Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"Anywhere," Lightning said with a small shrug. "I have no idea which world he could be on." She ran into him in Christmas Town, and if he turned up there, he could be anywhere. Hopefully the four of them could track him down fairly quickly, or the consequences would be dire.
"I guess we should start looking then," Aqua replied with a faint nod. She then looked to Ventus. "Do you need a heal spell or anything before we go?" He looked beat up, and a little weak. Hopefully she could cast a spell on him or hand over an elixir to help him gain some strength.

"It would help," Ven confirmed with a nod, scratching under his nose a little sheepishly. He had a potion earlier to help sooth some of the wounds, but he wasn't fully recovered yet. Full recovery wouldn't come until the day where he could rest peacefully again without worrying about Vanitas.
Aqua smiled faintly at Ven's expression before reaching into one of her pouches and grabbing an elixir. Careful not to drop it, she gripped it before tossing it in the air above Ven's head. It shattered above him and rained down on him, and she knew the elixir was put to good use. They had another blade on their side now, and that would help greatly.

Ven's shoulders slumped, relief and comfort coming to him when the Elixer worked its magic. "Thanks," he said to Aqua, smiling faintly despite the severity of the situation. Now he felt like he could help out better than he would have been able to before. They needed to track down Orphan, quickly. The question was, would they be splitting up?
Aqua let her eyes leave Ven and rest on his sister, nodding in seriousness. "Ready when you are," she declared, speaking for Master Eraqus as well. They were ready to tackle the next challenge, and that was helping Lightning survive.

Ven nodded, summoning his armor in a bright flash of light. It was time that they got going. He would ask about Terra and the others later, and why they weren't searching with them. Maybe they were all gone looking for Xehanort, or something. That made sense.

Two days later...

Aqua walked through the Dwarf Woodlands, memories of this place flashing in her mind as she remembered encountering the seven little men. She knew it was no time for reminiscing, though, as they were all still looking for Lightning's demon, Orphan. It had been nearly two days now and there was still no sign of him. Her time was almost up...

Lightning and Ven walked through the woodlands as well, the soldier blinking in surprise when she saw Aqua up ahead. They hadn't planned to meet up with anyone here, but here the three of them were. They were only missing Master Eraqus. She glanced down at her arm, seeing the numbers covered up by the sleeve still. The last time she checked, she had two hours. But that was about an hour ago.

"Aqua?"

Aqua jumped in startlement, turning slightly to see her Master coming out of a dip in the woods. "Master Eraqus?" she voiced in surprise. What was he doing here? She watched as he stepped out in the open, but turned his head to gaze behind her. She did the same, blinking in surprise when she saw Lightning and Ven. What a coincidence, that they all met here at the same time.

Ven and Lightning approached the two who were now together, though the blond was the first to speak. "No luck?" he asked, worried for Lightning. There was very little time left. He didn't want to lose his sister! But it looked like that was close to being a reality. Orphan was probably hiding away until the time was up.
Aqua shook her head, as did Master Eraqus. "Looks like Orphan's being a coward, hiding away like this." She lifted her eyes to look around again, the place beautiful though they were here for an ugly purpose. They needed to find Orphan right away, or Lightning was doomed.

Ven suddenly sensed a threat, and he turned his head in time to see the beam of Light coming towards his sister. "Move!" he cried, tackling her to the ground to avoid being hit. The beam went past them, the two of them safe from harm. He lifted his head and started getting off Lightning, eyes narrowed as he looked at the enemy. Orphan decided to show up, just in time.
Aqua gasped at the attack, stepping back instinctively. She turned her head to look at the source of the interruption, spotting Orphan. She summoned her weapon to her, though Eraqus beat her to it by half a second. "Now you decide to show your face, kid?" she cried, mocking the demon's small size. But he was nothing like a kid; he was dangerous, evil, and of the Darkness. Far from any child in her eyes.

"I would face you myself to make you regret that remark, but I believe there is someone else who wants to deal with you today," Orphan said with a small smirk. Master Xehanort appeared in a portal across the group, Ansem appearing along with him. Aqua could face one of those two, just as long as Orphan faced Lightning. He wanted her to get close to victory, but have it snatched away at the last minute because of her curse. She had very little time left.

Aqua grunted at the appearances, spotting Xehanort and his heartless before she also witnessed his Nobody appearing, who did not look pleased in the slightest. On the opposite side of Xehanort she noticed Vanitas appear, and she instantly became enraged. She thought he was dead! It's never that easy, she realized. "Another ambush?! Can't you handle things on your own?" she wondered aloud, in disbelief of how Xehanort had to have his lackeys do most of his dirty work, as well as Orphan.

"Don't waste your breath, Aqua," Vanitas spat, his gold eyes on her as his helmet covered his face. "With your luck you'll end up like Riku. You've been to Darkness once, remember?" He heard her grunt in disgust, which only pleased him. Of course she remembered. How could she forget?

Lightning blinked at the mention of Riku, looking around and seeing that there were no signs of him showing up. "Where's Riku?!" she asked, turning her gaze to the group of Xehanorts and Vanitas. She hadn't seen him since the encounter a little less than two days ago, and she knew Ven didn't see him either. Was he okay?

Ansem laughed. "That boy has fallen deeper into the Darkness," he replied with a smile filled with evil. "He cannot return now." He noticed the soldier's eyes narrow, as if she didn't believe it. Whether she believed it or not, though, it was true.

Eraqus could only frown in distaste, hating to hear that a young lad with so much potential had fallen so deeply into Darkness. "No more speeches," he spat, summoning a powerful Light spell to his Keyblade before shooting it toward Xehanort. He watched Aqua make her way toward Xemnas, and he knew the fight had begun.

And the old man takes charge, Vanitas thought in amusement. Well, if he was going to lead the pack toward attack, Vanitas wasn't about to give them the satisfaction. He raced forward, swinging at Lightning immediately.

Ven ran and went for Vanitas, but Ansem got in his way. Apparently Vanitas was already going to go after somebody else. He got locked into a fight with the Heartless while Lightning attacked her own demon and dodged Vanitas's attack. Her fight was the only one that mattered right now; it was life or death if she didn't defeat him in time.
Aqua engaged in her fight with Xemnas for a while, occasionally taking shots at Ansem when he was busy defending himself against Ventus. They needed to work together to take down these clones, while Lightning focused on her main goal: killing Orphan. This was about her right now. She had to defeat her demon once and for all.

Orphan hmphed, sending fireballs at his target. "Time is running out, Claire!" he cried mockingly. As soon as time ran out, she would drop over, just like that. And he would feel great satisfaction in seeing her fall to such a spell. She dodged his attack and shot off bullets at Vanitas, who was distracting her and making it hard for her to attack him. She was so close to accomplishing her mission, yet so far away.
Vanitas laughed as he deflected the bullets with ease. "Is that all you've got, soldier? Man, you're pathetic!" he cried. He smirked behind his helmet and summoned Unversed to the scene, not only to attack her, but also the other wielders of Light. It was time this match became a little more unfair.

Lightning grunted at the sight of Unversed. That's it! she thought in fury. She summoned Odin, who appeared like a shining knight. He rushed to fight Vanitas immediately while she went for Orphan. It was time to finish this. She couldn't see the time that was left, but it was wearing thin. She needed Orphan dead before she faced that fate.
Vanitas hesitated ever so slightly at the summon, but he continued with the battle, fighting the creature Lightning called to. Get her, he mentally ordered the Unversed, seeing a few make their way towards Lightning's position. She wouldn't get out of here alive; she only had minutes left.

Lightning heard the noise from behind her, close enough that it stood out from the other noises of the battle. She spun around and kicked the Unversed away while another one jumped at her. She felt its claws scratch into her, making her wince. She shot a bullet at the creature, seeing them all over the place. Great.

Orphan smirked in pleasure, running up behind Lightning while she was distracted. "Your life ends here!" he cried, moving in to stab her with his staff. It wouldn't be a fatal wound; it would just immobilize her till her clock ran out.
