Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

The next morning   Riku lingered in the living room as Lightning's guests talked on the sofas. It was the day after Sora and Kairi's wedding, and now that the event was over, everyone was heading ba

Riku only smirked, but not in good nature. "Try me," he insisted coolly. He wasn't going to do anything? Chris would see how wrong he was.

"I have been trying you, with little success," Chris pointed out, frowning. "The fact that you're still talking only proves my point." Riku wasn't going to initiate a fight, and Chris didn't feel like punching him. That was why he would move onto Sora, who was aggravated more easily.

"So you're giving up for once?" Riku asked, knowing Chris. "Weak of you. Never thought you would do such a thing." After all, Chris was never one to walk away from a confrontation. Or chance to fight, for that matter.

"Well, I'm not one for wasting time with pointless arguments like this one," Chris said then. "Clearly I can't break you, so I'll just move on." His next target was in front of him, watching him and Riku. And as soon as Riku let him go, then he would get started torturing Riku's "friend".

"To Sora?" Riku asked, arching an eyebrow as he glanced past Chris to his best friend. "Not likely." He wasn't going to let that happen. He knew what would result from that, and Sora was obviously still sore from the night before. He wasn't fighting.

"You actually going to do something to stop me?" Chris challenged. "Or are you just going to talk my ear off until I'm so annoyed I just walk away?" He actually was getting annoyed, and he would take off the jacket Riku was gripping if he had to so he could just smack Sora in the face.

"Watching you walk away from this would be nice, but..." Riku released Chris's jacket and crouched down, sweeping his leg out to knock the bully off his feet.

Chris grunted when he felt Riku's leg knock against his. He fell down going forward, but then he rolled and got back up onto his feet, coincidentally standing closer to Sora than before. Finally, Riku made a move!

Riku stood up slowly, his eyes on Chris. "...That won't be happening so easily," he continued, finishing his last sentence. After all that was said and done recently, Chris wasn't walking away without punishment.

Chris smirked, just looking at Riku. "You expect me to be scared after a cheap move like that? One that doesn't even do real damage?" Riku was bluffing, without a doubt. Chris could walk away right now and he'd be fine.

Riku shrugged. "You never were very bright to begin with," he admitted lowly. One, he resorted to stealing kids' lunch money in school, more common than him even doing his own schoolwork. And now he just picked on people for fun. Couldn't he find something more productive to do?

"Whatever, Riku," Chris said, rolling his eyes. He had enough of this. He looked over at Sora, who was just a few feet away. "If you wanna be a big boy and solve your own problems, look for me. I'll prove to you that actions really do talk louder than words." Meaning: If you think my insults are bad, then just wait until I pound you again.

Sora faced Chris, eyebrows furrowed and fists by his sides. He wanted to step forward right now and punch him, but something was holding him back. It wasn't fear of Chris; it was more of fear that he would disappoint Riku. Maybe he would take Chris up on that offer and fight him sometime when Riku wasn't there. He ground his teeth at Chris's last comment, and by Chris's smirk, he knew that the bully understood Sora got the message.

Shame. Riku only glared at Chris. He was hoping to fight him today, but he guessed not. It would have been better to, since his anger was at an all-time high. But...if it wasn't meant to happen now, it wouldn't.

Chris took a few steps closer to Sora just to spite Riku, and he stopped right in front of him. "What's wrong, Little Sora?" he taunted, looking down at the shorter teen. "You didn't wet your pants out of fright, did you?"

Like I'd ever be afraid of you! Sora wanted to shout in fury. But he just glared at Chris, fists tight in anger. He wanted to punch him so bad, but he knew that Riku wouldn't approve since Sora lost a fight last night and he was still beat up from it.

Riku was tempted to tell Chris to just leave and that it was enough. But he knew the jerk wouldn't listen to him. Instead, Riku's eyes were on Sora. This was his choice, but Riku was against the fight between him and Chris. Sora wasn't ready yet.

Sora glanced over at Riku at that thought, and his suspicions were confirmed by Riku's expression. He didn't think it was wise for Sora to fight. But Sora didn't think it was wise to let Chris stand here and mock him, either.

"Grow, up, Sora!" Chris said, rolling his eyes when the kid glanced over at Riku. "Time to be a big boy and think for yourself. You wanna punch me? Go ahead and do it." This kid was a wuss, depending on Riku for everything. It was pathetic.

Riku simply nodded to Sora. If his friend wanted to do this, he could, but the older teen had a feeling it wouldn't end well. But if things turned for the worse, he would step in and assist his best friend. That was what friends did for each other. However, it was completely Sora's choice.

Sora noticed Riku's nod, but again, he knew that Riku didn't think that the fight was a smart choice. And he agreed; now wasn't the time. He took a step back, keeping his eyes on Chris. "Some other time," he said, though he wasn't sure if he meant it or not. It depended on the circumstances, really.
Riku looked to Chris at that response, waiting to see his own. What was Chris going to say, or do, with that answer?

"That doesn't work for me," Chris said, taking a step forward and swinging a fist at Sora's head. He wanted to pound him today, and so he would.

Sora's eyes widened at the fist coming for the side of his head, but he managed to jump back and avoid it despite how badly his body was hurting. Why hadn't he expected that!?

Riku's hands tightened into fists, the boy blinking at the action. Chris would do that; it was typical of him, after all. Riku's gaze fell on his best friend, who fortunately managed to avoid the hit.

"Dodge this!" Chris said, taking another step forward to stay close to Sora as he sent his fist for Sora's stomach. He was surprised, though, when the brunet grabbed his fist and turned, managing to flip him over Sora and land on his back. He grunted, surprised when Sora stood by his head and looked down at him.

"Sora!" Riku said, seeing that his friend successfully flipped Chris over his shoulder, like he taught him. He needed to pin him right away. That was the next step.

Sora was just bending down to get on Chris and pin him, but Chris was faster than he expected. Chris grabbed leg and tugged at it, making Sora fall. And then Chris took the opportunity to tackle him so that he was face-first in the sand. He felt Chris's hand on the back of his head, keeping his face in the sand so he couldn't breathe.
Riku hesitated, wanting nothing more than to help his friend. However, he needed to give Sora a chance to defend himself. That was the point of their training.
