Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Namine laughed softly, shutting her eyes as her head was lowered. "You know he'll just tease you more for letting it get to you," she stated softly, her voice nearly a whisper. Once Sora found out that his teasing made Roxas so embarrassed, he would think of even more ways to make him feel shy. It was just how Sora was.
Roxas chuckled weakly, nodding. "Right," he agreed. That was true, he had to admit. Sora always did hold things against him, and for a long time too. That was what was so unfair. But...Roxas had something Sora would never have, and that was Namine.

Namine lifted one of her hands, tucking back some hair as her eyes remained shut. When she was first done with the procedure, she felt like she could have passed out right away. She would have too, if Ansem hadn't spoken to her and Roxas hadn't come over to her as well. She felt so drained, and the sad part was, it was only noon.
Roxas felt the color leave his face gradually, the boy turning his head to look at Namine. When he saw that her eyes were closed, he moved a hand to sit on one of hers. "...Let's go lay down," he suggested. He would give her a piggy-back ride if that made it easier; he could tell she was ready to pass out.

Namine nodded faintly, feeling Roxas's warm hand atop hers. Since he implied that both of them would be laying down, she assumed that they would be leaving this room. The couch was big enough for two people, but barely. It would probably be best to go back to the bedroom anyway, where they wouldn't be disturbed.
Roxas lifted himself to his feet and turned to Namine, offering his hands. "C'mon," he said with a weak smile. He didn't want her sleeping here; a bed would be much better. He slept well the night before, but Namine didn't. That was unfortunate, but he would make sure she got plenty of rest now.

Namine smiled weakly back at Roxas, keeping her sketchpad in one hand as she accepted one of Roxas's hands. She stood up with his assistance, though she felt unsteady. This was different than the exhaustion that she felt the other day, in that she acquired this feeling of weakness because of draining her power. The other time, she was extremely exhausted because of traveling different worlds stealthily for a few days.
Roxas secured his grip on Namine's hand, looking at her for a moment before he turned to lead her out of the room. The bedrooms were on the next floor, but they weren't too far. She would make it there at least.

Namine and Roxas made it to their bedroom within a few minutes, and as soon as Namine saw the bed, she felt her knees get weak. She forced herself to keep walking but collapsed onto the bed when she was close to it, laying on it the wrong way. She hardly cared; she could feel herself losing her grip on consciousness already.
Roxas found Namine's actions funny, chuckling softly as he shook his head. "I think even you know that's the wrong way," he said with his chuckles. He would give her the benefit of the doubt, though; she was exhausted.

"Shush," Namine murmured, her voice muffled in the sheets as she laid face down across the bed. She wasn't offended by Roxas's comment, though she did wish that she had the energy to move. Laying across the bed like this wasn't as comfortable as using the bed properly, especially since it wasn't long enough.
Roxas shook his head and rolled his eyes in good nature. He approached Namine and grabbed her ankles, slowly turning her so she was facing the right way on the bed. At least this way her feet would be on the mattress.

Namine felt Roxas turn her on the bed, and that brought her face closer to one of the pillows. She pulled it down and turned her face in it, now laying on her side. She didn't want to pass out all of a sudden, because she didn't want to worry Roxas, but she felt like she didn't have much say in the matter. The weakness was starting to take over, quickly.
Roxas plopped down on the bed next to Namine, on his side as he put his weight on one of his elbows. He used his free hand to tuck some of her hair away from her face, smiling in amusement and adoration. "Go to sleep," he encouraged. "I'll see you when you wake up." He wouldn't leave her side unless absolutely necessary.

Namine nodded ever so slightly against her pillow, and that was all the permission that she needed to let go. She lost her grip on consciousness, everything fading to black as she passed out. She hoped that she wasn't unconscious the whole day; she wanted to speak to Lightning when she returned from her trip to Gran Pulse with Riku.
Roxas's smile softened after a minute, Namine's even breathing tipping him off that she was already asleep. He leaned forward and gently pressed a kiss to her forehead before pulling back, knowing that he could take this time to ponder his personal problems...like Xion's death and his past with her. And the war that was soon to be fought.

A few days later

This was it. This was the day that they were finally going to defeat Xehanort. Lightning was kneeling down on the edge of a cliff by herself, a good distance away from all the Keybladers who were just standing around and waiting for Xehanort and his team to arrive. The past few days, the rumors spread just as she hoped that they would. Now all she had to do was trust that Xehanort was ignorant to what really awaited him. The soldier stared at the scene through binoculars, an earpiece also in her ear just in case anyone needed to get a hold of her. Only the leaders had the earpieces: her, Riku, Aqua, Master Eraqus, Kain, Wesley, Gregory, and Sora. She was officially the head of everyone though, so if there were any major problems, she would be the one to give orders on how to remedy it.

Aqua stood only a mile or so away from the warriors of Nothingness, the fighters she was grouped with for the battle. She was perched on a small cliff alone, though she was hidden by rocks that surrounded her. "Any sign of them?" she asked, speaking to the others who were also watching and waiting. She hadn't seen a single sign of Xehanort.

"Nothing yet," Riku said, his tone calm but bitter. He wasn't entirely pleased that Xehanort was making them wait, but they had a surprise ready for him when he did show up. One that would knock his guard down and allow him to face defeat for the last time.

Patience, Lightning wanted to say, though she kept her mouth shut. As instructed, she noticed that none of the Keybladers down below were speaking into the earpieces. They couldn't act suspicious, or Xehanort wouldn't show up. But then, much to her relief, he finally showed his face.

Master Xehanort appeared in front of the army of Keyblade wielders, his own army appearing behind him as he spoke to the group at large. "I had heard many rumors over the past few days that you would be waiting here to do the final battle," he said, a small smile appearing on his expression. "For this last battle, I will give you the pleasure of choosing the battlefront. It's the least I can do, since you all will perish soon." His army was a little smaller than the other one, but his people were stronger. They would be the victors today.

Master Eraqus frowned at the sight of Xehanort, his eyebrows furrowing. "This location is fine," he answered lowly, standing slightly in front of the others who were with him; Mickey, Sora, Kairi, Roxas, Namine, and Ventus, as well as the warriors of Light. They would be the ones to handle Xehanort and his army, as well as the villains that began appearing at his side.

Vanitas smirked behind his helmet, releasing a small "hmph". "Fine," he answered. "If you want to repeat history, then we'll allow that grace." Ventus fell here, and Aqua also came close. Terra... He was the one absent from the group, so history wouldn't be repeating itself in his case, but it was close enough.

"We can't rewrite the past," Ventus said, shaking his head faintly as he stepped forward and summoned his Keyblade to his grasp. "But we can write the future, and we'll do it our way." Xehanort and his fiends wouldn't be in the future as long as he and his friends had a say in it. He noticed that Xehanort seemed clueless about the other warriors in waiting, which was a relief. Lightning's plan was going to work!

Kairi stood beside Sora, between him and Roxas as she gazed at the people who decided to show up. Xemnas stood near Vanitas, his gold eyes dancing to her and Sora, as well as Roxas and Namine. The last time she saw him, he hurt her...badly. She would make sure she proved to him, as well as the other villains, that she couldn't be hurt so easily this time.

Master Eraqus nodded at his former student's words. "Ventus is correct," he stated. "We won't allow you to walk on us and stomp on our hearts. This battle will be ours." Of course, he wouldn't be able to tell it in the coming years; he was to die by Vanitas's hand today, something he had already accepted.

"Such determination," Ansem said, arms folded across his chest as he stood along the front lines. "And yet you are missing some of your key allies. Tell me, where are they? Are they attempting to recruit those that refused to fight with you?" He noticed Sora furrow his eyebrows and look down at the ground, and that was when he knew that he was correct. "A meaningless effort. Nobody will be able to save you today." Riku and Aqua may have been attempting to increase the size of their army, but they would fail. Those Keybladers would not assist them.
Roxas looked down at the ground, eyes closing. Their plan would work; Lightning had it set up perfectly, and everyone was in the right positions. Now, they just had to wait for the right moment. "We'll save ourselves, and the worlds you wish to control," he said, opening his eyes to glare at Xehanort and his remnants, as well as the warriors of Darkness. They would see just what they had in store for them.

"Your confidence is misplaced," Master Xehanort said to the Keyblade wielders that he knew. "You stand no chance against us. Now...let the battle begin!" He and his warriors all disappeared into portals, reappearing in a circle as they surrounded all of the warriors of Light. This battle would be his.

"Not good," Lightning mumbled, seeing Xehanort's team surrounding her allies. But...she wouldn't give the order to send down the others yet. Those down on the field needed to gain the upper hand first. That was how this plan needed to be fulfilled.
