Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

The next morning   Riku lingered in the living room as Lightning's guests talked on the sofas. It was the day after Sora and Kairi's wedding, and now that the event was over, everyone was heading ba

Riku's smile widened slightly, but because his focus was on Lightning at that moment, he wasn't watching his footing. Lightning's dress reached the floor, and Riku stepped on part of it, which tripped both of them up. He realized quickly that they were tumbling to the ground, but there wasn't much more he could do than that. He hit the floor with a small grunt, realizing that was his mistake. Whoops...

Light grunted and Serah gasped, though the latter couldn't stop herself from laughing. Lightning wasn't sure what to say, except..."I'm ready for the sake of getting out of dresses," she joked, setting a hand on the back of Riku's head while they were both grounded. She seriously couldn't wait to be able to wear pants again.

Riku closed his eyes and started laughing alongside Serah, both at the situation and Lightning's comment. How long had it been since he'd laughed? Three weeks? Maybe longer? Considering the fact that he was friends with Sora, it was hard not to laugh, but he just hadn't been in a great mood since things with Lightning went south. But now... Things were different.

Serah's giggling intensified when she got another mental picture. "If you're tripping over Lightning's dress, I can't imagine how you'd be if you were wearing your own!" she said to Riku. Just the picture of Riku in a full length dress...and heels! He would  have been so clumsy and uncomposed--the opposite of the norm.

Riku's laughing died off enough for him to look up at Serah and smirk. "That will stay in your imagination," he insisted. He wasn't going to donning a dress anytime soon. That would be a nightmare. But Lightning looked great in a dress, even if she disliked them.

"We'll see about that," Serah said, grinning down at her sister. "He owes you for this, right?" she checked. "Tripping over your dress and dragging you down with him was pretty rude." This was a form of payback, but it was innocent enough that nobody really got hurt. She was sure there were plenty of dresses in the closet upstairs...

Riku's laughing had completely stopped by this point. He pointed at Serah as he remained on the ground, his head still in Lightning's hand while one arm remained around her. "Hey, it was an accident!" he said in his defense. He wasn't putting on a dress. No way!

"You still caused this," Serah smirked. She approached the couple on the ground, holding out a hand for Lightning to take. Though Lightning sometimes failed to recognize how strong Serah was, she apparently remembered this time, because she accepted Serah's grasp and it was enough for her to rise to her feet. "We'll go pick out a dress awhile."

"What?!" Riku cried from the ground, eyes wide in horror. He scrambled to his feet and instantly wrapped his arms around Lightning from behind. "I'll hold her hostage until you back down. Don't test me, Serah." Of course, keeping Lightning to himself wasn't the worst thing in the world. And this whole dress thing...he would rather fight hundreds of Heartless than go through that kind of humiliation.

"Oh no you don't!" Serah laughed. She swung around behind Riku and crawled up onto his back, hanging on tightly like a monkey. "I'm not letting go of you until you let go of Lightning!" She wasn't going to drop this whole dress thing; it was a brilliant idea. And Lightning was smiling and chuckling at all of it. That encouraged her to keep this up.

"Not happening," Riku said with a grunt, trying to balance himself while he kept his hold on the woman he loved. He wasn't going to let her go, not again. That was one of his biggest mistakes. He would be sure not to make that mistake twice.

"Hey Riku," Serah said. She leaned in closer to his ear, speaking her next threat in a whisper. "I know your weakness." Lightning told him, and if she needed to, she would exploit that weakness to get Riku into a dress. It wasn't very sportsmanlike, but she was game for anything at this point.

Riku blinked at he words, not sure how to take them. His weakness? He wasn't sure what Serah was talking about. He didn't have any weaknesses, or so he told himself. There were a few times when he figured out what his true weakness was, but he didn't really want to think about that.

Serah smirked, and so did her sister when she understood what Serah was getting at. She reached down to Riku's armpits and began to tickle him there, for that was his weakness. The muscular, manly-man Riku who saved worlds countless times was extremely ticklish. Who would have thought that, right?

Riku's grip on Lightning only tightened at the tickling, but he did begin to laugh. This wasn't the weakness he was thinking of, but he supposed it worked. He wasn't letting Lightning go, no matter what. "Lightning, you told her!" he said through his chuckles. How else would Serah have known?

  • Author

"Sorry," Lightning grimaced, though she was chuckling as well. She liked telling Serah about her relationship with Riku, and his quirks and all that. One of his biggest quirks was that he was very ticklish. Of course he couldn't help it, just like Lightning and Serah couldn't help exploiting it every now and then.

Riku continued to laugh, his arms around Lightning's middle slowly loosening as he fought to control his breathing. This was impossible! How was he supposed to get out of this? If he let Light go, then they would both try to get him into a dress (which was not happening). As if he wanted that kind of humiliation!

Serah kept tickling Riku, noticing that her efforts were successful. Lightning broke free and stumbled her first step away, though she then moved closer to a wall and placed a hand against it. "Go, Lightning, go!" she cried through her laughter. Her sister smirked back at her before starting to the bedroom at a quick walk, her hand remaining against the wall as she went for support.

"Serah," Riku groaned through his laughter. This was so embarrassing. Could she stop now? Or did he have to suffer until Lightning got away? But...a part of Riku didn't want her to leave, despite the fact that this was a game. He'd been apart from her too long.

Serah watched Lightning disappear into the bedroom, and then she decided to be merciful. "There, done," she said, jumping off Riku's back and landing on the ground. She ran past him to that room, waving to him as she went by. "We'll pick the prettiest dress in the closet!" she called to him.

Riku tried to catch his breathing, and while he did, he sent Serah a playful but true glare. He was not wearing a dress... Simple as that. He lifted a hand to his head and sighed, closing his eyes. At least things were somewhat back to normal...

Serah went into the room and ran straight to a closet, figuring Lightning was at another one. "What color would work best for him?" she asked as she went through the clothes. "There's a nice lilac in here. This navy blue would fit but that's so boring! And black, ugh! Did you purposely ask Kain to give you dull dresses? Lightning?" She turned her head and looked around, realizing Lightning wasn't looking through another closet after all. She was passed out on the bed even though she had been in the room for less than sixty seconds.

Riku walked toward the bedroom and stopped in the doorway, finding Serah first. He heard her jabbering just now, and while it amused him, his smile turned soft when he followed her gaze to the woman on the bed. She was exhausted, but she earned some rest. She saved them.

Serah sighed, shutting the closet door. "Alright Riku, you win this round," she said, giving him a look. She motioned with her head for him to go join Lightning at the bed. "I'm gonna explore the castle." She wanted to see what it was like, and if there actually were colorful dresses elsewhere.

Riku started toward the bed. "Don't get yourself into trouble," he told Serah with a smirk. He doubted she would, but this was a castle. The first she'd seen in person, most likely. She could do her fair share of wandering; he wouldn't stop her.
