Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora heard the shouts that were caused by his state, and he tried to move out from underneath Xehanort's Keyblade while he still could. But it was too late. A beam of light came out of the tip of the Keyblade, piercing his chest. A startled gasp left his lips, his wide blue eyes staring up at the sky when he felt not only his heart leaving him, but also Ven's. He saw one heart float up into the sky and then another following, the latter being his own. And then...everything just went black, his eyes shutting.

Riku's eyes widened after he destroyed a Neoshadow in his path. "No!" he cried, his voice full of horror. His eyes followed the two hearts that were floating to the sky, one of them being his best friends. Sora!

Aqua's eyes widened behind her helmet, the girl watching in shock and horror as Ven's and Sora's hearts floated up into the sky. No, this couldn't be happening! Sora was...

Xehanort looked down at the body that was motionless on the ground, the boy the spitting image of Ven in more ways that one. "See now, was that so hard?" he asked, referring to things turning out his way. He had won the battle, and now Sora's heart was wandering to an unknown place, Ven's surely going to his body now. Sora should have just given into his will from the start; he hadn't had a real chance at victory from the start.
Riku could only stare at Sora's lifeless body in shock, looking past the Heartless in front of him. No! This couldn't be real! It...it was a nightmare! Sora isn't... He can't be...

"Because of your disobedience, your heart shall wander forever!" Xehanort said, lifting his Keyblade and pointing it again at Sora's chest. He stared down at the boy's body and was about to stab downwards when a bright light blinded him momentarily.

Enough was enough. A Keyblader from the past felt so much rage at Xehanort's actions that he felt he had no choice but to step in at that current moment. He stood on the opposite side of Sora's body across from Xehanort, Terra's lingering sentiment swinging at Xehanort with his Keyblade and impacting him before he could react, sending him back and away from the vulnerable boy on the ground.

Aqua gasped, her eyes set on the new appearance. She would recognize that armor anywhere. "Terra!" she cried out, lifting her head a little more. She winced at the pain, but otherwise kept her eyes on her long lost friend.

Riku took a quick step back when a Heartless swung at him, but his eyes went back to the man in armor. That was...Terra?

Xehanort grunted, landing on the ground and on his knee when he was hit by a Keyblade. He looked up at the person responsible, his eyes narrowing at the person he saw. "Impossible!" he said, glaring at the person in the armor. He wasn't supposed to be strong enough to resist him anymore!

Terra didn't say a word, not that he could in this form. Instead, he stepped over Sora's body and held his Keyblade by his side almost to protect the person that was behind him. Unfortunately, he knew that it would have been more beneficial for him to arrive earlier. But he was here now, and he would take this opportunity to put Xehanort back in his place.

Aqua grunted as she forced her body to move, fighting the pain the ice was causing against her. Terra... He was here. She had to get up...

Riku didn't have any longer to stare, the Heartless leaping at him. He called Dark Shield to him to deflect their attacks, and then he knew that he would have to defeat them, and quickly.

You won't hurt my friends anymore, Terra's body language seemed to say. Xehanort had done enough damage to them before, and even if Terra didn't have his body, his spirit would fight for him in this armor. It was time to set things right. At that, he ran forward and attacked Xehanort, though his swing was hindered by Xehanort's Keyblade.
Aqua could hear sounds of fighting all around her, and when she turned her head, she could see Riku fighting the Heartless. And when she looked the other direction, she saw Terra battling Master Xehanort. But she also could see Sora...just lying there, lifeless. This was her fault... She shouldn't have brought him and Riku here with her.

Xehanort jumped back to avoid one of Terra's swings, and he quickly realized that this was a battle that he could avoid. "I shall be awaiting for Ventus to fulfill his destiny!" he said, seeing Terra run towards him at that even though this fight was over. He teleported away to a safe place, where he would stay until Ventus met with him to form Vanitas once more.

Terra's Keyblade went through only air, Xehanort vanishing from the area just as he swung at him. He felt frustration boil up inside of him, but he lowered his Keyblade to his side when he realized that there was no longer a threat; the monsters that weren't previously taken care of vanished along with Xehanort.

A battle cry left Riku as he swung at the Neoshadow in front of him, but it vanished in the blink of an eye. The boy's eyes widened in shock and he lowered his Keyblade, looking around the area. The Heartless were gone? And where was Master Xehanort?

Terra stared out in front of him, his Keyblade staying in his grasp despite the fact that there wasn't a battle to fight at that moment. Xehanort...he got away. And he had managed to do great damage to one person in particular while he was here. He turned around, his eyes finding the boy on the ground. He recognized him, mostly because he was with another boy that he could never forget. Riku's friend, Sora, was the one who Xehanort had hurt the most while he was here.

Riku briefly glanced over at Terra, but then he heard Aqua trying to move. He summoned Way to Dawn away and ran over to her, kneeling down beside her. "You okay?" he asked quietly.

"I'll...be fine," Aqua managed through the pain. "Go to Sora." She could take care of this; it would just take a little more time.

Riku's eyes immediately went to his best friend, and the person standing next to his body. The teen got up and ran over without thought, his gaze locked on Sora.

Terra watched Riku run over to Sora, but then he looked to his best friend who was still on the ground. He headed over to her, walking at a quick pace before he reached her. Though he couldn't speak, he knelt down next to her anyway, concerned but aware that he couldn't do anything to help her.

Riku skidded to a halt next to Sora's body, on his hands and knees beside him. "Sora..." he whispered softly, able to sense that his friend wasn't there anymore. Riku's hands curled into fists, the boy lowering his head and closing his eyes. No...

Aqua looked at Terra from behind her armor, grunting a little when she tried to move her arms and legs. It hurt...badly, but she had to do it. She couldn't sit around anymore, even if the battle was over. For now.

Terra could tell that Aqua was looking at him from behind her mask, and surely she could tell that he was looking at her as well. How could he not? For so long, he had been unsure of her whereabouts and he hadn't even known if she was alive or not. He was relieved to see her, even if she was encased in ice.
Aqua's gaze was locked on Terra's helmet, knowing the eyes that she would see behind it. He was okay? "Terra..." she said, resting for a second as she spoke. It had been so long, and she had been so scared for him. But...he wasn't himself, was he? Master Xehanort still had Terra's body...
  • Author
Terra silently gazed at Aqua, shaking his head faintly when he realized the question behind her tone. He wasn't fully himself; his spirit lingered in this armor, but he didn't have a real body so that he could speak. Unfortunately, Xehanort still had possession of his body.
Aqua closed her eyes, lowering her head back down to the ground at Terra's movement. It was just as she thought, but...he was still Terra, wasn't he? She wouldn't believe anything but that; his actions clearly proved it.

Terra wished he could say something to make Aqua feel better, but he couldn't. And besides, he had never been good at that kind of thing anyway. Instead of focusing on that, he just looked down at her, hoping that his presence was good enough for now.
Aqua opened her eyes, gazing up at the blue sky. "You're still you..." she said after a moment, turning her head to look at Terra. Even if it wasn't completely him, he was still the Terra she knew. He protected Sora, and that was exactly what the complete Terra would have done.

Terra waited a second before he nodded once, catching Aqua's point. Even if he didn't have his body, he was still the same Terra that she knew before. He was glad that she wasn't upset because of what he allowed Xehanort to do to him, not that he had been too scared in the first place. He, Aqua, and Ventus were friends no matter what.
Aqua kept her eyes on Terra for a little longer, but then she looked down at her frozen body. She was still lying there, unable to move much. But, she had to get through it; the ice was starting to make her shiver.

Terra shifted his gaze to the two teens on this battlefield, giving Aqua time to free herself. Those two were only youth; they didn't belong in this place of death. But he knew that they were both Keybladers like he and Aqua were. Even if they had faced ugly things in the past, it was probably nothing compared to Xehanort. That man was more wicked than any other person out there, in his opinion.
