Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Riku smiled a little and turned his face toward the sky, closing his eyes once more. "Glad you see it my way," he said, not sure what kind of reaction to expect out of Sora. Probably just a glare; that was usually the result.

Sora opened his eyes at that comment, and he turned his head to glare over at Riku beside him. He did not see it Riku's way! He just said his last comment to get Riku off his back.
Kairi laughed, walking through the water to approach the boys. Those two were still the same, even after all of the darkness and troubles with the Keyblade. She was glad for that, not wanting them to ever change.

Sora cut off the glare after a few moments, the teen turning his head the way it had been before and shutting his eyes as a sigh left his lips. Alright, so Riku sort of won this argument. He should have been used to that by now; Riku always did beat him in their "competition".

Kairi felt the sand stick to the bottom of her feet once she was out of the water, and she stopped in front of Sora and Riku's legs. "You two done bickering?" she asked, linking her hands behind her back as she smiled down at them.

Riku shrugged a little. "I don't know. Are we, Sora?" he asked, turning his head to look at his best friend. It was his call; like he said before, he could go all day.

"Yeah, sure," Sora said, lifting a hand and waving as if to casually dismiss their confrontation. He was out of things to say, anyway.

Riku looked up at Kairi. "There you go," he said. That was her answer, whether it was the one she was looking for or not.

Kairi nodded. "Good. You two need to learn to be nicer to each other," she said, stepping over and kneeling down in the sand next to the boy she loved. They were always bickering, and though it was light-hearted, there have been points where someone was offended.

Sora looked over at Kairi beside him, feeling defensive. "He started it," he stated, not sure if she was paying attention when it all began. Riku was the instigator, as always.
"And I'll finish it by saying that you two need to be more polite," Kairi said, glancing at Sora before looking over at Riku. "You guys can get carried away sometimes. I don't want anybody's feelings getting hurt."

Sora glanced over at Riku before he looked up at the sky, a soft sigh leaving him. Alright...it was time to chill out for a while and not joke around. Kairi was right when she said they got too intense sometimes.
Kairi had her hands in her lap, but she decided that the boys looked comfortable. Not having to debate, she let herself lie down beside Sora, her hands coming up to rest on her stomach as she looked up at the clear sky.

Sora had one hand on his stomach, the other coincidentally on the same side that Kairi laid down on. But out of the corner of his eye, he could see that her hands were on her stomach, so he didn't bother reaching for one of them. Instead, he shut his eyes and tried to relax.
After a few minutes of silence, Kairi found her eyes closing. She sensed that Riku was near unconsciousness, since he hadn't said a word, his eyes were closed, and he hadn't moved. She'd glanced over at him before, and he was just still. She was that way now, though she didn't know if she would fall asleep or not. Kairi had been stressed lately, and she was probably tired because of it, but she didn't know if she wanted to fall asleep right now.

The silence was light, and Sora felt comfortable in the presence of his friends. He did feel like falling asleep now, but he also knew that he should rise to his feet, go to the mainland, and get something to eat. But he had no willpower; all he wanted to do was take a nap.
Instead, Kairi just let herself relax in the sand next to her best friends. She hadn't done any relaxing in a while, so this was nice. She listened to the waves and felt the light breeze, not at all disturbed.

After a few more moments of silence, Sora decided that he would sleep and worry about food later. He exhaled a soft breath as consciousness left him, a dreamless sleep greeting him.
Kairi turned her head, opening her eyes when a few more minutes passed by. Both of her boys were silent, and both had their eyes closed. She only smiled, aware that they were asleep. That was okay; she would just stay here, by their sides until they woke up...and probably asked for food.

The next day...

Namine sat on the shores of the mainland, a sketchpad in her lap and a pencil in another as she drew a few seashells that she had laid out in the sand in front of her. It was a quiet day, and she was alright with that. She had been having a good few days with Roxas, and that made up for a lot of time they had spent apart lately. She wondered where he was now, but she expected to run into him sometime later. For now, she would just draw.

Roxas left Sora's house, starting toward the beach. He figured he'd run into somebody over there, whether it was Terra, Aqua, and Ven, or Sora, Riku, and Kairi. But he actually hoped he'd find Namine. He hadn't seen her much the last couple days. He missed her.

"Well, what do we have here?"

Namine blinked, forgetting about her shoulder when she heard an unfamiliar voice. She saw a tough-looking boy walking over to her, and she rose to her feet with sketchpad and pencil in hand. By his tone and appearance, he seemed imposing.

"New girl," Chris said, walking over and casually stopping by the cute blonde who had her eyes on him. She's smokin', he thought, hands in the pockets of his jeans.

Roxas scratched his head as he walked down the dirt path in front of him, wondering what Namine had been doing lately. She was probably drawing a lot; she said she wanted to get back into that habit. Not that he really cared, since he liked to see her drawings and watch her work on them. It was calming in a way, and he remembered even playing his music while she did that. It was just an easy way for both of them to relax and bond at the same time.

"You don't know the rules around here, do ya?" Chris asked as he pulled his hands out of his pockets. She certainly did look clueless, so it was time for him to fill her in with the basics.

"...What rules?" Namine asked cautiously, keeping her eyes on this stranger. Who was he, and why was he so...bold? She got a bad feeling around him, and she knew from the past that she had to listen to her gut feeling.

"Rule number one," Chris said, reaching forward and snatching the pad out of the blonde's hands, "is that you can't draw. What a childish thing to do! The world isn't like an elementary art class, baby."

Namine's eyes widened when he took her sketchpad, and she protested even after he insulted her on how she spent her time. "Give it back!" she said, reaching forward to take it back. But when the black-haired boy used his free hand to smack hers away, she backed off.

Roxas saw the beach up ahead, taking his time as he walked leisurely. Would Namine be on this beach, or the one on the play island? He hoped this one, since he didn't want to row his way all the way over there. But for Namine, he would. He loved her, after all.

Chris flipped through the pages, seeing drawings from an amateur. "Boy was I right when this wasn't like elementary school," he said, lifting his eyes to the girl who was fingering the hand he hit away. "A three year old could draw better pictures than this."

Namine was shocked at the insults, and it took her a moment or two to recover enough to glare at him. Who was he to judge her artwork? Why was he picking on her at all?

"And that glare," Chris said, rolling his eyes at the look the girl was giving him. "Is that supposed to intimidate me?" His facial expression changed, one of imitation fear. "Oh no; this little girl is giving me her death-glare! Whatever will I do?!"

Roxas stepped past a white gate and onto the sand of the beach, coming to a stop. He looked each way for any signs of anyone he knew, and he didn't have to look far. He tilted his head a little at the sight of Namine...and some other guy with her. But Roxas had never seen him before. Who was he?
