A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Namine cuddled with the puppy that was already in her arms as she sat next to Kairi, lifting him up as he reached a paw towards her face. "Hi handsome," she cooed lovingly. She just found out yesterday that Jasmine even had puppies, so today was her first day spending time with them. She already knew that she would have a hard time leaving them alone today or any day. I want to take you home!

Riku stood just outside the fence, placing the stray puppy back in the fenced area before closing up the small gap it managed to escape through. He looked at his friends all gathered around; Kairi and Namine were playing with the puppies, Aqua was talking with Ven, Roxas was stuffing his face alongside Sora, and Snow was sharing a story with Terra. It was nice to have everyone here for the holiday.

Serah also sat on the ground, a puppy in her arms as she cuddled with her. "Snow!" she whined from her spot, looking up at him with her big blue eyes. "I'm bringing this puppy home, okay?" She wasn't really asking for permission; she was going to bring home the puppy whether she was allowed to or not.

Snow stopped talking to Terra, eyes widening when he heard and saw Serah. He chuckled nervously. "Uh...we already have a baby to take care of, remember?" he said, rubbing his neck. They couldn't take on another one, not without going insane. Serah's mood swings were giving Snow whiplash, but he went out in the middle of the night and got her what she wanted just so she was happy. Any stress on her was stress on a baby. A puppy would only add to that, wouldn't it?

"We still have six months," Serah continued, her voice still a whine. "I'll be so bored until then..." All that she was doing was tutoring kids from their home. She was a full-time teacher before, but at the first sign of abnormal health, Snow forced her to take a pregnancy leave. All she had now was a lot of time on her hands.

"I dunno..." Snow said, glancing over at Riku, who only lifted an eyebrow. Just from that look Snow knew that Riku wasn't going to turn Serah down. They had to give the puppies away eventually, and if Serah was willing to take one, Riku wouldn't stop her. Snow was already losing his battle, wasn't he?

Lightning sat down on a couch just in time to save Snow from a hard position. "They need to stay with Jasmine for a while," she said as she leaned back into the sofa. "Give it a few more weeks, then we'll talk." Besides, nobody knew how Serah's health would be in that time. Pregnancy did weird things to a woman.

Kairi set her puppy down, watching it go play with its siblings. "What do you think, Sora?" she asked, glancing back at her husband as he stuffed his face. "You've always wanted a dog, right?" They could take a puppy home when they were of age. Their apartment allowed pets, and Kairi wasn't pregnant. They could do it.

"Yeah..." Sora said, scratching the side of his head as he looked at the puppies in the pen. "But is now really a good time?" He and Kairi were still getting used to married life, and he did want to have kids in the future. Some dogs didn't like kids. Besides, he and Kairi were having a hard enough time providing for themselves right now.

Kairi clasped her hands under her chin and smiled sweetly at her husband. "Please?" she begged, much like a child. She really loved these puppies, and Riku and Lightning would give them one for free. Besides, they still had time, like Lightning pointed out. It wouldn't be too hard.

Sora lifted his hand further, rubbing his spiky head of hair. He knew that Kairi wanted a puppy badly, and that was why he couldn't look at her and say no at the same time. Even when looking away, he couldn't say no. "I'll think about it," he said after a few moments. 

While Kairi grinned in excitement, Riku only smirked. He could tell Kairi was probably going to get her way; he knew she would ask, and that Sora couldn't say no right away. It was always hard to deny Kairi what she wanted, and that was something Sora would have to face for the rest of his life. Riku was kind of in the same boat, though, considering Lightning had him wrapped around her little finger.

"So when are we going out in the snow?" Namine asked, standing up with puppy in her hands as she started to put it back in. However, the pup squired so much that he escaped her hold. He ran the short distance to the couch and began to paw lightly at Lightning's leg to get her attention.

Riku shrugged, arms crossed over his chest as he looked from Namine to their friends. "Whenever you guys want, but we'll have to wait for Sora and Roxas to quit stuffing their faces," he said, arching an eyebrow at the two. Roxas swallowed his food and smiled sheepishly, rubbing the back of his head. 

"Roxas is done," Namine declared for him. "Let's go!" There was just the right amount of snow on the ground to play in. And it was a kind that was good for sledding and snowball fights! She had been wanting to play in it ever since arriving on Cocoon, but Roxas insisted they/he eat food inside first.

Riku caught Kairi rise to her feet, as well as Aqua from her spot on one of the seats. Riku instead stepped into the play pen and started carefully picking up puppies. They would need to go outside with them. It wasn't too cold for them, and they needed to go outside anyway. He caught Kairi picking up two puppies of her own once she saw what he was doing, and he smiled at her in gratitude while holding four puppies in his arms. Jazz was already at his side, ready to go outside as well.

Lightning picked up the pooch that was trying to climb her leg, simply holding him in one arm. All the other puppies were quickly accounted for by Serah and Namine. Light doubted that either of them would want to put down their puppies even once they were outside. She started towards the door, figuring that she'd drop the puppies out on the porch and then come back in for a coat. Or maybe she wouldn't, despite how the cold made her so sick before.

Riku walked with the girls to the front door, and once they stepped outside, he let the puppies in his arms run free. They jumped around in the snow, since it was more than a few inches tall. He heard Kairi squeal in excitement and adoration, and she quickly went back inside to grab her coat and boots. Aqua meanwhile stepped out and had the puppies licking at her heels as she walked through the snow. 

Lightning tried to set down her puppy like Kairi, Namine, and Serah did, but hers clung to her. Though she wasn't a huge softy like the others were, she couldn't just put down the pup and be harsh to it. It was so naive, so innocent and free--it didn't realize that it would have more fun in the snow than it would in Lightning's arms, but she wouldn't force the lesson on him.

Roxas sidestepped Riku, who went back inside, but now Roxas had a hockey stick and skates in his hands. The ocean wasn't close enough, but Aqua already said that she could use her magic to melt some of the snow and then freeze it again to make some ice. It would be their own personal ice skating rink. And Roxas was way too excited to play some hockey, even if he only played it a few times before.

"Roxas," Namine scolded, stepping back outside as she began to button her coat. However, she did free her hands for a moment as she set them on Roxas's back and pressed him forward. "The hockey can wait. Make a snowman with me!" It had been forever since they did anything like that.

Roxas looked back at Namine as she nudged him on, his lower lip jutting out. "But I wanna play hockey," he pouted childishly. Of course, he wouldn't say no to her. Namine was his whole life now, especially since they got engaged. He would do as she wanted if it made her happy.

"You can play hockey later," Namine said, only moving her hands away from Roxas's back so that she could finish with her coat. "Everyone else is busy anyway, see?" Fang, Vanille and Noel were trying to build something, Serah was playing with puppies in the snow, and Sora was out of sight, but surely up to some mischief. They could do an organized game after they had some fun with less formal stuff.

Roxas sighed and hung his head. "Fine," he breathed, though he smiled. He put his things down against a nearby tree, then turning and nodding to Namine. They could make a snowman, but it was going to be an awesome snowman. Roxas would make sure of it.

"Before you get too into it," Sora called from his spot. He was behind another tree with a wet snowball in his hand. He couldn't resist chucking it at the back of Roxas's head and neck, starting their first snowball fight of Christmas day.
