Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Lightning smiled darkly. "You're only going to make me more angry with talk like that," she stated, summoning a sword to her grasp. "So if you want to seal your own doom, by all means, keep talking. I want you to be wearing that smug expression when I kill you for good." And she was going to kill him. This wasn't a battle she would flee from.

"Kill me?" Caius asked with the same smirk, wanting to laugh at the idea. "Good luck. You don't have your goddess to grant you power, so what will you use other than fury? You're too weak on your own. That has been foreseen by Lumina." His Yeul resurrected.

"Oh has it now?" Lightning asked lowly. "You'll have to tell her she foresaw things incorrectly then. I'll show you just what I can do without a goddess's power." It was plenty to kill him. Her rage would fuel her in a way that servitude never did. As if proof of the power of her fury, lightning continued to flash in the background. Any sane person would have been intimidated, but nobody ever said Caius was sane.

This time, Caius did laugh, in the form of a dark chuckle. "Tell her yourself. Lumina," he called. His seeress would not leave him alone in this battle. Her abilities through Chaos were quite grand. She would use them fully against the stubborn ex-soldier.

Lumina appeared beside Caius in a puff of chaos, laughing at the girl across from them. "You're out to play again, Lightning? I thought you were broken." Upon seeing Lightning's glare, she smirked. "Oh, I get it. You are broken. You just don't want to be fixed, because then I'll break you all over again." She looked over at Caius, confident. "She's pathetic. Not even close to being a threat to us."

"Just as you've seen in the timeline, dearest Lumina," Caius declared, glancing over at her before finding their enemy. "Any last requests before we begin, Claire?" She would meet her end. Last words would be granted before the final blow.

Light only smirked grimly, lifting her sword by her face as she held the hilt with both hands. "Yeah," she said calmly. "When I kill you this time, stay dead." Noel had the pleasure of doing Caius in last time, but now it was Light's turn. There was no way he would survive this battle, and if he did, it would be with injuries beyond healing.

Caius's smirk only remained. "Lumina, please do the honors," he requested. She could create beasts with Chaos, and that was exactly what they would need for this battle. Of course, Lumina could fight Lightning face-to-face as well, but that would come after some tests.

Lightning's smirk vanished. She wasn't going to fight the Serah look-a-like; she was here for Caius. "Quit hiding behind your seeress!" she roared. She shoved off the building she was on and swung at Caius, sending a fire spell at Lumina to keep her distracted for a moment. She was going to knock Caius off the building to his death. It was a good way for the beast to die.

"Hiding?" Caius countered, lifting his blade and blocking the attack easily. "What, much like you do your Riku?" She was always cowering behind the Keyblade Master, emotionally or physically. He had overseen the most recent encounter between Lumina and the warrior, and he caught the look Riku and Lightning shared during. It was pathetic of Lightning, really. He had never seen her so soft.

"Shut up!" Lightning barked. While one blade pressed against Caius's, she summoned a second to her left hand and went in for a stab. Light already knew that she was hiding behind Riku, and she hated it. But she wasn't hiding behind him in this battle! This time, she would win on her own strength.

Caius swiftly jumped back to avoid the stab, his smirk vanishing as he went on the offensive. He brought his blade up and triggered the glowing eye, summoning Chaos to his weapon. He then went in for the kill, swinging repeatedly. He and Lumina would make this quick.

Lightning grunted, blocking the fast sword with both of her weapons. But one swing was enough to send her flying. She bit back a cry as she impacted a nearby building that was taller than the others, the young woman crashing through the wall and landing on a floor inside. It took her a moment to regain herself and rise to her feet--just enough time for chaos monsters to surround her. Perfect. How am I supposed to get to Caius now?

"Hmph," Caius grunted in triumph, seeing Lightning from his spot atop the roof. But then he sensed movement in a different direction. He turned his head and saw a group heading this way, and he frowned. Easily dealt with. He lifted his weapon high into the air and called to the Chaos, summoning more monsters to stop the incoming warriors.

Lightning slashed through the monster in front of her with amazing speed and power before launching herself at Caius again. She wasn't here to fight his minions; she was here to kill him! It was time he faced her seriously instead of expecting monsters to do his dirty work. She wasn't going to be done in by small fries like those today.

Kairi was running with the others, her group being Sora and Terra. Sora made up for speed, Kairi magic, and Terra strength. The other group was Roxas, Naminé, and Noel, and the third Riku, Snow, Hope, and Aqua. Kairi's group didn't pursue Lightning by air in fear of being discovered by Caius first, but by the sounds of things, it looked to be too late for that. Kairi skidded to a halt when a large beast landed in front of her, having flown down from the sky. She didn't hesitate summoning her weapon and instantly calling to a fire spell, burning the beast's wings.

Sora joined in with Kairi and Terra, summoning his Keyblade and slashing at a beast that came his way. If Riku didn't notice the commotion on this side of the city by now, he would have been shocked. It hadn't been obvious first, but after a body was sent flying through a building wall, Sora and his friends noticed the battle without problem. Hopefully Lightning was okay.

Riku was already on his glider, heading for the building up top. He decided he would make his first attack subtle. He jumped off his glider upon closing in on Caius, sending his glider at the villain. He heard a painful cry leave him after he was already hurt by Lightning, and Riku landed on one knee. And just behind him, Aqua flew by on her glider to add another attack to the mix. Hope and Snow were on their way up.

Lightning shoved a chaos monster away from her with her sword, knocking it off the high building that she now shared with more people. Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed it was one person that she really ticked off. Of course he would come here now and distract her. She felt even more guilty feeling his presence here. But she would still end this fight. She would do it even if Riku didn't think she was fit to.

Riku casted Lightning a brief glare, but then he went for Caius while Aqua summoned her Keyblade to her hand. Just over the building, the Shiva sisters were creating an icy path that Snow road up, Hope on his way as well. This fight would come out in their favor.

When Lightning was distracted, Lumina attacked. She swung her sword at Lightning and frowned when the soldier snapped out of her thoughts and blocked it. Nevertheless, Lumina pressed hard against it, teeming with chaos. "Isn't this sweet? All your friends were forced into a fight because of you. Now they're all going to die and there'll be nobody to blame but you, Claire." She was glad to see the soldier's expression show more anger, but it displayed fear too. She knew this battle was a serious one.

Roxas briefly glanced up when Hope and his summon passed them by. He, Noel, and Naminé were stuck on the ground battling away summoned beasts. It wasn't easy, but Roxas made sure to watch Naminé's back whenever he could. Just like Riku fought for Lightning, and Sora for Kairi, Roxas fought for Naminé.

Lightning grit her teeth, glaring Lumina in the eye. If she thought her taunts would scar her, she was wrong. She knew the truth about Lumina's identity now. Everything she said was a lie. She proved that in their last encounter. Lightning shoved Lumina away from her in fury, bending down and gathering momentum as she executed a roundhouse kick that sent Lumina stumbling to the side--towards the very edge of the building. An automatic expression of horror replaced her fury as Lumina stumbled off the edge and screamed, only to be silenced by a knock to the head from an outstretched patio before she completely plummeted to the ground. I...I didn't mean to...do that.

Caius heard the shriek and turned his head, seeing that his seeress had just fallen from the building. "Yeul!" he cried in horror, and fury. He felt a hit to his side that sent him stumbling, Lightning's lover having been the source. Caius glared before he vanished from sight. There was hell to pay.

Lightning glanced over at Caius in time to see him vanish. Of course she stood up quickly and tightened her grip on her sword. She just killed Lumina--Yeul. As great as her rage was against Caius, he was about to fight with a new kind of fury. She prepared for whatever attack he would send, cautious but not sensing anything. That made her more nervous than anything.
