A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Sora had turned his head to look at Xemnas during the conversation, and when he saw him disappear, he knew where he was going. No...he thought weakly, lifting a hand and then dropping it into the sand along with his head. Xemnas was going after the Keyhole!

Riku's eyes moved to Sora behind his helmet, and he instantly ran over to his friend. He knelt down by him. "Are you alright?" he asked, a boom of dark thunder sounding then. They didn't have much time, and Xemnas's last words only assured him of that.

Sora lifted his head and looked over at Riku, face contorted with pain. He didn't answer Riku's question, using his energy to get his point across. "You gotta go after him," he said weakly. Xemnas was going to destroy the world!

"Where did he go?" Riku asked, alarm and urgency in his voice. Sora knew where he was? If so, then he needed to know. But would it be too late by then?

Sora grunted, his hand curling into a fist in the sand as he tried to keep it together. "...The Keyhole," he managed to say. He was in the Secret Place, where he could let the world be swallowed by Darkness.

"What?" Riku said, blinking. The Keyhole? He'd seen it before, and had been ever since he was little. It was in the...Secret Place.

"Secret Place," Sora said with another grunt, his eyebrows furrowing more deeply in pain to both his wounds and the Darkness that was pressing down on him. If Riku didn't hurry, Xemnas would succeed.

Riku's head instantly turned to look in the direction of the sacred cave, and he pushed himself up without a word. He sprinted in that direction immediately, but he suddenly felt a heavy weight on him. "Darkness..."

 

Xemnas smiled evilly, watching the Darkness pour and seep out of the Door in the Secret Place. "Goodbye," he said of the world, disappearing into a portal of Darkness. There would be nothing left of this world after his succumbed to the Darkness and disappeared forever, taking the Keyblade wielders with it.

Sora turned his head so his face was in the sand, and he released a short groan in pain when he heard Riku run away. But then he sensed the pressure increase so much more, and he knew that it was too late. Xemnas already succeeded in his goal, and this world was being destroyed.

Riku skidded to a halt, his eyes widening behind his mask when he saw the weight in its physical form. The Darkness... It was pouring out of the Secret Place! He took a step back, watching in sorrow and terror as it started to take away his world. Destiny Islands... It was going to fall to Darkness...

Sora's fist in the sand got lighter, the teen too weak to show his pain anymore. The Darkness was going to crush everything, and there was nothing he could do about this. He was helpless, whether he had his Keyblade or not.

Riku took another step back, seeing how quickly the Darkness was doing its work. He spun on his heel and raced back across the sand toward his best friend, the only person he could save. "Sora!" he cried, skidding to a halt next to him.

Sora grunted into the sand, hearing Riku cry out to him. They both knew what was happening to their world now, and like Sora, Riku was helpless to save the world. It was too late for their home...And probably for them, too.

Riku bent down and used his gloved hands to grab Sora under his arms. "Get up, Sora," he ordered, grunting slightly as he tried to help his friend to his feet. They had to go, now.

Sora felt Riku drag him up, and unfortunately, he felt like he couldn't do anything to help Riku out with this one. His whole body was aching so badly, and he felt the affects of Xemnas's attacks now. But at least he was conscious, not that it mattered too much since they probably couldn't escape this Darkness. Riku would be slowed down too much by Sora. "Go," he managed to say. Riku had to get away while he could.

"No," Riku said with a grunt, pulling Sora up and holding him with one arm. "I'm saving you while I can." He used his fighting arm to toss Way to Dawn toward the sky, summoning his Glider. He glanced behind him during the process, seeing the Darkness coming in fast.

"You're going to get yourself killed," Sora said, eyebrows furrowed in pain when Riku had his hand set right on top of one of Sora's wounds.

Riku's Glider appeared next to him, hovering just above the ground. "I'm not falling to Darkness again," he insisted at Sora's words, moving his other arm to help hold Sora up. He stepped over and lifted Sora up with a rough grunt, his friend's weight along with that applied by his armor hard on him.

Sora grunted, feeling Riku sit him onto his glider. He didn't bother protesting again, knowing that Riku wouldn't leave him here. He appreciated it, but Riku needed to save himself before it was too late.

Riku hopped onto his Glider just in front of Sora, his hands finding the handles to steer his transporter. He glanced over his shoulder and saw the Darkness was right behind them. "Hold on!" he ordered, starting up his Glider so it would go at full speed. He then forced it forward, toward the sky.

Sora managed to lift his hand and tap his armor before Riku took off, and he felt the protection of the armor cover him. He lifted his hands and got a grip on Riku when he sped ahead so that they could escape the Darkness.

Riku soared straight up to the sky, and he looked back at his home. It was being swallowed by Darkness... All of his friends, his family...they were disappearing. He felt fear overcome him, not only at that sight, but how the Darkness was starting to pull on his Glider. Riku looked at his way of transportation and pushed it forward more, though the effect was the same. "No!" he grunted. The Darkness was pulling him back!

Sora grunted, tightening his grip on Riku when he felt the Darkness want to pull him off the glider. It was trying to hold the both of them here, so that they couldn't escape. They couldn't escape the Darkness, could they?

Riku saw the portal that would be accessible through his Glider just up ahead, and he forced his Glider to keep going, but it didn't feel like he was getting any closer. The Darkness... It was pulling him and Sora back in. He knew then that they were stuck. He felt the power of the Darkness weigh down on him, and he winced at the heaviness of it. It was no use.

Sora felt the Darkness tugging at him and Riku, and no matter how weak and injured he was, he knew that he couldn't let go. If that happened, Riku would fly back for him, because Riku never left a man behind. So now...They would get trapped together.
