Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Ven instinctively looked around, his question from earlier popping into his mind again. "What is this place?" he asked, in wonder of how white everything was. It felt strangely familiar, bu the knew that he had never been in this place before...not like this.
"The Chamber of Waking," Aqua answered. "It's in a place called Castle Oblivion." She still hadn't told him what happened to their home, that this was their home. Or at least, where it used to be.

"Castle...Oblivion?" Ventus repeated, bringing up a hand to the side of his head in thought. It sounded so familiar. He looked down towards the ground, then remembering that Sora had been here before. And he hadn't liked this place one bit.
"Mm." Aqua nodded a little, but then she continued. "There's something you should know about this place." She wasn't sure how he would react, but she knew she would find out. "Ven, this used to be our home."

Ven looked back up at Aqua in front of him, his big blue eyes showing that he was startled by that. "...What?" he asked in wonder. This...this couldn't be his home! He was at his home a little bit before he went to the Keyblade Graveyard and everything was normal except for the events that were going on in front of him at that time.
Aqua furrowed her eyebrows slightly at the memory of what she was told a long time ago. "Master Eraqus told me that if our world ever was threatened by Darkness, I needed to lock it up," she began. "That's exactly what I did, and now it's this place." She briefly motioned with her arm to the room surrounding them, but also the whole entire castle. It was something that was hard to comprehend, but it had to be accepted. It was the truth.

Ven looked down to the ground, instantly remembering his old Master. He could only assume that his fight with Terra so long ago hadn't ended well. He didn't want to know any of the details though, so he looked up at Aqua and nodded, saying that he didn't need anymore information concerning the Master or their home world. He didn't want to know.
Aqua understood what Ventus was saying, but she continued to speak. "But...there's something else you need to know, Ven," she said softly, her expression becoming somewhat sad. How long they had all been separated... It was awful.
  • Author
"...What?" Ventus asked softly, not shutting Aqua down. Obviously if she was still speaking, then what she had to say was important. He tried to focus, not wanting to feel too overwhelmed by everything that was thrown at him.
"Even though we may not look any different, a lot of time has passed since we last saw each other," Aqua stated softly. She looked at her best friend, wonder in her eyes. "Do you know how long it's been?" He was inside Sora all this time, so if he knew, she wouldn't really have to explain.

Ventus folded his arms over his chest, shutting his eyes for a moment when he thought things over. He had heard it said before...when he was inside of Sora. And he remembered coming to Sora when he was little, so the number that popped into his mind made sense. "...Eleven years," he said softly.
"That's right," Aqua said quietly, staring down at her best friend. She figured he must have known because of Sora, which was no surprise to her. Or him, for that matter.

Ven opened his eyes, though he kept his gaze on the ground. Eleven years was a long time...But he didn't feel like he had many questions for Aqua; he had gotten a lot of answers when he was with Sora. The only thing that he didn't know was what happened to Sora when Xehanort got to him. He felt saddened at that, knowing that Sora got hurt because of him.
"While you were in here, Terra and I were waiting," Aqua said softly. "We were all in different places, but Sora found us all." She smiled a little, both in gratitude but also in sadness. And now that poor kid...

"Sora..." Ventus said softly, his arms staying folded over his chest. He felt as if he knew what happened now; Xehanort had extracted the hearts much like he had done with Vanitas so long ago. Sora...He was asleep, wasn't he?
Aqua leaned forward a little, putting her hands on her knees as she tried to see Ventus's face. "It's our turn to help him now, Ven," she said. "We have to find his heart and get him back. We need him."
  • Author
Ven looked at Aqua when she purposely changed her position to look at him, a look of determination covering up the sadness he had felt before. "Right," he said with a nod. He would help out; it was only right, since Sora had given him so much. And besides, he would help out any person who was ever in trouble. That was just his nature.
Aqua smiled a little at Ventus, proud of him for being so strong. "Riku brought him here," she said with a small nod. "He's out in the hall." It was time they got back to the two, now that they had their reunion and were all caught up. They had a lot of things to take care of.
  • Author
"Mm," Ventus hummed with a nod, his arms going down to his sides. Riku...He had never met him, but he knew about him through Sora. He reminded him of Terra in a lot of ways, though he and Terra had never actually battled in the past like Riku and Sora had for a while. He wanted to meet him, and tell him how much his best friend had done for Ven. And he wanted to really look at Sora for the first time, too.
Aqua stood up straight, her eyes lingering on Ventus. Then she turned around, starting out of the Chamber. After reaching the door, she took a few steps out and turned her head to the side to see where Riku was. She found him the first time she looked, sitting on the floor across from his best friend.

Ventus followed Aqua out of the room, following her gaze to the two figures by the wall. He felt his eyes soften at Riku and Sora, though his eyes lingered on the latter. He only had a second chance at life because of Sora; now it was time to repay the favor and get Sora his heart back.
Riku didn't even sense two other people nearby, his eyes staring at his lifeless best friend. And that was the exact opposite of who Sora was: lifeless. He was always so full of life, not without it. And now he was...because Riku wasn't there to back him up when he needed him most.
  • Author
"Riku," Ventus called, stopping a few feet away and shifting his gaze from Sora to the older teen. He felt really sad for both Riku and Sora, but he was going to work to get Sora's heart back to him as soon as possible. None of them here were going to allow him to sleep as long as Ventus had, that was for sure.

Riku turned his head, lifting his eyes to the person that approached him. Ventus. He was glad that he finally got the chance to wake up, but in order for that to happen, Sora had to fall asleep. Now, the roles were switched.

Aqua watched from where she stood, her blue eyes on both Ven and Riku. She was curious as to what was going to happen, but she knew Ven; he would be polite and friendly, as he always was. As for Riku...Aqua wasn't sure.

  • Author
"I'm Ven," Ventus said, introducing himself since the two of them never actually met. But that wasn't all he would say; he knew that Riku probably didn't care who he was right now. "Let's get goin' and find Sora's heart," he said, giving Riku an optimistic smile. With the three of them working on this, hopefully they could find it relatively soon.
