Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Much to Namine's surprise, Axel did release her at Roxas's request. And not roughly, either. She exhaled a breath when the hand was out of the way, automatically looking back at the cloaked figure in surprise. But he was already walking away, going to get something that Namine had no clue of. He just kept getting weirder and weirder.
Roxas watched the cloaked figure walk away with curious eyes, awfully suspicious. Something wasn't right about him, that was for sure, but Roxas would try figuring that out later. He needed to recover from what just happened with Namine.

Namine turned her head back to Roxas, seeing him looking after the figure who was walking away with suspicion. He still didn't get it, did he? "Roxas," she tried again, taking a small step closer to him. She was so, so glad to see that he was okay. But not under these circumstances. This was all wrong! Axel shouldn't have betrayed them like this...
Roxas looked to Namine and instantly saw a few bruises she had on her face. He stepped closer to her and lifted a hand to her face, lightly touching her. What happened to her? "Are you okay?" he whispered hoarsely. He had been so scared to see her in the enemy's grasp. It was more than unsettling.

Namine nodded faintly, lifting a hand to Roxas's wrist. "I'm okay," she said with a small nod, though her voice was a little shaky for more reasons than one. She couldn't believe that this was happening. King Mickey had been doing fine fighting Axel alone, but then he faked trying to go for Kairi and made King Mickey back off. That was when he suddenly grabbed Namine and whisked her away.
Roxas nodded before letting his forehead find Namine's, the boy closing his eyes. Thank goodness. He ran his thumb over her cheek in the silence, taking in her presence. He missed her, even if they had only been apart for a pretty short amount of time. Regardless, he was glad to be with her. He would be able to protect her now.

Namine wasn't able to take in Roxas's presence, knowing that he was ignorant to something very important. She needed to tell him, right now. "Roxas," she said. "That man, he's--" She didn't finish her sentence, feeling something thrown on her. She jumped in startledness, lifting a hand and taking the item off her. An Organization cloak. Axel also threw one on Roxas in silence.
Roxas grabbed the cloak, holding it in front of him and frowning in disgust. "You're kidding," he said, voice low with distaste. His eyes found the cloaked figure again. Why did they have to wear these? They had him and Namine, didn't they? There was no point!

Axel still didn't speak. He just stared at Roxas and Namine from behind his hood. Put them on, he silently ordered. Now. Xemnas wanted them alive and unaffected by the Darkness, and in order to make sure of that, they needed to wear the cloaks. Plus, he didn't want the two of them getting hurt.
Roxas grunted in disgust, grinding his teeth in anger as he pulled the cloak on. He didn't like it, being in one of them again. The smell of the leather was too familiar to him, as was the feel. It brought back a time he didn't want to remember.

Namine wasn't so eager to put on the cloak. She draped it over her arm and looked at Axel, asking a question that had been in her head for a long time now. "Why?" Why was he making them wear the cloaks, and why did he betray them in the first place? The Axel that she knew wouldn't be doing this... But he pointed his finger at her and had it close to her face, intimidating her. You're not our friend at all, are you?
Roxas had just zipped up his jacket when he saw the hand pointed at Namine, and he instantly became defensive. "Hey, back off!" he demanded, whacking the cloaked figure's arm away and standing in front of Namine slightly. He wasn't getting anywhere near her again, not while Roxas was around.

Axel took a step back, staring at Roxas and Namine. He saw the latter start putting on her cloak when she saw that he meant business. "You know where the bedrooms are," he said lowly to Roxas. He lived here before, after all. And surely he had memories of his time with the Organization by now. Obviously he did, or he and Axel wouldn't have been best friends a few years ago after the Organization was wiped out.
When Roxas heard the man speak for the first time, his eyebrows instantly furrowed. His voice... It sounded incredibly familiar. "Yeah...I do," he said in the same tone, nodding as well. He stared at the face he couldn't see, trying to pin that voice. He knew it, but because of the depth just used, it was difficult.

Namine finished zipping up the cloak, the magic garment fitting her perfectly. She stood behind Roxas and set a hand on his shoulder, intimidated by Axel. He never, ever used such a serious, low tone. Was this truly Axel, or was it some kind of clone? He wasn't behaving like the Axel that she knew at all.
Roxas watched the figure another second before turning his head to look over his shoulder at Namine. His eyebrows furrowed slightly at the sight of her in an Organization cloak, a picture he never thought he would get to see. He thought it...looked familiar, but it wasn't. Strange.

Axel noticed Namine glance at Roxas when he looked at her, though her gaze then went back to Axel. He furrowed his eyebrows behind his hood, figuring that she was trying to find a way to tell Roxas who he was. She would soon enough. He wished she hadn't learned who he was, but what did he expect? If he didn't make it known, Xemnas would. He would torture them all even if he couldn't enjoy it. "Go," he said lowly. He didn't want to be near Roxas when he found out who he was.
Roxas lifted his hand to the one that was on his shoulder, grasping Namine's fingers securely in his as he started out of the meeting room the Organization used to occupy. The bedrooms were a few floors up, so they would have to use the only elevator in the place, since he couldn't summon portals anymore.

Namine grasped Roxas's hand in return, and as they passed by Axel, she turned her head to look at him. But he didn't return her gaze. Once they ewre completely past, Namine looked ahead, tightening her grip on Roxas's hand. How was she supposed to tell him that Axel betrayed them? And how did she apologize for this situation?
Roxas left the room, his grasp on Namine's hand never loosening as they traveled down the silver and white corridors. This place was familiar to him in both a good and bad way; good because it was home for a long time, but bad because it was where he was used as a tool for others' greed. He knew Nobodies wouldn't attack him or Namine now, since they were dressed in the cloaks. Maybe that was why they were given to them, though Roxas figured it was for something more than that.

Namine looked over at Roxas, biting her lip before she looked down and reailzed that she was dragging her feet. "Roxas, I'm sorry," she said softly. She was sorry that she was so stupid and let this happen. She should have just stayed at the Castle. Or she should have reacted more quickly to Axel when he grabbed her. She shouldn't have been so helpless.
"Don't be," Roxas insisted, focusing forward and trying to remember which way to turn. He stopped and looked down each end of the hall before deciding which direction to go, bringing Namine with him. "I offered myself up." He did it so he could protect her, nothing else.

Namine still bit on her lip, glancing over at Roxas when they were stopped. "...There's something else too," she said hesitantly. She knew that he hadn't picked up on it yet, but the man who held her hostage was no stranger. He was the opposite of it, really. He was a friend. Or so she thought.
Roxas glanced over at Namine, lifting an eyebrow. "What?" he asked, curious. What else was there to talk about? Was she scared? If that was the case, she had nothing to worry about; Roxas would protect her with his life.

"Back there...That was...Axel," Namine finally said, lifting her eyes to look at Roxas when she said his name. Axel was the one who kidnapped her and he was the one who was working for Xemnas. She wished she knew what he was up to, but she doubted that he would say. He didn't seem too talkative.
