A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"Hm," Namine hummed in agreement, also nodding a little bit. That felt right to her, because even if she never left home, it was good to have her friends back. And it seemed like they felt the same, considering how happy they were now.

Riku let a small silence pass before he turned his head to look at Namine again. "So, how're you feeling? Any better?" he asked. She looked like she was, but the Darkness he sensed around her was throwing him off. A lot.

Namine shook her head softly, looking down towards the bottom of the steps. "No," she confessed softly. She was just trying to put on a good face so that Roxas didn't make her go inside and lay down again. She really was feeling terrible, even if her friends were distracting her.

Riku's eyebrows furrowed slightly. "What hurts?" he asked. He certainly hoped it wasn't her heart... That would explain the Darkness. But he really hoped that wasn't the case.

"Nothing really hurts," Namine said, shaking her head faintly. "I just feel terrible all over." And she had a small headache still, but that wasn't worth mentioning. She was already on medicine, even if it wasn't helping much or at all.

"Oh..." Riku wasn't sure what else to say other than that. Namine hurt all over? That definitely wasn't good. He'd hoped it was just a bad cold before, but with the Darkness, he wasn't so sure.

Namine lifted a hand, tucking back some hair when she heard Riku's response. "Hopefully this is the worst of it," she said softly. It had to be; she couldn't get much worse than she already was.

I hope so too, Riku thought silently to himself, but he nodded in agreement. "I would tell you to go get warm, but I think that would only make you upset," he told Namine honestly. He knew she was outside because she was sick of being in that bed, but what if it was the best for her?

Namine looked over at Riku, smiling weakly at how he thought the suggestion would make her upset. "Maybe," she agreed. "But I'm warm enough for now anyway." Her coat was warm and being so close to the house protected her from what little wind was blowing today.

Riku felt himself smile very faintly, but then a holler caught his attention. He saw that Kairi had squealed due to a snowball being thrown at the back of her head, but that wasn't what Riku really spotted. Instead, he saw Roxas glancing back in Namine's direction, with the look of worry noticeable in his eyes. "You think Roxas will be okay with that?" Riku asked, looking back at Namine, referring to her staying outside.

Namine glanced forward and saw Roxas before she looked back over at Riku. "He knows I'll go inside if I really feel sick," Namine said softly. But he wasn't really alright with her being outside, which was why she didn't directly answer Riku's question. She folded her arms over her chest, actually feeling cold now that they were talking about this.

Riku nodded once. Even if he felt it was better for Namine to be inside where it was warm too, he felt that she was smart enough to make her own decisions, especially regarding this. "Want me to go distract him for you?" he asked with a small smirk.

Namine felt her smile widen at Riku's smirk, and she could see that his goofy side was coming through. "I'd appreciate it," she said sweetly. Roxas really was worrying too much; she sent him outside to have fun, not worry over her.

Riku's smirk only widened into a smile, and he set a hand on Namine's shoulder. He squeezed it in a comforting manner before he pushed himself up, starting off at a jog to join in on this snowball fight.

Namine's smile stayed on her lips at Riku's gesture as she saw Riku run to join the others, the girl wondering exactly how he was going to distract Roxas. Would he tackle him, like earlier? Toss him over his shoulder? Either would have been amusing.

Roxas managed to dodge one of the snowballs thrown at him, a small laugh escaping him. But what he didn't know was that Riku was sneaking up behind him.

 

Riku managed to scoop a big clump of snow in both of his hands when he silently approached Roxas. And now, since the blond was distracted, he would take advantage of it. Riku lifted up his hands and then smashed the pile of snow on Roxas's head, hearing the boy yelp in surprise. It only made him smirk as he took a step back, the snow on top of Roxas's head making it look like he was wearing a hat.

Namine saw Sora watching what happened and he started laughing immediately. But of course, Namine joined in with his laughter, even if her giggles were softer. Okay, she hadn't expected Riku to do that, but it was still amusing.

Kairi looked over when she saw that Sora was cracking up at something, and when she saw Roxas, she did the same. She lifted a gloved hand to cover her mouth and muffle her laughter, but he really did look silly.

 

Roxas turned around, and when he moved, some of the snow fell off and hit his face. But he brushed it away to glare at the silver-haired teen. "Riku!" he yelled in protest. Seriously, why was he getting picked on?!

Sora flashed Riku a thumbs-up, grinning through his laughter. That was brilliant. He was surprised Riku hadn't done it to Sora instead, but it seemed like Riku was picking on Roxas a lot today for some reason. He didn't know it, but it was to keep Roxas distracted so he wouldn't worry over Namine.

Riku chuckled, but shrugged nonetheless. "Sora and Kairi approve," he said, motioning to the two. They were laughing, and Sora's thumbs-up was pretty self-explanitory.

 

Roxas turned around in a huff, the same glare set on the other two of his friends. This wasn't fair!

Sora lowered his hand, seeing Roxas's glare. "Sorry, man," he said, softening his chuckles at his friend's expression. "But if Riku had done that to me, you'd be laughing too."

Roxas opened his mouth, but then closed it. He didn't know what to say, since Sora was right. Regardless, he reached up and grabbed some of the snow that was stil sitting on top of his head. He then whirled around, chucking it at Riku.

 

Riku felt the snow impact his chest, which made him jump slightly. But then he looked to Roxas. By the look, the blond should have known what he was saying. You're in trouble.

Namine's eyes got wide when Roxas retaliated, and she knew that wasn't a smart move. Riku wasn't going to let him live this down...She watched, waiting to see what would happen. Would Roxas fight back, or would he flee to the house, where she was?

Roxas saw the look on Riku's face, and his glare faded. Uh-oh. He chuckled nervously and took a step back, but he knew Riku was coming for him. The blond whirled around, sprinting off as fast as the snow would allow him.

 

Riku grunted, pushing off of one foot in pursuit of Roxas. Like he was going to let him get away with that!

 

Kairi found herself gripping her stomach as she laughed. Roxas's face was priceless, and so was Riku's! They were quite the pair today.

Namine lifted a hand to her lips, the other still wrapped around her torso. This was hilarious! She hardly ever saw Riku and Roxas having fun together, even if it did seem like they were really friends now instead of people who just put up with each other. This is so funny.
