at Terra from her place not too far from him. "I'm not sure. Not even Master Yen Sid knows for certain," she said in regret. That left them with no choice: they had to split up and search for them, something no one probably wanted to do.

Ventus kept his head lowered, which was unusual for someone who normally kept his chin up. But he could already feel Vanitas's presence. He wasn't in his heart and he wasn't in this world, but Ven could feel him tugging at his heart, taunting him. Ready to steal his life. "...We need to go," he said softly, voice serious for once. We need to go now.

"Mm," Riku grunted in agreement. The feeling he had in his heart... It was unpleasantly familiar. In fact, it was a feeling he wished to forget and never have again. Ansem, of course, didn't want that. "He's right. The sooner we track them down, the better."

Kairi sat up slightly, though her hand still grasped Sora's knee. They were leaving again... All of them were in danger. She knew that there would be times when they had to leave, but things were going so well here at home...

Terra glanced down at everyone who was still sitting, his eyes dancing over Kairi and Namine. The two of them couldn't fight, and yet they would be prime targets for somebody cruel like Vanitas. "Let's take a trip to Disney Castle," he said. "The King will want to hear about this." And while we're there, we'll drop the girls off so that they're safe. Then, we'll search.
Roxas agreed without a word, pushing himself up from the sand. He brushed his pants off before offering his hand out to Namine, knowing that she would be coming with instantly. Vanitas could have hurt her the last time, having nearly killed Roxas himself. He wasn't about to leave her unprotected, and he was sure Sora felt the same.

Namine wordlessly accepted Roxas's hands, rising to her feet as she remained silent. What was there to say? Vanitas naturally made her feel fearful, and she was sure Kairi was the same after the nightmares she had a long time ago. What she didn't know, though, was that Sora caught onto Terra's drift and was going to be a part of leaving the girls at Disney Castle. She would be very, very afraid for all her friends, and once more, she would feel pathetic for not being able to help. That was how it always worked.
Riku didn't hesitate rising to his feet and instantly hitting the button on his armguard. His armor appeared instantly, the boy sensing Aqua summon hers again as well. They were wasting no time. With so many villains out to ruin their lives, there wasn't a choice.

Terra knew this world well. The Enchanted Dominion. This was where he, together with Aqua, was searching for Master Xehanort. They had all stopped at Disney Castle a little while ago, and that was where Kairi and Namine were right now. That was also where they created their teams and split up. He and Aqua were searching together, as were Riku and Lightning, and Sora, Roxas, and Ven. He just hoped they found something and weren't ambushed by all the forces at once. He had no idea what to expect from this, but he had a bad feeling in the pit of his stomach.

Aqua's armor was gone for now, but she wouldn't hesitate to summon it if the time arose, just as Eraqus taught her, Terra, and Ven. Ventus...he was with Sora and Roxas, who she knew would back him up if trouble came. But Vanitas made her uneasy, just as Xehanort did. He wanted Terra, the person she loved as a best friend and more. She couldn't lose him...or anyone for that matter.

Terra briefly clapped Aqua on the shoulder, sensing her fear. Stay calm, he silently told her, and himself. Fear would only drive them to insanity. Xehanort was out there somewhere, and they'd defeat him. This time, it would really end. Terra would make sure of it.
Aqua glanced up at the taller figure beside her at the gesture, and she smiled ever so slightly. I know, Terra, she thought to herself, focusing forward again. I know. Usually she was the one out of the two with the cool head in these kinds of situations, but she was so terrified for everyone's safety that she wasn't taking on her natural role. The tides had turned, and Terra was the one who was calm now. Hopefully that would help if they ran into anyone in the Enchanted Dominion.

Terra felt the Darkness hit him like a brick wall the moment after Aqua smiled at him. He stopped walking, eyebrows furrowing as he knew who arrived to see them. It was a level of Darkness that he would always recognize, and always hate. Xehanort was here, somewhere. And only him.
