Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Roxas's small smile slowly faded as he concentrated on Namine, thoughts entering his mind of her state. She looked exhausted, probably running around for hours at a time. He knew he had been searching for her for days now. "...You managed to escape and stay undetected," he pointed out quietly. "How?" His only guess was her cloak and quick thinking. Namine always was intelligent.

"It wasn't easy," Namine said softly. "But in some of the worlds, they didn't recognize the cloak as being a sign of the Organization so I didn't have to worry about people then. And on worlds where the Organization had been, I made sure we didn't run into people." And then... "You must have heard something too, since you thought I was Larxene." He wasn't the first to make that mistake.
Roxas nodded, eyebrows furrowing as he glanced to the side. "I heard a few rumors," he admitted quietly. Sora was the one who told him that the Organization was back though, albeit a few members. The whole group wasn't back, thank goodness, but there were enough.

Namine nodded faintly as she looked down, seeing Lisa sat down on the ground and was leaning her head against her leg. "I ran into some members of the Organization a few days ago, and they were the first to mistake me as Larxene," she explained. "I managed to dodge their questions about what I was doing with Lisa and leave before they could see anything suspicious. Since then, I kept my hood up, just in case I saw any of them again."
Roxas let his eyes find Namine again, though he didn't say anything. If she had kept her hood up a few seconds longer, he would have struck her. He could have killed her even... The thought was a scary one, and it made him shake his head and lower his sight to the floor. Man, I'm a dunce, he thought, raking his fingers through his gold spikes.

Namine didn't know what to make of Roxas's expression, but she didn't bother asking. "...I promised Axel that I would get Lisa somewhere safe, so I've been trying to get to Disney Castle," she said quietly. "But I couldn't make a dark portal to get there..." So she was stuck running around and avoiding Heartless, the Organization, and Xehanort's team. It had been really nerve-wracking, and exhausting.
Roxas lifted his head, his hand moving to the back of his neck. "C'mon, Nam, don't you remember? Disney Castle rejects any kind of Darkness," he reminded her. "Of course you couldn't make a portal there." She should have gone to the Land of Departure instead, where everyone else was. With more than a few Keyblade wielders occupying the area, Lisa would have been well protected.

Namine lifted a hand to her forehead, shutting her eyes as her head was lowered. "I know that," she stated softly. She went to the Land of Departure one day, but nobody was there. She assumed that everyone moved to Disney Castle because the Land of Departure was vulnerable, or something like that.
Roxas shrugged, his hand falling back down to his side. "Well, I guess you don't really have to worry anymore. I can take you there," he declared. He could hold Lisa while Namine held onto him from behind. They could easily get there, that is if they still wanted to go to the Castle.

Namine lowered her hand from her forehead, looking up at Roxas. She swayed a little on her feet because of exhaustion, and because of the pressure Lisa was putting against her leg by leaning on her. "Both of us, at the same time?" she asked. That seemed a little dangerous, especially when Namine felt like she could pass out really soon. It had been a rough few days.
Roxas nodded. "I'll carry Lisa," he volunteered, glancing at the girl. "All you have to do is hold on." His eyes lifted to spot his girlfriend in front of him, nothing but sincerity in his own blue gaze. He was willing to take them, and he would make sure both of them got there safely.

"I think...maybe we should stay here tonight," Namine said, glancing down at Lisa before looking back up at Roxas. "We're both exhausted." She knew Roxas could handle carrying Lisa, but Namine was afraid to be standing much longer, and on the back of Roxas's glider. After surviving this long, she didn't want to get hurt now.
Roxas thought about it for a moment, studying Namine's expression. He could detect the exhaustion in her eyes, and when he looked back down at Lisa, it was obvious. "Right," he said, lifting his eyes to his girlfriend again. She probably had the better idea. He wasn't sure if he was willing to leave her side, though, not after all this time of looking for her.

"Do you know if there's...an inn, or something?" Namine asked, moving one of her feet so that she could maintain her balance despite the pure exhaustion that was starting to take over. Now wasn't the time to pass out or anything like that. This was still a very serious situation.
Roxas nodded slightly. "It's not too far," he answered softly, lifting a hand and reaching for Namine's. She was swaying, and that was enough to tell him that he would have to keep a hold on her so she didn't collapse. Lisa already looked close; he would have to carry her.

Namine nodded faintly, glancing down when Roxas took a hold of her hand. She blinked, trying to figure out why he suddenly did that. Either he did it to lead the way or my exhaustion's really showing, the blonde concluded. They needed to get to that inn, and she needed to lay down. She felt like she could drop at any time.
Roxas held Namine's hand for a moment, making sure she was steady. He then squeezed it before releasing his hold, turning his attention to Lisa. He kneeled down in front of her and held his arms out. "Lisa, let's go somewhere warm," he encouraged gently. He would carry her weight so Namine didn't have to, that way they could get to the inn just a little bit faster.
  • Author
Namine looked down at Lisa, who was too tired to care that Namine wasn't going to be carrying her. She opened up her arms and wrapped them around Roxas's neck, accepting him. Namine had to admit that she was a little bit jealous; she wanted to be in Roxas's arms right now, despite how the last time they were close, he mistook her for another girl. A girl he cared about deeply.
Roxas wrapped his arms around Lisa and stood up, holding her to him securely. He turned his head to look at Namine and shifted his hold on Lisa, supporting her weight with one arm as he extended the other hand toward Namine. He would guide her to the inn and let her rest; he would keep a lookout tonight.

Namine accepted Roxas's hand, and that was when the two of them headed out of the woods and into town. When they reached the inn, she was thankful that the innkeeper didn't think anything of the Organization cloak that she wore. The last thing she wanted tonight was trouble. They paid for their room and went into it, where it had two beds that were big enough for at least four people. Regardless, Namine was past the point of caring.
Roxas shut the door behind him, Lisa already asleep on his shoulder. He locked the door and quietly approached one of the beds, pulling the covers back before gently laying her down on the mattress. He draped the blankets over her, careful to not wake her up. Once she was tucked in, he turned his attention to Namine, seeing that she was beyond exhausted; he'd never seen her so tired.

Namine walked over to the other bed, and without caring about the covers or her shoes, laid down on it. She laid on her side as her head sank into the pillow, her eyes shutting immediately. She had handled the past few days with taking care of Lisa all by herself, which was a completely new experience. Now she trusted that Roxas had a handle on the situation.
Roxas smiled slightly, finding Namine cute in her exhausted state; she was always cute when she woke up, anyway. He approached her and lightly kissed her head, his hand resting on her arm as he stood behind her. "'Night," he whispered, pulling back. He would stay up for a while, to make sure nobody followed them here. Namine's safety, as well as Lisa's, was most important now.
  • Author
"Goodnight," Namine murmured, feeling Roxas's hand on her arm briefly. She could feel herself getting hazy already, and she knew that it was good that Roxas found her tonight of all nights. She wouldn't have been able to push herself much further than this; she was too drained from the past few days. But that trouble was over now. Roxas would keep them safe.
Roxas let his hand fall from Namine's arm, the young man walking around the bed to reach the window. He drew the curtains closed, blocking the moonlight from outside so Namine and Lisa could sleep in total darkness. He would adjust to the lack of light soon enough. Roxas moved then, taking a seat on the bed Namine occupied. He remained sitting up, however, knowing that he would be the guardian for the night.
