Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Roxas took back one of his hands after a moment, instead setting it in the damp sand. He pushed himself up slightly, sitting up so he could look at Namine clearly. The back of his shirt was soaked and covered with sand, as was his head, but he ignored it. What mattered was the girl in his arms, nothing else.

Namine sat up more when Roxas did, figuring then was as good a time as any to shift positions a little bit. She moved so that she wasn't sitting on top of him, though her arms were still around him. Though she knew that he wanted to gaze at her, her head remained on his shoulder. Just a few more moments, she thought, eyes open softly as they gazed at the sand.
Roxas released a small chuckle, feeling Namine cling to him. He kept his one arm around her, the other still supporting his weight as water ran over it. She was so cute... How did he let Xion ruin things a little while ago?

Namine pulled back after a few moments, her hands finding Roxas's shoulders as her eyes also located his. Her pale blue eyes danced over his from behind her bangs, the blonde not bothering to say anything. There was nothing that needed to be said right now. Both of them were happy for the first time in a very long time.
Roxas gazed at Namine with love and adoration, the emotions coming through freely for the first time. For so long he had to hide them from her, because he didn't think she wanted to see it coming from him. But now, he could show it all he wanted.

Namine leaned closer to Roxas and gave him a small kiss on the lips before she pulled back from the kiss and only let her forehead rest against his. Things are finally looking up. I haven't lost you, and now I know that I never will. Roxas was the boy that she would marry someday, as long as she had a say in it.
Roxas closed his eyes at the gesture, and they remained that way when he felt Namine's forehead against his own. I love you, he thought, though he didn't voice it. Namine already knew it, since he said it moments ago. But...he had to prove it somehow, instead of just say it. Namine needed to know how special she was.

"We should go home," Namine whispered, eyes shut as her position remained the same. They had no reason to stay on the Island anymore. And though today, everyone knew that she was safely with Roxas, she knew that they didn't like it when they were on the Island since it was detached from the mainland.
"Mm," Roxas hummed, moving his hand to the back of Namine's head. When she said "home," he imagined her place. He would accompany her only if she would let him; he felt he needed to be cautious with her now, despite what just happened between them. Things wouldn't be perfect until Xion's threat was gone for good.

Namine smiled faintly when Roxas didn't move, and she didn't move either. Though they both realized that was the rational thing to do, they didn't feel like being rational and responsible at a time like this. They were truly together again, truly in love...Truly invincible, in Namine's eyes. If they could survive what Xion threw at them, they could survive anything.
Roxas leaned forward slightly and pecked Namine on the nose, though he pulled back a second later. His face was still rather close to hers, but his eyes were open so he could look at her. "Your place?" he checked softly. They would go there, if she wanted. He wouldn't mind spending a few more hours with her.

"Okay," Namine responded softly, finally opening her eyes after Roxas pecked her nose. Her lips turned up in the faintest smile before she finally released him and moved to stand up. It was time for them to do something other than fight. But since they were going back to her place, she automatically wondered if Kairi would be there. How would she feel about Namine being with Roxas again...?
As usual, Roxas summoned his glider to the beach to fly himself and Namine over the water. He didn't just stop at the beach on the mainland, though; he flew to Namine's apartment before descending outside. Once off, he escorted Namine to her floor and waited as the door was unlocked. Since he was the last one inside, Roxas shut it behind him, locking it as well. The last time he was in here, he had been asking Namine to join him for training. Roxas had no idea it would get him this far.

Once they were both inside, Namine lifted a hand and ruffled her hair a little bit. "You mind if I get cleaned up quick?" she asked, turning to face Roxas. She felt like such a mess after training. A quick shower and a change of clothes would fix that easily enough, though.
"Nope," Roxas said with a shake of his head. He offered a small smile to the girl he loved, the one that knew she had his affection. Always. He would just hang out on the couch until Namine was finished, since he didn't have a change of clothes.

Namine smiled softly, nodding in the same manner before she went back to her room. She took a very brief shower and then threw on jeans and a blouse. In her mind, she had briefly debated dressing up or dressing down. She would have dressed up because she was so happy that she and Roxas were alright again, but the circumstances were casual, so there was no reason for her to dress up. So, this was her middle ground. The blonde smoothed her short hair as she entered the living room again, not surprised to see Roxas there.
Roxas had one hand on his stomach, the other tucked behind his head as he reclined on the couch. He had taken off his shirt so as to not get Namine's sofa dirty or wet, the young man shirtless as he rested on the furniture, his eyes closed for now. Namine hadn't taken that long, but lately he hadn't been able to sleep. Now that things were mostly okay again, he could finally rest...at least a little.

Namine approached the couch, certain that Roxas sensed her presence in the room. He always did, after all. She walked behind him to get to her spot on the couch, lightly running a hand over his hair as she walked by. She rounded the corner of the couch and sat down next to him, correctly guessing why he was shirtless and accepting it.
"You didn't take too long," Roxas murmured, his lips turned up in a crooked smile due to the light touch he received seconds ago. He peeked an eye open to look at Namine before closing it again. She looked nice, as always. He couldn't say the same for himself.

Namine smiled softly, glancing over at Roxas. "I did say I was going to be quick, didn't I?" she asked rhetorically. She had taken five minutes tops. It was quicker to wash her short hair than her long hair, that was for sure. As much as she actually liked her hair this length, she did miss her long hair.
Roxas released a small "hmph" as he kept his position. "Touche," he said in defeat. Thing was, what were they going to do now? Roxas was sure he and Namine were done training for the day, even if it was only a little after noon. He wondered if she wanted to do anything specific, but it didn't really matter. As long as Roxas was with Namine, he was complete.

Namine let her eyes dance over Roxas, since he wasn't looking at her. Despite what happened lately, he looked happy. Mostly she was thinking that despite Xion's betrayal, he was happy with her. That made Namine's heart warmer than it had been in a very long time. The blonde changed position after a few moments, laying down the length of the couch in front of Roxas as she gazed at the rest of the room.
Roxas opened one eye again, peeking to the side and seeing Namine next to him. Her body heat initially gave her away, but he still wanted to see what she was doing. When he realized how she was laying, he turned over onto his side and wrapped the arm that was originally on his stomach around her own, pulling her close as he buried his face in her hair. It smelled good and was soft, two pluses; he would have stayed there regardless.

Namine smiled softly, her eyes falling shut as she felt the warmth of Roxas's bare chest against her. I missed this so much... she thought, sadness threatening to invade the moment. Instead of letting it make itself present, she laid her arm on top of his and decided to just savor this moment. No words were needed; only this.
Roxas took in a breath before releasing it, a soft hum leaving him in comfort. He missed this kind of contact for the past few weeks; Namine was away, and he couldn't be like this with Xion. Not after what happened at the beach. Roxas didn't even know where Xion was, since she ran off after he, Riku, and Lightning caught her trying to hurt Namine. Since then, no one had seen her. A part of Roxas was glad, but another part of him--the part that wanted his true best friend back--didn't like it a bit.
