Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"Mm," Sora hummed, nodding slightly. This was fascinating, and startling. All this bad stuff had happened to him and Riku had happened in a place that had the same location as Aqua's home world. It was so strange to think of it that way, and so he started thinking about Ventus. How much further did they have to go?
Aqua continued up the stairs until she was on the third floor, proceeding forward. She doubted Ven had been taken away from his place of rest, because she could almost...feel him closeby. Even if she didn't know how many floors were in this castle, they only had a floor left. Then, she would unlock the secret passage to the Chamber.

Sora stayed silent, not saying anything as his thoughts of this place reentered his mind. He had done awful things here, on his last visit. He had fought a lot of battles by himself because he had been determined to regain his memories on his own strength. That was very, very foolish.
Riku didn't mind the silence, since he got time to think. They'd been through this castle twice in the last couple years, and they had never known that Ventus was even here. So, where did Aqua take him? That was what he didn't get. Was there some secret door? That was the only explanation he could come up with.

Upon reaching the next floor, Sora had his hands stuffed in his pockets so that nobody would see the fists they had turned into. The sooner they got out of here, the better. And hopefully he wouldn't have to come back again.

Aqua walked into the middle of the hall on the next floor, but then she came to a stop. "We're here," she said, remembering that this was the floor she had left before returning to the ground floor.

Riku arched an eyebrow, his eyes immediately darting around the room. Here? As in...where? He didn't get it...

Sora stopped, his hands coming out of his pockets as he looked around. The room looked just like any other floor, didn't it? But he was still trusting that Aqua was correct, since she had no reason to lie or lead them astray. And besides, something in his heart told him that Ventus was near.

Aqua turned around halfway, offering her hand out. "May I see one of your Keyblades?" she asked softly, looking to either boy. It didn't matter which, just as long as she got one. Then, she could get this underway.

Riku furrowed his eyebrows and turned his head to look at Sora. One of their Keyblades? He wasn't sure why she would ask, but he would offer her his if Sora didn't offer his own.

Sora nodded slightly, not questioning anything. Instead, he flexed his right hand and the Kingdom Key appeared in his grasp. He took a small step forward and shifted his grip on the hilt so that Aqua could take a hold of it.
Aqua took hold of the hilt of Sora's Keyblade and nodded to him. "Thank you," she said politely, before then turning around. She could feel the power coursing through the blade, and she knew that it would help her with what she needed to do next. The young Master gripped the hilt with both hands and held the Keyblade out in front of her, concentrating on the space that was in front of her. She called to the power within her and felt the Light, able to see the tip of the blade begin to glow.

"Mmhmm," Sora hummed with a nod, taking a step or two back to give Aqua the space that she needed. He wasn't sure exactly what she was doing, but he was sure he would find out soon enough.
It only took a moment for the Light to reach its peak, and it then shot out in a beam in front of Aqua. Just like with Ven's passage to the Land of Departure, this beam of Light revealed a hidden Keyhole. Aqua furrowed her eyebrows in concentration and pulled the Keyblade back with both arms, keeping it pointed forward. Then, she jabbed it forward, just like she had done with sealing her home world. A gust of wind suddenly blew through the area as a more powerful beam of Light left the Keyblade and hit the Keyhole. Aqua held her ground and waited for the sound of the lock coming undone, because then it would be evident that the Chamber was opened.

Sora watched from being Aqua, the sound of a click entering his ears a few moments later. Obviously she had just unlocked a keyhole, one that he had never noticed before in this castle. And obviously the Organization hadn't seen it either, since they would have had Roxas unlock it if they knew about it.

The wind didn't die down after the lock was undone. Instead, the Keyhole grew brighter and brighter, until Aqua was blinded by it. However, a few seconds later, she opened her eyes to find the door that had been there before was transformed. She took her original position with a small smile, relieved to see that she hadn't been wrong with her judgment. The Chamber was still here, and Ven had to be as well.

Riku opened his eyes once the bright light was gone, the wind fading as well. But he blinked in shock when he saw that the door that would originally lead to the next floor now looked completely different. Instead of a normal white door, this one had markings on either side, and it was a symbol that he didn't recognize.

Sora opened his eyes, blinking in astonishment when he saw a new door in front of him. Whoa...he thought instantly. That was all he could think of. This place really did have a lot of secrets to it.
Aqua turned around, shifting the Kingdom Key in her grasp for Sora to take back. Now that the door was revealed, she no longer needed it.

Sora looked to Aqua when she held out the Keyblade for him to take, and he took a few steps forward so that he was closer to her. He reached out and set his hand on the hilt, taking it back out of Aqua's grasp.
Once the Keyblade was no longer in her hand, Aqua turned around and started to approach the new door. She already knew that Sora and Riku would follow, having seen their expressions when she turned around. Nobody knew the Chamber was here, but she was about to tell them exactly what it was.

Sora summoned his Keyblade away, not requiring it any longer. He shifted his gaze to Aqua when she moved forward, and he wordlessly started towards the door as well. That was where Ventus was; he just knew it.

Riku followed Aqua in silence, at the most startled by what she just did. After going through this castle a third time, he never would have guessed the place where Ventus was at was right here, but they obviously weren't supposed to know.

Aqua stopped in front of the door, the symbol of the Keyblade Masters against it. The young warrior brought her hand forward and grabbed the handle, her heart rate increasing. Ven, please still be here...she thought. If he was gone... No, she wouldn't think of that. Ven was here. He had to be. Aqua pulled against the handle, starting to open the door.

Sora stayed back a few steps, seeing Aqua open the door. He tilted his head slightly as he looked past her, seeing a symbol on the door that was oddly familiar to him. He blinked at that thought, chasing it away. Why did he feel so strange right now? He had never seen that thing before, and yet it was familiar. Why?
Aqua opened the door wide enough for entry, but she took a small step forward. It was then that her eyes found the chair, and the boy she'd left here. "Ven!" she cried instantly, a smile coming to her face immediately. Aqua ran forward then, going further into the room and stopping just in front of her best friend, bending down slightly so her hands rested on her knees. He was alright... He was still here, after all this time.

Aqua's cry snapped Sora out of his thoughts, the teen taking a few steps into the room in front of him. He gave Aqua some space and instead stepped a little to the side so that he could see the Keyblader. His eyes widened at the sight of him, though, and he stopped right where he was standing. Ventus...He looked just like Roxas.

Aqua couldn't stop smiling, so relieved to see Ven. "You're alright," she said softly, lifting a hand and setting it on his cheek. The boy that was like a little brother to her...her best friend, he wasn't ever disturbed after all this time. He had been safe.

Riku kept himself back, stopping next to Sora just inside the door. He heard what Aqua said, even if it wasn't to them. He couldn't see Ventus's face from where he was standing, but he could make out his feet and a little bit of his attire. From what it looked like, he was dressed similar to how Aqua was.

"Riku," Sora said softly, his voice hushed but showing surprise. How was that even possible that his Nobody looked just like this Keyblade wielder? What did this even mean? He was so confused, and he didn't even know where to start to try and figure this whole thing out.
