Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Riku shrugged, pulling back from the group hug then. "If that's what you want to think," he said with a teasing smirk, turning to head toward the shack. Thing was, Sora was right. He did love him and Kairi, like family. He didn't know what he would do without either of them.

Sora just smirked, shrugging a little as his hand came down to his side. Yeah, that was what he wanted to think, because he knew that it was true. They were like family, the three of them.
Kairi still kept herself attached to Sora, turning her head to look at him as Riku walked off. She gave him a look. Sora was right about Riku. He did love them, whether he wanted to admit it or not.

"...Anyway," Sora said, looking away from Riku after a few moments and shifting his gaze to the ground. What was going to happen now? They were together again, their home was safe...Everything was alright.
Kairi stepped over in front of Sora, like she had been before, and looped her other arm around his lower back as she looked at him. "You okay?" she asked softly. She wondered if anything Riku said bothered him, or he was thinking about something else.

Sora looked up at Kairi when she stopped right in front of him, and he gave her a weak smile. "I'm fine," he assured her gently. "Just wondering what's going to happen next." It had been a very long time since things were alright, since he had been missing his Keyblade for a while. It seemed like there were no troubles right now, which was odd.
"...Can I give you an idea?" Kairi asked gently, tilting her head to the side slightly as she looked at the boy she loved. She had an idea as to what she wanted him to do next.

Sora was curious about what Kairi had in mind, so he said yes to her question. "Sure," he said softly, also nodding faintly. What was her idea?
Kairi smiled warmly, looking at Sora. "Spend some time with me?" she suggested quietly. She'd missed him, or at least her heart had while he was away, for obvious reasons. And they hadn't really been together before what happened to the islands either...

Sora felt himself smile at Kairi's suggestion, his eyes staying locked on hers. "You got it," he assured her softly. He thought about teasing her and saying that he wouldn't fulfill that request, but she said it so sincerely that he couldn't help but give her a real answer.
Kairi's smile widened some at that answer, not able to hide the happiness it brought. She really did miss Sora, how things used to be between them. She loved him dearly.

Sora lifted his free hand, his other one lightly on Kairi's shoulder after she changed her position to face him a few moments ago. He tucked back a strand of her hair and leaned forward, his forehead lightly going against hers.
Kairi didn't close her eyes, staring at the blue eyes she loved. "I missed you, you know," she told Sora softly. She wasn't sure if she was referring to him being gone, or just missing them being like this in general. It had been a while, at least in her mind.

Sora kept his eyes on Kairi despite how close they were, hearing her soft-spoken words. "I missed you too," he said quietly. Even when he had been in danger on his own, he had worried about her. He loved her too much not to.
Kairi felt her small smile formed by Sora's words fall a little bit. "You...won't leave again, will you?" she asked timidly. Whenever they got close again like this, something always drove them apart...
  • Author
"...I hope not," Sora said softly, his expression becoming more serious with Kairi's questions. He wanted to promise he would stay forever, but he just couldn't do that. Bur for now, he felt like he'd be at home for a while.
Kairi exhaled a small breath in a soft sigh, closing her eyes. "Me too," she admitted quietly. She never wanted Sora to leave...but it had to happen. The worlds needed him...but she always thought she needed him more.
  • Author
Sora shut his eyes, leaning in a little more and letting his nose touch Kairi's. "I don't see any reason why I'd have to leave any time soon," he assured her softly. The worlds were safe, and all his friends were alright. But then he realized that if he didn't have his Keyblade, then he would definitely be staying on the islands. Still, he knew that neither he nor Kairi wished he didn't have the Keyblade back. It was a part of who he was.
Kairi hummed softly, her eyes remaining closed. That was good, very good. And reassuring. She didn't want Sora to leave her again...ever.
  • Author
"But you know...even if I leave, I'll find my way back to you somehow," Sora said gently, needing to get that out there. He was always with her in spirit, no matter what.
Kairi released a small breath and moved her hands from Sora's back to his chest, gripping the edges of his short jacket. "I know," she whispered quietly. She didn't like to think of the possibility of him leaving...and never coming back. It was frightening.

Sora wrapped his arms around Kairi lightly, keeping his face against hers. There really wasn't too much more he could say other than that. They basically had this discussion every time he came back from a journey...
Kairi furrowed her eyebrows slightly, feeling her forehead against Sora's and her nose lightly brushing his as well. "Do you promise?" she asked quietly. She had to make sure that he wouldn't lie...not that she believed he would. She was just...scared.
  • Author
"I promise," Sora said softly, hugging Kairi a little more tightly at that. He would always be with her, somehow. And if he left, he would always be fighting to come back to her.
Kairi gripped Sora's jacket tightly as she fought sudden emotions, ones that arrived due to the awful thought of him leaving again. "Thank you," she said quietly.
