Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Roxas smiled a little at the girl he loved, lifting his eyes from her to the group. "Riku's not doing so hot," he pointed out, and rather loudly. He caught Riku's glare in his direction.

"Roxas, shut it," the silver-haired boy warned. Unless he wanted to have another pile of snow on his head...

Ventus chuckled, putting in his cards when his turn came. He was almost done, and he got lucky with the fact that he didn't have to lie most of the time.
Roxas rolled his eyes and then swung himself over the back of the couch, watching as Kairi took her turn to put some cards down. He landed smoothly right beside Namine, the cushion bouncing a little due to his weight. He only grinned at the girl he loved.

Namine looked over at Roxas, seeing the silly expression on his face. "Goof," she said simply, shaking her head a little and smiling faintly at him. Was it really that hard to walk around the couch and sit down?
Roxas shrugged. "Faster," he said, seeing the look on Namine's face and knowing what she was thinking. He lifted and arm and put it on the back of the couch behind her, turning his eyes to the game in front of him.

Namine rolled her eyes slightly at that, but then she looked to the game as well in time to see Terra picking up the pile. Well, that was a surprise; he had been doing really well before. And Ven looked like he would win soon.
Aqua took her turn, having only a few cards left. This game was taking a while, but that was to be expected with so many people and so many bluffs being called.

"One King," Ventus said, proudly setting down his last card. He expected somebody to challenge him, because if they didn't, he won. But he would win either way since he really did put down a King.
Riku was tempted to call Ven out, but he wasn't going to risk it. He looked to Kairi, since it was her turn. He saw her shrug. That was Ven's last card, so they weren't really sure what to do now.

Nobody called him out, so Ven smiled at the people around the circle. "I win, then," he said with a nod. Nobody called him out, which made things easier. The game was finally over.

"Thank goodness," Riku said, setting his cards down on the floor in front of him. It was about time, since he hated holding all of those cards.

Kairi couldn't help but giggle, the girl reaching for the cards in the middle of the circle and the ones that Riku set down so she could clean up. "Good game, everyone."

Sora put the remainder of his cards in the middle, seeing Terra do the same. He looked up and grinned at Riku, seeing how glad he was that the game was over. But he still enjoyed it, didn't he? Sora hoped so.
"I think I lost my touch," Riku said, having glanced up and seen Sora's look. "I used to beat you all the time in Go Fish." He smirked at his best friend as Kairi picked up the cards, putting them in a neat stack.
  • Author
"Yeah, well, this isn't Go Fish," Sora said with a smirk, pushing himself up so that he was on his feet. He stretched, getting ready to move to a couch.

Riku shook his head. Well, obviously it wasn't, but he didn't feel like bickering any further. He was actually a little tired.

Roxas had his eyes set on Sora for the moment, since he just stood up. But now he knew that everyone was probably going to get up so they could sit somewhere more comfortable.

Sora sat himself down on a loveseat so that Kairi could sit next to him and Terra, Ven, and Aqua could have the other couch. There was still room next to Roxas and Namine if Riku wanted to sit with them. He glanced over at the others and saw Ven get up and go towards the open couch, Terra doing the same.
Kairi put the deck of cards back in the small box and then pushed herself to her feet, adjusting the bottom of her sweater over her jeans. She saw Riku lay back in front of the fireplace on the floor, so she was willing to give him leg room. Obviously Aqua was too, since she moved to be by her friends on the couch. Kairi stepped over him carefully and went over to the table next to the couch Sora was on, setting the cards down. She then took the available seat next to him. I'm glad I have so many couches, she thought with a smile.

"So, what now?" Sora asked, looking over all his friends when they all seemed to be comfortable. He noticed that Namine had her head on Roxas's shoulder now, and she was still awake. He was a bit surprised at that; she appeared really tired. But he wouldn't put her on the spot about it.
Kairi scooted a little closer to Sora, pulling her knees up to her chest on the couch. "Why don't we all just relax a little while?" she asked, looking at him with soft eyes. "We can sit and talk for a change." Most of the time they were playing games or goofing around. Maybe they could just take the time to calm down and have a good conversation...
  • Author
Sora looked down at Kairi, catching the look in her soft blue eyes. "Is there something you want to talk about?" he asked, arching a brow in confusion and curiosity.
Kairi shrugged. It didn't really matter to her what they talked about. She just thought it would be a good suggestion.
  • Author
Sora shrugged as well, his eyes going around the room as he tried to think of something to talk about. "We could talk about what a sore loser Riku is," he joked, seeing his friend's position. He really did look defeated, but not like he would be offended by Sora's joke.
Riku had his hands behind his head, his eyes closed as he took in the warmth of the fire in front of him. "Here we go," he muttered, mentally rolling his eyes. He was smirking though, showing that he was amused.
  • Author
"What, Riku, you're not even going to protest?" Sora asked with an arched brow. Normally Riku would try to end any conversation about him before it even started.
Riku didn't open his eyes. "Is there any point?" he asked. "You're still just as persistent as ever. You'll just keep going with it." He learned in the past; the tables had turned. Sora picked on him now, more than he picked on his best friend.
