Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora was currently walking towards Kairi's home, his hands stuffed in his pockets. He was a little ticked off with Roxas, but he decided to come back anyway. He didn't approve of his friend acting fake, but ironically, that was what he was about to do by acting like he wasn't upset with Roxas. But whatever.
Kairi entered the kitchen in her home and rinsed out her mug before putting it in the dishwasher. But she didn't go upstairs right away. She leaned against the counter and looked out the window, wondering what Sora was doing and if he was alright. It wasn't like him to just run off... Not without good reason.

Sora entered Kairi's front yard, knowing now that staying outside wasn't his smartest move. Wow, it was cold outside. He shivered faintly, approaching the front door of the house.
Kairi sighed and tugged at the sleeves of her sweatshirt, cold. She started toward the hall to get to the stairs, that way she could go change.

Sora opened the front door, stepping inside and then shutting the door behind him. He felt the warmth of the house impact him immediately, making him release a faint breath in relief. He was an idiot for staying out so long, and when he was wet from falling in the snow. Stupid move, Sora...
Kairi stepped out into the hall just in time to see the boy she was going to look for. "Sora, there you are," she said softly, a small smile on her face. At least he was here.

Sora looked up from the zipper of his coat, seeing Kairi in the room. "Here I am," he said with a weak smile. He should have come back a while ago instead of staying out in the freezing weather.
"Where were you?" Kairi asked in concern, approaching the boy she loved. "Roxas said he caught up with you, but you didn't come back with him." Did Sora take a walk or something? It was awfully cold for that.

"Oh, uh, I just stayed back a few minutes," Sora said, not bothering taking off his warm clothes as he held a conversation with Kairi. It was a good excuse for him to keep on his coat without looking weird.
Kairi nodded with a small smile, buying that. Sometimes he just needed some time to himself; she was just worrying too much. "Well, I'm glad you're here," she admitted gently. "Everyone else is in the living room if you plan to stay." Sora hadn't taken off his coat, so that left her guessing.

"I'll stay," Sora assured her with a faint nod, seeing her glance down at his coat. He lifted his hands that were freezing cold despite his gloves and started taking off the gloves. He put them in his pockets and then lifted a hand to the zipper, pulling it down despite how much he liked its warmth.
"Alright," Kairi replied softly, looking Sora over. He must have been cold, given how wet he was from the snow. She hoped he didn't get sick...

Sora took his coat off, hanging it on the hanger that remained. He then slipped off his shoes before he shifted his gaze to Kairi. He smiled weakly at the girl in front of him, having seen her stare.
Kairi caught Sora's eyes then and she looked away immediately. She shyly tucked some of her red hair behind her ear, knowing that Sora caught her with her stare. Whoops.

Sora felt shy as well, having not meant to make Kairi feel awkward. She just looked...concerned. And that wasn't something he liked to see when it was about him.
Kairi looked up at Sora from behind her red bangs, a timid smile on her lips. "...Well, would you like some hot chocolate?" she asked softly. He looked cold, so maybe that would help.
  • Author
"Honestly, I'd rather cuddle by the fire," Sora said sheepishly, his smile reflecting that feeling. Hot chocolate wasn't enough for him, and he would rather have an excuse to be close to Kairi.
Kairi felt her small smile spread into a warmer one at that suggestion and she nodded. "Sounds great," she replied gently. She liked that option better.

Sora's sheepish smile widened into a genuine smile, the teen nodding faintly at Kairi's words. "Okay," he said, motioning gently for her to go forward first.
Kairi linked her hands behind her back and turned around, starting toward the living room in silence. She could hear a small conversation between her friends as she got closer, but she wasn't sure what they were talking about.

Sora started forward, letting a few steps stay between them as they went to the living room. He could already tell that there was a fire in the living room, but he knew that from the moment he walked in since the house smelled like fire.
Roxas turned when he heard faint footsteps, sitting beside Namine now. He watched Kairi walk over to grab another blanket and then he saw Sora. He didn't say anything, but he didn't do anything either; he wasn't giving off any signs of something being wrong.

Sora glanced over everyone in the room, not letting his gaze linger on Roxas. He waved weakly to everyone, not interrupting the conversation Terra, Aqua, and Ven were having as he went for a seat close to the fire.

Aqua waved to Sora as she continued talking to both of her best friends. She was glad to see that he was back, now with everyone once more.

Kairi grabbed a warm blanket and went over to join Sora, unfolding the blanket as she did so. She would get him warm in no time.

Sora sat down on the open love seat by the fire, the brunet glancing at the fire without thought. That was a good fire...Had the girls made that? He was impressed.
