Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

The next morning   Riku lingered in the living room as Lightning's guests talked on the sofas. It was the day after Sora and Kairi's wedding, and now that the event was over, everyone was heading ba

"Riku's spying," Kairi whispered softly, looking away from her best friend to the Paopu tree. She wondered what Sora would think of that, but she didn't mind. She just found it typical, and a little amusing.

A soft chuckle left Sora's lips, the teen somehow not surprised by that. "Is there a coconut I can throw at him around here?" he joked softly, referring to a prank he had played on Riku a while ago. He had thrown a coconut at him while he was napping and scared him half to death. He and Kairi laughed so hard after that...
Kairi giggled a little. "I'm not sure he'd like that," she said gently, though it was a cute idea. It would definitely bring some happiness around here, that was for sure.

"He deserves it for spying," Sora whispered in response, though he was smiling in amusement. So much for him and Kairi having real privacy, but what had he expected? Riku wouldn't have just left them when they were clearly unsure about what to do. He stayed close in case he needed to keep anyone from walking away.
Kairi laughed again, and she pulled back to look at Sora's face. "He only does it because he loves us," she said with a smile. Of course, he loved them as best friends and as siblings.

Sora looked down, seeing Kairi's expression. "Yeah, sure," he said rolling his eyes but still smiling. "But he could learn to give people some privacy." Riku was always spying on people, not that it mattered too often.
Kairi shrugged a little, her hands lifting to rest on Sora's shoulders. "I don't think he knew this would turn so...intimate," she said with a softer smile. She hadn't expected it either, but it happened...not that she was complaining.

Sora shrugged slightly, his hands on Kairi's waist. "Riku should know us better than that," he said quietly, a soft smirk appearing on his face. Whenever the two of them made up after a fight or disagreement, they always were close and romantic.
Kairi glanced over Sora's shoulder, and she saw Riku look away upon seeing her spot him. She smiled a little more, looking back to Sora and nodding. "Yeah, I think you're right," she said.

"So...can I throw that coconut at him?" Sora asked, a smirk present on his lips. He felt goofy for the first time in a long while, and he wasn't going to let it go to waste.
"Um..." Kairi peeked over her boyfriend's shoulder again, making sure that Riku wasn't looking. When she saw that he wasn't, her eyes fell back on Sora. "Make it quick," she advised. She didn't know how long Riku would lack attention.

Sora silently nodded, not bothering to turn around and see if Riku was looking. He let go of Kairi and ran over to a tree in the center of the islet. He skillfully jumped and grabbed onto the tree, climbing up it and grabbing a coconut. He held it in his hand and then jumped back down. He didn't waste time, the teen taking two quick steps forward and throwing the coconut to the area where Riku was sitting.
Riku wasn't looking over in Sora and Kairi's direction, since Kairi caught him in the act. Now he was completely unaware that a coconut was flying toward him. However, that soon changed when it landed on the ground with a thud right next to him. The sudden appearance caused him to jump, a cry leaving him. What the...?

Sora looked over at the beach in time to see Riku's reaction, and he was standing next to Kairi now to watch the scene. He cracked up laughing, unable to help himself. It worked again!

Riku heard the laughter, and his eyes instantly darted up to the islet. That was when he saw Sora laughing, and Kairi trying not to. "You've got to be kidding!" he hollered up to them. Seriously?!

Kairi took her hand away from her mouth at that, letting her laughter blend with Sora's. Poor Riku...though it was funny.

Sora kept laughing, not trying to stop. You had it coming, Riku, he thought. Spying on him and Kairi while they were having a serious discussion? That wasn't nice at all, not that Sora was really offended.
Riku rolled his eyes, shaking his head. It was good to hear his friends laughing again, and he guessed it was okay that it had to be because of him. Whatever made them feel better.

Sora's laughter softened a little, but it was still very much present. He was surprised Riku hadn't come up yet and punished him for throwing the coconut. That was what happened last time.
Kairi continued to giggle, holding her stomach a little. "Way to be a good sport, Riku!" she hollered amidst her laughter. He didn't seem mad; instead, he looked like he was...smiling?

Sora glanced over at Kairi before he looked down at Riku on the beach, seeing that he really was being a good sport. Not only that, but he was smiling?! Was he enjoying this laughter at his expense?? That was so unlike him.
"You're lucky I'm not napping this time!" Riku called back, shaking a fist at the two on the islet. If he was in a bad mood, he would have thrown the coconut right back. Of course, this was the first time Sora and Kairi had laughed in a long time; he wasn't about to spoil it.

Sora chuckled at Riku shaking a fist at him and Kairi, knowing that he didn't mean any harm. He was actually alright with this...Strange, but convenient, since Sora didn't really feel like being tackled to the ground by Riku right now. But they did still have to train...
Kairi shook her head, her laughter slowly coming to a stop. She took in a much needed breath after all the giggling, her eyes turning to Sora at his laughter and smile. She definitely missed seeing and hearing those.

Sora's chuckles died down, and he turned to look at the girl beside him when he was done laughing. He saw her smiling at him, and he kept a smile on his lips as he caught his breath from laughing. It had been a while since he was that amused, or amused at all.
Kairi linked her hands behind her back, her smile growing slightly at the look on Sora's face. She was glad to see him happy. It had been far too long since she'd seen him like this, or she herself had been this way.
