Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Roxas felt Namine pull back, and he opened his eyes, looking at her. When he noticed that her gaze was in another direction, he followed it, his eyes finding Kairi.

Kairi stopped a few feet away, smiling sheepishly when she interrupted. "Uh, sorry," she said softly. "But...I think it's about time we go get changed, don't you?" She was speaking to Namine of course, and maybe Roxas too. He was a little wet after getting in the water earlier too, but he was drier than Namine.

Namine smiled softly, understanding where Kairi was coming from. "Yeah, it's time," she said, loosening her hold on Roxas so her hands were on his shoulders. She was still cold, so getting on dry clothes would help her get warmer.
Roxas smiled a little at Kairi's suggestion, his eyes leaving her and going to the girl he loved. His hands were on her waist, and he agreed with her that she needed to change. He didn't want her to be uncomfortable, and he knew how easily Namine got sick. Cold and wet wasn't a good combination for her.

Namine shifted her gaze to Roxas, a question coming to mind. "Do you want to come?" she asked. "Or do you want to change and meet up later?" He had gotten wet too, so maybe he wanted a change of clothes too.
"Uh..." Roxas looked down at his own clothes. They weren't as wet as Namine's, but they were still...wet. "...I'll go home really quick," he said with a sheepish smile, looking up at her.
  • Author
"Alright," Namine said with a soft smile and a faint nod, understanding. She would just see him later, then, when they were both dry and comfortable. She lowered her hands, prepared to let him leave.
Roxas let his hands leave Namine's waist, and he smiled at her one last time before walking away from the shoreline and in the direction of Sora's house. He nodded to Kairi when he passed her, seeing how wet she was. Yeah, it was best they went and changed.

Sora noticed Roxas walking away, and he figured that he was going to get changed. The brunet let him go, starting towards the two girls who he was going to be with. The walk to Kairi's wouldn't take too long, and once they got there, he could just wait outside or in the kitchen until they were comfortable.
It didn't take long before Kairi reached her house along with her boyfriend and best friend, and she walked out the door in a pair of shorts and a t-shirt, comfortable now. Sora was on the porch, so she was going to join him.

Sora was laying on the porch swing in front of Kairi's house, his back against it and his knees propped up. He also had a hand behind his head as he stared up at the roof above the porch, thinking about a lot of things. It was really setting in now, Riku being a Keyblade Master. And Sora couldn't even wield a Keyblade. He didn't like admitting it, but he was...jealous.
Kairi quietly shut the door, her eyes finding Sora on the porch swing instantly. She started over towrd him in silence, running a hand through her drier hair. It felt good, to be in dry clothes now; she was warmer.

Sora blinked at the thought, not hearing Kairi approaching him because he was deep in thought. He knew what trouble envy caused. Years ago, Riku had been jealous of Sora having the Keyblade, and that created a lot of problems. Sora didn't want things to be that way, and he didn't want to be jealous at all. He should have been content with what he had.
Kairi smiled a little when her footsteps didn't set Sora off, even if they were pretty quiet. And by the way he was lying and the look on his face, he was daydreaming again. Regardless, the redhead approached him, stopping next to him. She then positioned herself on a small space on the porch swing that was left open due to how he was lying, the girl facing him as she looked at him, sitting next to his stomach, much like how she remembered doing when she woke him from his naps on his couch sometimes.
  • Author
Sora felt another presence on the swing because of a small movement, and he shifted his gaze to the girl who was sitting near his stomach. He was surprised that he hadn't heard her come out, but it didn't startle him. "Hey," he greeted softly, wondering if he should sit up to give her more room.
"Hi," Kairi greeted in return, her voice soft with the boy she loved. She set a hand lightly on his chest, looking down at him with a small smile. "Daydreaming again?" He didn't noticed she was there until she sat down; that could be the only case.
  • Author
"Yeah," Sora said with a faint nod, smiling weakly. It was a bit like daydreaming, but he was more thinking about what was going on with his best friend. He considered that dwelling on a topic and not daydreaming, but he went along with Kairi's assumption just to make things easier.
Kairi's smile only remained. "I'm surprised you haven't fallen asleep," she admitted quietly. She figured that after all the action on the beach today he would be out for a nap, but Sora wasn't yet.
  • Author
"Well, your swing isn't the most comfortable place to lay," Sora pointed out, his weak smile growing a little with that. He just laid down on it because it was furniture, and that was what he always did.
Kairi shrugged, not really able to counter that. It was a nice swing, but Sora was right; it wasn't the best to sleep on. However, she did usually read out here in the afternoons, or when it was raining she would watch the storm. So, the swing was used for purposes like Sora's, daydreaming.

Sora shut his eyes after Kairi's response, the teen still feeling her hand lightly on his chest. "But if you had left me out here a few more moments, I might have started dozing off," he said with a small smile.
"Of course you would have, you lazy bum," Kairi said lightly, rubbing Sora's chest a little. She then stopped, a smile of amusement on her lips. She knew him, and he was right. A few minutes was all it took.
  • Author
Sora opened his eyes, looking over at Kairi. "It's not laziness," he said in protest, though he didn't really care. "It's sleepiness." There was a difference, at least to him.
"Sleeping during the day is lazy," Kairi retorted with a small smile. She'd seen Sora nap all the time on the island, and yet they were still having this conversation.
  • Author
"Nope," Sora said, shaking his head slightly. "It's getting the rest you need to function. It's smart." He smirked slightly, making up excuses for what Kairi called laziness.
Kairi only laughed, rolling her eyes. "Okay, okay. You win," she said with a smile. There was no point in fighting Sora, really. He would win.
