Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora grunted in understanding, frowning as he looked down at the ground. They had escaped, but their world was destroyed. Their family and friends were still there, weren't they? His mom and dad, Kairi...His eyes widened in realization, the teen feeling his heart ache. The people he loved were trapped in the Darkness.
Riku saw Sora's expression and he only looked down at his pants. "I can only hope that the others had our luck," he said quietly. He hoped that their friends made it out alright; Terra, Aqua, Ven, and Roxas were capable of it. But it was Kairi and Namine he was really worried about...and his family. But Riku had a feeling the latter never had a chance...

Sora looked up at Riku, knowing that the two of them only really had once choice right now. "Let's look for them," he said. "Maybe they made it here too." And if not, maybe some other world. He had to hope that they were alright, or he would be feeling very pessimistic.
Riku nodded once and started to push himself up from the ground. They wouldn't know if their friends were alright if they didn't try finding them... Sora was right about that.

Sora saw Riku start to push himself up, and Sora did the same, thankful that Riku's spell was strong enough to take away all his wounds. He would have cast it on himself, but he couldn't use magic without the Keyblade. That knowledge kept him on edge, the teen feeling completely vulnerable for the first time in a while.
Riku stood up and brushed himself off, but then he turned his gaze to Sora. "Where to first?" he asked. Sora knew this place better than Riku did, if he remembered correctly.

Sora looked up at the sky, trying to think. If it was necessary, the two of them could catch a train to Master Yen Sid. But they needed to look at the town first. And if there was any place Roxas would be (if he was there) it would be the Usual Place, on top of the clocktower, or at the mansion. "...I guess we'll start with the Usual Place," Sora said with a nod, looking back over at Riku.
"Right," Riku said with a nod. He waited for Sora to lead the way, not really remembering where that place was; he'd been away for too long.

Sora turned around and started walking in that direction, trusting that Riku would be close behind. Thankfully, the Darkness didn't seem strong in this world, so they probably wouldn't run into any Heartless. That was great for Sora, considering he couldn't fight at all. He didn't like this, being so powerless.
Riku walked only a step behind Sora, his eyes going around the area. He was surprised nobody was in the sandlot, but he supposed they would see people further in town.

Sora and Riku checked the Usual Spot, but nobody was there, not even Hayner, Pence and Olette. After that, Sora had the feeling that Roxas wouldn't go to the tower, the teen having a feeling he would be at the mansion. That was why Sora and Riku now walked through the broken wall and into the woods that led to the place.
Riku couldn't forget this place. The woods were where he first showed the King what happened with his blindfold. That was the main memory here. The boy looked around, walking through the trees in the direction he knew was the mansion.

Sora didn't bother looking around, knowing where their destination was. They would search the mansion, and then if nobody was there, they could go to the station and check there. And then if that failed, they could go to Master Yen Sid. If he couldn't help them, then Sora didn't know what would happen.
Riku's eyebrows furrowed at the sight of the mansion, following Sora up a small incline to that area. He remembered Ansem the Wise's plans and what took place here, and how he helped Roxas at the gate. He wondered if the blond was even here...

Sora blinked, suddenly sensing something more heavy. But compared to the Darkness that took his home, this wasn't that strong. But it was strong enough to alarm him. "Riku..." he said. Did his friend sense the Darkness too?
Riku looked to Sora, coming out of his thoughts. But that was when he caught onto what threw Sora off, and it was Darkness. He put his hand on his friend's shoulder and stepped forward, taking the lead. His hand came back down to his side as he approached the mansion gate, summoning his Keyblade to his grasp. Something was definitely off.

Sora stood back and let Riku move a few feet ahead, the teen knowing that Riku sensed a problem as well. He felt himself tense, and he felt even more on edge than usual because he couldn't have his Keyblade in his hand.

Riku walked a few more feet forward, but then he saw a Dark Portal appear just in front of the gate. He jumped back a foot or two and got into his stance immediately, trusting Sora to stay behind him.

One Organization member walked out of the portal, his hood concealing his face as he was back in his usual garb. "Well, well, well," he said, voice rough. "What do we have here?"

  • Author
Sora tightened his hands into fists at the sight of the person in the Organization coat, and he recognized the voice of the person without a doubt. That, and the way that he spoke gave him away. Xigbar...?

Riku narrowed his eyes, keeping his position. Who was this guy? He saw the portal disappear behind the Organization member, and he knew instantly that this guy was staying for a while.

"Don't pretend you forgot about little ol' me," he said. "As if you two dudes could ever do that." When he saw Riku only glare at him, he smirked. He lifted his hands and pulled his hood back, revealing his scarred face and patched eye.

  • Author
Sora frowned, recognizing the man. "Xigbar," he said, voice tight. He never did like this guy, not that he ever liked any person from the Organization other than his Nobody and Axel. What was Xigbar doing here? How was he here? Sora killed him...

Xigbar's smirk only remained. "I always knew that you had a smart side, kid," he said, looking past Riku to the brunet he recognized. That didn't take long at all.

Riku's grasp on Way to the Dawn tightened at the fact that Sora knew this guy. It didn't surprise him, really; Sora fought a majority of the Organization. But still, it was surprising to even see him, just like Xemnas. Why were they revived?

  • Author
Sora frowned at the insult, but he didn't respond to it. This didn't make sense...The only way Xigbar could have been alive right now was if Sora didn't really kill him, right? Or...No, Master Yen Sid had said something else about how a person could return after death. Something about their Nobody and Heartless being killed, and then their true person returning. Was that what happened?

"What are you doing here?" Riku asked, his tone stern with the villain. Xigbar was alive and so was Xemnas. Who else from the Organization could be the same way?

Xigbar chuckled, his eyes on Riku now. "Wouldn't you like to know," he said sarcastically. He wasn't about to tell right off the bat. That would ruin the fun.

Sora took a few steps forward so he could talk to Riku but still keep an eye on Xigbar. He stopped slightly behind him and to the side, his eyes going up to his best friend. "What did Master Yen say a while ago, about a person being recreated?" he asked softly, trying to remember exactly what he said.
