A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Lightning hmphed in amusement, able to guess that Riku was salivating at the food since his head was turned in that direction. "Better put toppings on your ice cream before it melts," she hinted. As much as she liked being in this position, the plain ice cream she set out on the counter wasn't going to stay cold forever. 

Riku looked over the choices before smirking. "You pick," he told her gently. He was interested in what she would put on it. After all, they were sharing; he wasn't going to hog such a great treat. Besides, he figured Lightning deserved some after being so thoughtful.

Lightning looked over the toppings, considering all her options. She normally didn't pig out on junk food; she had to eat healthy food to stay in shape and have energy. But tonight, the fighting was over. She could slack off for one night at least. Her hand went towards the hot fudge first before going to the caramel, and then to the banana. At the last moment, she decided to sprinkle on some jimmies too.

Riku chuckled a little when he saw Lightning piling on the toppings, and he lifted one of his arms to spoon in another treat. "You can never have enough chocolate," he said softly in her ear, putting some chocolate chips on top. This was going to be ridiculously good, and they would enjoy it together. That was a great night in his eyes.

Lightning smirked, lifting a hand and knocking Riku's hand as he gently shook some chocolate chips onto the sundae. The rest of the chips on the spoon tumbled down as well, whether they were meant to or not. "Guess we'll see if that's true or not, huh?" she mused softly. There were almost more toppings than ice cream, but that was perfectly fine with her.

Riku's smile remained as he released Lightning completely, stepping over and grabbing the bowl. He leaned his lower back against the counter and dipped the spoon in, then offering the first bite to Lightning. "Ladies first," he said, aquamarine eyes on her pale blue. It was late, but they could enjoy a small snack before bed.

Lightning eyed the spoon, Riku, and then the spoon again. She couldn't remember any other occasion when he fed her like this. This was a lovey-dovey type of situation that she never thought that she'd be in, ever. As a blush rose into her cheeks, she leaned forward and accepted the ice cream on the spoon to cool herself down. 

Riku's smile softened at the blush he noticed, but he busied himself with a question instead. "Good?" he asked gently. There were a ton of toppings, but it looked delicious to him. Then again, he was a guy; anything edible looked pretty amazing.

Light swallowed her ice cream, nodding and humming at the same time. "Try it yourself," she said, gently removing the spoon from Riku's grasp and scooping some of the food on it for him. If he was going to feed her, then she was going to do the same for him. It was a cute moment, which was why her slight blush remained even after eating some ice cream.

Riku took the offer and accepted the ice cream and many toppings. Due to the chocolate chips and banana, he had to chew a bit, which had him chuckling. "There's barely any ice cream," he said, looking down at the bowl...and giving Lightning some privacy. That blush was beautiful to him, but embarrassing for her. He wouldn't push it.

"Of course," Lightning said without flinching. "I purposely didn't give you much so that I could have more." She smirked, digging the spoon into the bowl once more. Of course she was joking, but that was the kind of remark she would normally make to tease Riku. Finally they were falling into their old habits again.

"And here I was, thinking you were considerate," Riku said, crossing his arms over his chest. He lifted an eyebrow as he watched his beloved taking another scoop of ice cream, admiring her instead of the treat. He could always have another sundae; there would never be another Lightning.

"Oh hush," Lightning said, holding out the spoonfull for Riku to eat. "Say 'ahhhh'," she said lightly, though her eyes shone deviously. As soon as Riku went in for his bit of ice cream, she was going to pull it away. That was what he got for implying she was inconsiderate in this playful conversation.

Riku playfully rolled his eyes before opening his mouth for the treat, the taste of the toppings still lingering from the last bite. This moment, actually, reminded him of something he and Lightning would be doing in the future. Or so he hoped. Feeding each other cake...at the wedding. Just the thought had Riku's stomach in knots.

Light smirked at Riku's expression, which seemed dreamy for a moment. It was the perfect time for her to withdraw the spoon and put it in her own mouth. She hummed with delight at the flavors, and all the ice cream that she put into that spoonfull. Yeah, making sundaes was a good idea after all. 

Riku blinked at the movement, coming out of his thoughts quickly and catching the devious look on Lightning's face. "Ha-ha," he said, then taking the spoon before she could protest. He dipped it in the ice cream and took a large mouthful for himself, eyeing her as he ate the treat.

Lightning swallowed her large spoonfull of ice cream and smirked at how Riku stole the spoon. Well, she bet he didn't see her next move coming. She reached over and grabbed the bowl with the remaining banana slices and flipped it upside down on Riku's head, plastering the bowl down so that the banana would be crushed and in his hair.

Riku flinched at the bananas being crushed onto his scalp, a few pieces falling onto the floor. His eyes then hardened as he found Lightning, setting the sundae down before grabbing the sprinkles. He tipped them over on top of her head and let them fall into her pink hair. Once it was done, he smirked deviously, setting the bowl back down on the counter. "Game on."

Lightning caught the look in Riku's eyes and matched it. Alright, if that was how he wanted to play it... She took the spoon out of the caramel and dabbed the caramel from it onto Riku's nose before reaching for a chocolate chip and sticking it on. She couldn't help but laugh at the sight; Riku was wearing a bowl on his head, had caramel on the tip of his nose, and a chocolate chip in the middle of the caramel. He looked silly.

At Lightning's laughter, Riku fought his own. Instead of doing anything too harsh, he dipped his finger in the hot fudge and marked her cheeks and chin, as well as the bridge of her nose. Once that was done, he took the bowl off his head and let the remaining pieces of banana fall from his hair. This was getting messy, but at least it was fun. This was how things used to be.

"I just took a shower, too," Lightning laughed, though she didn't immediately grab a washcloth to clean herself up. Riku still looked silly, despite the bowl being removed, so she would share the look and stay messy as well. This wasn't an all-out food fight, but it was enough of one to mess up this side of the kitchen.

"You're sweeter than you were before," Riku joked lowly, then lifting his finger and swiping the caramel and chocolate chip from his nose. He stuck that finger in his mouth to taste the toppings, then smirking at the woman he loved. Riku would have never been like this a few years ago. Never. He had always been calm and collected Riku, always serious and only playful with Sora and Kairi. That was it. Lightning was different, since she was the one to change him...for the better.

"Aw, shucks," Light joked, uncharacteristically giddy. She reached for the bowl of ice cream and ate some more, realizing that it was already melting during their exchange. She wasn't surprised--after all, hot fudge was one of the toppings, and it was obviously heated beforehand so the name was accurate. It was time to finish this before it became soup.

"Hmph." Riku ran a hand through his hair and felt the remaining banana pieces, shaking them out over the sink that he was near. If Sora and Kairi saw this, they would probably laugh. How couldn't they, when Riku was never like this? At least Riku found someone who he was comfortable with. The only woman he could picture himself with forever. Lightning...Claire.

While Riku sorted himself out, Lightning managed to eat a few spoonfulls of ice cream. That was enough for her, since she mainly made the snack for Riku. "Finish it up," she said, though over half the bowl was left. She didn't wait for a response, reaching for a washcloth to wet and clean herself up with.
