A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"Freeze!" Riku cried, thrusting his Keyblade forward as he fired a Blizzard spell in Sora's direction. This was the first time he actually used these new abilities, and they were coming in handy.

Sora's eyes widened at the other new spell Riku learned, and he knew he couldn't avoid it. He lifted his arms to block it, though that was still painful. "Ah," he gasped, stepping back a few steps and keeping his freezing cold arms lifted without thought.

"What's the matter, Sora? Too tired?" Riku taunted, seeing that his friend was still struggling. He knew why, but he was trying to get Sora to crack. He had to confess that he wasn't as ready as he thought. This took a lot more time than just a week.

Sora managed to lower his numb arms, the teen swallowing and then locking his jaw to keep himself from expressing pain. "If I say yes, can we stop?" he asked. He was hurting badly already, and they just started.

Riku furrowed his eyebrows. "We'll see," he lied. It depended on the answer, but it didn't really matter. Even if Sora said yes, they weren't stopping.

Sora furrowed his eyebrows, looking at Riku. "Fine," he said. "I'm tired. Let's stop." He wasn't putting up a real fight anyway, since he hadn't even tried attacking Riku. This was a pointless session.

Riku looked at Sora for a second, but then he shook his head. "Sorry, but no," he said. He then chucked his Keyblade at Sora from his spot yards away.

Sora dodge-rolled to the side, a grunt leaving him as he performed the action. "Riku, stop it!" he said, breathless and hurting terribly. He wasn't in the mood for this!

"No! You wanted to learn how to defend yourself without your weapon," Riku replied roughly. "You're not quitting!" He then ran forward, summoning his Keyblade back to his grasp as he charged at Sora.

Sora lifted his arms a little bit, though they were still frozen from Riku's magic. He knew what he said, but he couldn't fight today! Couldn't Riku see that he wasn't humoring him with this?!

Riku ran forward a few more steps before he leaped at his best friend. A battle cry left his lips as he swung down with his blade, not easing up with his attacks.

Sora pushed off on his feet and did a roll to the side, at the same time lifting an arm to hit Riku in the back. He really needed to back off, before Sora seriously got hurt.

Riku winced at the hit in his back, and he quickly side-stepped out of the way. He turned toward Sora so he couldn't perform the same move again, holding his blade out and ready.

Sora took a step back when he saw Riku facing him and pointing the blade in his direction, and he was aware that his breathing was heavy compared to Riku's. That was no surprise, though, considering that Riku didn't have to try too hard to beat Sora.

"You can't be slacking because you're still tired," Riku said, furrowing his eyebrows. "Where's your effort?" He knew where it was, and it was on this beach, where it had been since last night. Sora just hadn't gotten it back yet.

Sora shook his head, not opening up. "No talking," he said through his breathlessness. "Just finish beating me up so this can end." He didn't want Riku to have any clue what happened on this beach last night; it was humiliating.

Riku smirked. "Hmph. Fine," he complied. He ran forward then but he summoned his blade away. No more weapons.

Sora grunted, surprised when Riku ran at him and summoned his Keyblade away. He hadn't expected that; Riku seriously was going back to hand-to-hand combat?

Riku charged forward and then lowered himself quickly to the ground, sweeping his legs out to knock Sora off his feet. If this was how Sora wanted it, then he was going to get it.

Sora realized what Riku was doing, but he couldn't jump quickly enough to avoid it. He felt Riku's legs hit his and he fell down, a short groan leaving him before he pursed his lips and forced himself to be quiet.

Riku quickly pushed himself to his feet and tackled Sora, pinning his arms down in the sand. "Now tell me what's wrong with you," he grunted, looking down at his best friend. He needed Sora to admit what was wrong!

Sora grunted, on his back as Riku had his arms pinned on the ground. He felt pain everywhere, and he fought to keep it out of his expression. Riku was pressuring him too much, emotionally and physically. "Nothing," he lied. "Leave me alone."

"The Master orders that you tell him what's gotten into you," Riku said, glaring down at his best friend in anger. Why couldn't he just tell him, instead of lying like this? "Now."

Sora grunted, staring up at Riku. "A Keyblade Master only has authority over other Keyble wielders," he said, recalling something Aqua told him a while ago. "You can't tell me what to do." He locked his jaw, angry that that was true.

"Okay, fine," Riku said, frowning at the truth behind that statement. And the fact that Sora couldn't wield the Keyblade. "You got me. But as your best friend, tell me what's wrong." This was getting ridiculous. Why couldn't Sora just talk to him? Was his new title that big of a deal?
