Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"I'm gonna go to the island," Sora said after a few moments of silence. He waved to the two friends in front of him and then went past them, starting at a light jog to get to the dock. He wondered where Ven was, but he wouldn't worry too much over it. Ven could take care of himself.
Aqua glanced over her shoulder at Sora as he went before she looked down at the ground. They had no choice, she and Terra; they would have to wait.

About a day later...

Ven flew into the Destiny Islands atmosphere on his glider, by himself and without the company of the person he spent the last few days with. He wasn't expecting Terra and Aqua to be back yet, since he knew what research Terra was doing in Radiant Garden. That was what Master Yen Sid told him when Ven stopped in, anyway. He landed on the beach smoothly, his glider disappearing.

Aqua had her legs dangling over the edge of the dock, absently swinging them back and forth as she stared out at the water. She'd been worried for Ven, and angry with him as well. She was so lost in thought she failed to notice him return home, but he would know when she noticed, since she wouldn't be happy.

Terra grunted when he noticed the figure fly in, and he saw Ven walk on the beach as his armor faded. He was back. Now it was time to yell at him for disappearing, since he knew he was alright. He pushed himself up from his place next to Aqua so he could go see Ven.
Aqua snapped out of her daze when Terra rose to his feet, her eyes looking up at him. She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion, but then she saw the direction he was staring in. She followed his gaze and felt her eyes widen slightly to see Ven. Good, he was alright.

Ven looked over at the dock and froze when he saw the two figures staring in his direction. They were back already? He thought they still would have been at Radiant Garden...He gulped, seeing Terra start over. He was in trouble.
Aqua stood up from her spot and followed Terra's lead, starting over toward Ven's position. Her eyes were glued to him, and she could already see the look on his face. He must have known that he would be confronted about this.

Ven waited for them to come over to him, the blond not wanting to face this confrontation. He thought he could go away and then come back without being noticed, but obviously that wasn't the case. Why were they back so early?
Aqua walked along the sand a step or two behind Terra, her eyes on her youngest best friend. She wasn't sure what he had been thinking, running off like that. But surely he knew it wasn't okay to do.

Terra stopped in front of Ven, eyebrows furrowed as he looked down at the younger teen. "Ventus," he said stiffly, frowning at Ventus. He was going to give them an explanation about where he was and what he was doing, right now.

"H-hi," Ven stuttered, seeing the glares from Aqua and Terra. He was being reminded of why he never got on their bad side at this current moment...Scary.

"Where have you been?" Aqua asked sternly, crossing her arms over her chest as she frowned down at her best friend. Ven had some explaining to do.

"Uh," Ven said dumbly, looking back between the two people in front of him. He really had some explaining to do. "...First, how did things go in Radiant Garden?" He hoped they would answer that, but he wouldn't have been surprised if they disregarded the question and asked him where he was again.
Aqua frowned more deeply at Ven. "Don't change the subject," she said sternly. "Where were you?" He needed to stop stalling and answer the question.

Ven glanced down at the ground, lifting a hand and running it over the back of his head. "I...was with Lea for a few days," he confessed, looking up at Terra and Aqua when he told them the truth.
"Lea?" Aqua repeated, curiosity and wonder in her voice. Why would Ven be with him? And where?

"Um, I knew you didn't want me going, but I still wanted to help," Ven said, now mostly speaking to Aqua. But then he focused on Terra too. "So I went with Master Yen Sid and found out what was wrong since I thought Terra would stop in there, and he told me what you were searching for."

Terra was too surprised to speak, Ven guessing right. He had gone to Master Yen Sid before going to Radiant Garden for counsel, not that it had done him much good. But what did this have to do with Lea?

Aqua glanced at Terra out of the corner of her eye, noticing that he didn't say anything. She didn't either, waiting for Ven to continue explaining.

"I thought he could help me find out more about Xehanort since he was in the Organization under his Nobody," Ven said. "And he showed me this secret library that had some information about Xehanort."

"It actually had information?" Terra asked in awe, forgetting about his anger. That was terrific! Why hadn't he thought of going to Lea himself?

Aqua turned her head fully to look at Terra, hearing the amazement in his tone. But then she looked back to Ven, eyebrows still furrowed. She stayed silent, not knowing what to say.

"It seems as if Xehanort couldn't remember much of his life when he was in possession of your body," Ventus said to Terra. "And so Vexen ran a lot of experiments about memories and helping them regain them. It worked eventually, but...That's all I could figure out." It wasn't much, but it was something.
"...At least your time away was productive," Aqua murmured, interested in what Ven was saying now. So he and Lea discovered a bit of Xehanort's past? That was quite helpful, even if it wasn't much.

Terra glanced over at Aqua before he looked back at Ven. "You still should have told somebody where you were going," he said, eyebrows furrowing slightly as he momentarily put Xehanort behind him. Going alone was reckless.
"Or waited for us to get back so we could go along with you," Aqua said, uncrossing her arms. "You worry me when you do these things, Ven. You worry us." She motioned to Terra beside her. "I understand that you wanted to help Terra, but it still doesn't make what you did right."
  • Author
"...Sorry," Ven said, looking down towards the ground. He shouldn't have gone without at least telling the people who were still here where he was going. Granted, he hadn't expected to go to Lea, but still, he should have thought things through.
