Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Aqua let her eyes find Terra after a second. It was really quiet now, and she'd only barely heard Kairi and Riku's conversation. So Sora wandered off, and nobody wanted to go back to the carnival. So what could they do now?

Terra turned his head to look at Aqua when he felt a gaze on him, and he shrugged lightly at the look on her face. He didn't know what to do now, but he assumed somebody would go find Sora. Probably Kairi.

Riku turned his head, looking past Kairi to see the others. "I'm gonna head home. I'll see you guys later," he said. He didn't really feel like sticking around tonight. He just wanted to go home and chill out for a little while. With that, Riku turned around, starting the way Sora had gone in silence.

Kairi took a small step forward when Riku suddenly walked off, but she didn't pursue him any further. ...Okay then.

After leaving his friends, Sora started in the direction of his home automatically. But he didn't go to the house. Instead, he sat down on the beach in silence for a long time, just looking at the ocean and the stars as he pondered his thoughts.
Kairi saw Riku disappear down the path, and she looked down at the bear in her arms. So...what was she supposed to do now? Was she supposed to go find Sora?

Sora wasn't jealous that Riku was a Keyblade Master. He knew how hard Riku worked, and he knew that he deserved the honor and privileges that came along with that title. Sora was just...upset, that he didn't have his Keyblade back. He always strived to be like Riku because he was strong and a great friend, and now it felt like he was falling behind. And he didn't like that.
Kairi decided that she was going to look for Sora. She needed to see him, talk to him after what happened. She saw him get hit, and she wanted to make sure he was okay... The girl turned around to look at her friends. "I'm going to go look for Sora, okay?"

"Okay," Namine said with a faint nod. "See you at home." She wasn't sure what she was doing yet, if she was going straight home or staying with Roxas for a little while. Either way, she would see Kairi later.

"Be careful, too," Roxas said, unable to help himself. It was getting late, so it was best she was alert. Nothing usually happened, but the warning couldn't hurt.

Kairi nodded with a weak smile, then turning and following Riku's trail along the path. She wasn't sure where she could find Sora, but maybe looking for him at home was the best choice...

Namine watched Kairi go, staying silent now. She hoped things worked out; she really didn't like the tension between everyone lately.
Kairi walked in silence for a while, holding her teddy bear Sora won her to her chest. She was near the beach now, walking under a lamp post that provided some illumination. Sora's house wasn't far from here, so she didn't have much further to walk.

"Fancy meeting you here," Chris said, catching the attention of the boy sitting on the shores of the beach. He saw Sora turn around from his spot and see Chris standing with a few other bullies, one of them being his brother. "Don't look so surprised," he added with a smirk. "You knew that I wasn't done with you when we left the carnival."

Sora rose to his feet and turned to face Chris and the other people, though his eyes focused on his childhood bully. "I thought you would at least lay low for a little while," he said lowly, "considering the trouble you caused back there."

Travis stood next to his brother, arms crossed over his chest as he looked at Sora. So, this puny kid caused his brother to get kicked out of the carnival. Heh, as if. Chris must have caused so much trouble that he did it himself.

Kairi thought she heard voices, and she slowed her pace as she walked along the path. The beach was right up ahead, and she walked forward in curiosity. She hoped she wasn't hearing things...

"As if," Chris said with a snort, rolling his eyes. He would never lay low; he owned this place. At least, it was like he did, since his crew had power over all teens in the area. Well, all the teens except for people like Sora and Riku. And that was going to change. He motioned to a few of his boys and they walked forward, just making a circle around Sora and walking around him.

Sora saw Chris's light hand motion, and he kept his eyes on the two teens in front of him. He recognized the one beside him...Travis? Yeah, he was in Sora's grade. He wasn't a big bully back when he was in elementary school, but apparently he was following in his brother's footsteps now. Terrific.

Kairi walked toward the beach, and she saw that there was a group of people surrounding somebody on the beach. But...who? The girl gasped, suddenly feeling herself get tugged into some nearby shrubbery.

Riku put a finger up to his lips, telling Kairi to be quiet. He'd been here for a few minutes now, observing what was happening. He couldn't let her go out there, and he wasn't about to. Sora said he could fight his own battles, and Riku was going to let him do that without his help.

"Let me guess," Sora said, looking from Travis to Chris. "You were so embarrassed at the carnival that your brought your posse to beat me up and make up for it. Isn't this a bit overkill?" There were at least six people here, and Chris thought that Sora couldn't fight. He really was planning on beating Sora to a pulp.

"Embarrassed? By a wimp like you?" Chris said with a laugh. "Oh please. I just didn't get the enjoyment I sought at the carnival. So, I'll make up for that now." It would be so fun, watching Sora suffer and partaking in the fight.

"Plus, Riku isn't here to save your sorry behind this time," Travis added, a devious smile on his face. "We have a much better advantage with that as well." Not only did they have six people, but Sora's body guard couldn't save him this round. He was out of luck.

  • Author
Sora rolled his eyes, hands in fists by his side. "I don't need Riku to 'save my sorry behind'," he said, locking his jaw. Why were people still looking down on him?! He was so sick of this.

Kairi turned her eyes away from the scene to look at Riku upon hearing his name involved. But her best friend only stared at the group, his eyes alert. So she turned her focus back to it as well, not that she had any other choice.

Travis only arched an eyebrow. Sora said he didn't need the help. Well, there was only one solution to that. "Prove it."

Sora frowned, staring at Travis. "You gonna let your brother do all the talking, Chris?" he asked, shifting his gaze to the older brother. "You're worse than I am, letting your little brother take over what you started. At least I tried going against my 'body guard'."

Surprisingly, Sora's taunt got to Chris, and he didn't know what to say. He wasn't letting Travis take over, but...Travis was talking too much for Chris's taste. He was just supposed to be muscle, nothing more. He clenched his hands in fists, trying to come up with a response.

Travis couldn't help but roll his eyes. Whatever. He wasn't talking too much, at least not in his opinion. He was just pushing Sora's buttons, antagonizing him. Like he was supposed to be doing.

  • Author

"Heh," Chris laughed, recovering. "Not bad, kid. But you got lucky with that taunt. Why don't you fight instead of talk smack, hm? Show us what you're really made of."

"Six against one?" Sora asked, noticing that the teens around him were standing still and staring at him as they waited for Chris to tell them what to do. That wasn't a fair match, but he would obviously fight anyway.

Kairi could only watch from the darkness the trees and bushes provided, the girl wanting nothing more than for Riku to step in and help. But...he didn't seem like he planned on moving. But Sora needed help! He was going to get hurt!
  • Author

"That a problem?" Chris asked with an arched brow.

"If you really want to know what I'm made of," Sora said coolly, "then we should fight one-on-one. Hiding behind your thugs is a cowardly move." He was still acting tough in front of his enemies, but he was also being smart. He couldn't take on six at once, so if he was trying to mess with Chris's ego to get his way and make this easier.

"Cowardly? No," Chris said, shaking his head and smirking. "It's entertaining. And that's why I do everything I do." He made a motion to his friends and they ran at Sora. The teen smirked more widely, knowing that Sora was going to get very beat up.

Travis caught the motion his brother made, and he ran in along with the other thugs. Sora was going to get his butt wooped.

Riku's eyebrows furrowed as he saw everyone go in for his best friend, and he knew that he couldn't go in. He had to sit this one out, no matter how much he wanted to punch Chris in the face.
