A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"C'mon, Roxas, you can go faster than that!" Sora called over his shoulder, antagonizing Roxas in a playful manner. This was going to be fun.

Roxas furrowed his eyebrows, continuing to sprint after his best friend. Sora probably thought he was funny, but Roxas didn't think so. That only aggravated him more.

Sora turned around and kept going forward, some heavier snow slowing him down. But Roxas was getting closer! He grunted, trying to run through the snow anyway.

Roxas forced himself along the path Sora was running, encountering thicker snow. Whatever, if it slowed Sora down, he would just keep running.

Sora tripped over a rock that was hidden in the snow, falling to his hands and knees. He grunted in pain, his knees hitting hard ground. But at least he caught himself before he fell on his face.

Roxas saw Sora fall, and he knew he had luck on his side today. Well, not completely, but at least in this part of the day. He ran a couple more feet forward before slowing down, sliding on the slick ground until he came to a stop in front of Sora.

Sora looked up at the person who looked next to him, his eyes widening at Roxas's expression. "Uh-oh..." he said. He was caught.

Roxas panted heavily, trying to catch his breath as he looked down at Sora, eyebrows furrowed. "Can you answer my question now?" he asked, referring to the one he asked back at the house. Why did they all ambush him like that?

"Uh," Sora said, chuckling nervously. Oh boy...He really didn't want to blab that Namine wanted him ambushed. But he really was upset...

Roxas crossed his arms. "That wasn't very fair," he said, seeing that Sora wasn't talking. He hadn't really done anything wrong; he was just standing there. Did they team up on him because he was being boring or something?

"It was all in good fun, Roxas," Sora said, pushing himself up to his knees as he looked up at his best friend. "Lighten up." He wasn't supposed to be offended.

Roxas blinked at the words, his expression changing. "...Right," he said, looking away. Maybe Sora was right... Maybe he was being a little too serious right now.

"You haven't goofed off in a while," Sora continued, seeing that he was getting through to Roxas. "We wanted to change that." At least, that was how Sora felt.

"I've got a lot on my mind," Roxas said softly. Especially with Namine. He was still really scared, of a lot of things. After what happened a few days ago, life wasn't the same anymore.

Sora grunted slightly, standing up. "Anything you wanna share?" he asked, looking his friend in the eye. He could guess that it was about Namine.

Roxas shook his head, looking over at Sora. "Let's just go back," he said, uncrossing his arms. He turned and started back the way they came. He didn't really know what to say anyway.

Sora frowned, but he didn't feel right pressuring Roxas. "If you go back like this, they're going to know something is wrong," Sora stated, turning around and facing Roxas as he remained where he was.

"I'll cover it up," Roxas said over his shoulder, still walking. "I'm better at it than you think." He'd been doing it a little bit lately anyway. He'd be fine.

Sora furrowed his eyebrows, that answer not a good one. "You say that like it's a good thing!" he called after him, distaste in his voice. Covering things up wasn't good.

Roxas turned around, furrowing his eyebrows. "Well what do you expect me to do?" he asked, his tone defensive. "I'm not gonna let Namine see me like this!" She'd gone through enough Darkness already.

"I'd expect you'd be honest with her," Sora retorted. "The last thing that she needs right now is lies." She had enough of that the days taht he was gone. And she still didn't know that she was actually dead for a little while.

"You're right, she doesn't need lies," Roxas answered with a nod, his tone tight. "But she doesn't need unhappiness either. If I tell her something's wrong, that's exactly how it'll be. I don't want her worrying about me." He wasn't going to ruin her happiness right now. That wouldn't be right.

"Maybe if you're honest with her, you'll both be happy," Sora suggested. Whatever was eating at Roxas, he had to get it off his chest. And he obviously wasn't going to share with Sora, so Namine was his only option.

"I'm not gonna tell her anything," Roxas said at last, turning around and starting forward again. What would Sora do if he was in this situation? Would he really run off and tell? It wasn't that easy.

Sora furrowed his eyebrows, watching Roxas walk away. Not good. He didn't want to get in Roxas's business, but he obviously wasn't alright. Maybe Sora needed to tell Namine to have a talk with him.
