Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Namine was out before Roxas even sat down on the bed, her exhaustion taking over and making her pass out rather than drift to sleep. She was sure that her sleep would be a dreamless one; she had no energy to put into the fantasies of a dream world. That was good, because if she had any dreams after the past few days, it would have definitely been nightmares.

The next morning

Roxas stayed up the entire night, as he silently vowed. His eyes danced over the patterns on the bedspread, his thoughts wandering. Where could they go from here? He wasn't just talking about the group and their future plans in overthrowing Xehanort and his army, but he was also referring to himself and Namine. He mistook her for Xion, somebody he had cared for so deeply in the past. Maybe I still do, he figured, remembering how worried he had been. He left Namine to pursue Xion, even if she didn't exist. He exhaled a heavy breath and leaned his head back against the headboard. Idiot.

Namine felt herself coming to slowly, this being the first time that she actually woke up. The other nights, she woke up periodically to make sure that she and Lisa were safe, but last night, she had been to exhausted to. It wasn't like it was needed, since she trusted Roxas. The blonde lifted a hand to her face, feeling that her glove was taken off. Roxas must have taken it off sometime during the night. And now that she thought about it, it felt like her boots and her other glove were off too.
Roxas kept his head back against the headboard as he turned it, sensing movement out of the corner of his eye. He spotted Namine coming to, but he didn't say anything. Perhaps she was still groggy and wanted a few more minutes--or hours--of sleep. He wasn't going to ruin that for her.

Lisa, Namine thought. Her eyes opened as she rolled over slightly, looking a the bed that was behind her before. There she saw Axel's daughter, still fast asleep. She sighed in relief, eyes shutting briefly. Thank goodness. She knew that Roxas was with them and keeping an eye out, but she promised Axel that Lisa would be safe. She wasn't going to break that promise.
Roxas's eyebrows furrowed slightly before he understood, in which his features relaxed and he smiled. Seeing Namine so protective of a child... It was intriguing, and sweet. He vaguely wondered that if they ever got married, would children have a place in their future? He could hardly handle things now; that wouldn't come for a long time.

Namine pushed herself up slowly, turning to look the direction that she had originally been looking. And that was where Roxas was sitting, and gazing at her. She smiled weakly in greeting, unable to find her voice. She was still pretty exhausted, but she didn't want to sleep more right now. She wanted to make sure Lisa was safe.
"You slept through the entire night," Roxas whispered, aware that Lisa was still sleeping on the other bed. Namine hadn't moved once, having been in one position the whole night. He knew just by that fact that she had been more than exhausted the night before, which didn't surprise him. She had been doing a lot of work the past few days.

"I figured," Namine whispered in return, propping up some pillows behind her as she sat upright. She still had her Organization cloak on, and the only reason that she didn't remove it now was because she was warm in it. As much as she disliked the Organization and being connected to it, she appreciated that the cloak was good cover for her the past few days.
Roxas's smile dimmed somewhat. "Still tired, or did you get enough sleep?" he asked softly. Namine had been out all night, obviously, so he wasn't sure if she was still tired or not. Regardless, they could take the time and stay if she needed to relax. They were safe for the time being.

Namine shook her head faintly, a smile no longer present on her expression either. "I'm still really tired," she confessed softly. "But I'll be okay." Even if things seemed peaceful here, she didn't want to test their luck. She promised Axel that she would get Lisa somewhere safe, and that was what she would do. She had to know for a fact that the daughter of her friend was out of harm's way.
Roxas nodded a little, turning his head to look at the wall in front of the bed. He didn't really know what to say now; the last conversation they had... It was ugly. He had mistaken her for someone else, they got in a fight... He didn't want to relive that ever again, and he was sure Namine wasn't too happy with him for it either.

Namine looked at Roxas for a moment longer before she looked back to Lisa. "We really should take her to Disney Castle," she said softly. She wouldn't be at peace until she was absolutely positive that Axel's daughter was safe. It was the least that she could do, since Axel risked his life so that Namine could go free.
Roxas blinked, eyebrows furrowing at the reminder. "Now?" he asked, his eyes moving to his shoes that were still on. He could easily hold Lisa and navigate his glider; it wouldn't be that hard. She would probably sleep through the whole thing...

"Sooner would be better than later," Namine said softly. She shut her eyes and leaned her head back against the headboard, surprised at how tired she still felt. She knew that it would be best to leave really soon, but...maybe staying and resting was a good idea too. This was a pretty safe world, after all.
Roxas nodded slightly before swinging his legs over the side of the bed, rising to his feet. He stretched slightly, having been sitting on the bed the entire night. It was time they checked with the others on the news involving Xehanort anyway. They still had a lot of problems to solve.

Namine stayed still, though she sensed Roxas move. She wondered what would happen next, and what she missed out on the past few days. Did Roxas know why the Organization was back? Or how for that matter? It was so random; Namine thought they saw the last of the Organization a long, long time ago. But apparently she was wrong.
Roxas rounded the bed he and Namine used, approaching Lisa's small figure. She was curled up in the sheets and hugging her pillow, which was by far one of the cutest things Roxas had ever seen. But...they had to go. "Lisa," he whispered, placing a hand on her shoulder. She groaned slightly as she rolled over, her large emerald eyes finding him. He smiled gently. "C'mon. We're gonna get you somewhere safe, okay?" The little girl nodded and lifted her arms toward him, in which he instantly lifted her off the bed. Still groggy, Lisa buried her face in his shoulder, but he held her with ease. Roxas turned to Namine, nodding slightly. He was ready to go.

Namine had opened her eyes to see Roxas's interaction with Lisa, and despite herself, a small smile formed on her lips. Lisa was adorable, and so was Roxas when he interacted with her. She nodded faintly to Roxas when she saw his nod and moved to put on the boots that Roxas took off in the night, along with her gloves. It was time that they left this world and went to one where safety was absolutely guaranteed: Disney Castle.

Disney Castle

Roxas walked through the garden area with Lisa still in his arms. She was actually awake now, looking around at all of the colors the world had to offer her. He found himself smiling as he listened to her talk about the plants. He continued to carry her towards Mickey's office, however, knowing that he and Namine needed to ask a favor.

Namine looked around the area as she and Roxas walked, though her eyes landed on Terra standing a ways off. Maybe he can fill me in a while, so Roxas doesn't have to, she thought to herself. The two of them had enough to talk about besides that. "Go on ahead," she said to Roxas, referring to him talking to King Mickey. She would talk to Terra. She started over towards him, seeing that she caught his eye.
Roxas nodded, his eyes locating the person Namine was approaching as he continued to walk. He nodded to Terra in greeting before Lisa caught his attention, pointing out a flower in the garden. "Yeah, that is pretty," he agreed lightly, smiling as she continued to point out plants they passed. He knew how kind the King was; he wouldn't refuse a little girl who had nowhere to go.

Namine and Terra started talking right away, with Namine quickly catching him up on what happened with her. He had a lot more to say though, since Namine had been out of the loop longer. It turned out that only some of the Organization was still alive. And along with that, Orphan was killed while Namine was in The World That Never Was. Sora and Kairi were trying to find somebody to help them, while Riku and Lightning acted as a diversion for any enemies. And Terra...He was still here, by Master Eraqus's order. It took a while for Terra to explain all that, and by the time he was done, Namine figured Roxas was done taking care of Lisa.
Roxas ventured back out into the garden area, his arms free of Lisa. She was with Queen Minnie in one of the castle corridors now, playing. She would be happy here, at least until Axel came to get her. She couldn't stay here forever; Roxas knew Axel wouldn't be able to stand a place like this for too long.

Namine and Terra wrapped up their conversation, the blonde saying that she wanted to go find Roxas to see how things were going with Lisa. The two departed ways and Namine headed in the direction of the King's office. She didn't have to walk far to see Roxas, though, since he was just entering the garden again. And without Lisa. Where was she?
