Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Roxas came to a stop in front of the door and tried to open it, but it was locked. "Namine, open up," he called, knocking on the wood. He had to talk to her...

I don't wanna...Namine thought, not moving from her spot. She was upset enough as it was, and Roxas sounded angry still. Riku was right when he said that he was "The darker Roxas". Namine didn't know if she could face that person right now...
Roxas shook his head, staring at the wood. "C'mon, just open the door," he said, his voice not as loud as last time. He didn't get a response before, but he hoped he would this time. They needed to talk.

I don't want to...Namine thought again, though she did wipe her tears and dry her cheeks with a bed sheet before she set her hands in her lap. She just wanted to be alone.
Roxas took a step back, summoning Oblivion to his hand. He knew that Namine found out about what happened, and surely stuff going on with him, and that was enough for him not to take no as an answer. A beam of light shot out of Roxas's Keyblade and unlocked the door, the boy then stepping forward and turning the knob, opening it.

Namine heard the door open, and the fear of facing Roxas brought more tears to her eyes. She was thankful she wasn't facing the door, the girl not appreciating that he broke in. She didn't want company right now, especially not after hearing the fight he had with Riku outside. She let her hair hide he face, her head lowered a little as she avoided looking at Roxas.
Roxas summoned his weapon away, walking a few paces further into the room. His eyes were on Namine, and the way she held herself. "...Why didn't you open the door?" he asked, voice softer than before.

"I just want to be alone," Namine said softly, not changing her position or looking up at Roxas. "Please." She didn't want to talk to him right now, not about this...Not about anything.
"But..." Roxas said, eyebrows furrowing as he looked at the girl he loved. "This has been put off too long. We need to talk." It was bad enough; he didn't want it to get worse...

"Not right now," Namine said softly, her voice weak. She was enough of a wreck already; she couldn't talk about this right now, or maybe ever. It was absolutely terrible that she was just discovering the truth now.

Roxas was unaware of the footsteps coming down the hall as he shook his head at Namine. "Please, Namine," he begged. "I've avoided it for too long..." He couldn't hold it off any longer...

Riku walked into Namine's room and approached Roxas from behind, locking his arms around the blond's. "Let's go," he said lowly. Namine wasn't to be bothered.

Roxas's eyes widened, where they went up to see Riku. "What?! No, let go!" he said angrily, starting to struggle against Riku's firm grip. He wasn't going anywhere.

Namine finally looked up then, her eyes widening when she saw Riku grab Roxas from behind. She hadn't expected that...at all. But she hadn't expected anything like this to happen today. She watched the scene in stunned silence, her gaze on two of her best friends who both had different views about what needed to be done.

"What part of 'Namine doesn't want to be bothered' did you not understand?" Riku said, grunting a little as he kept pulling Roxas back. Despite his struggling, it was working.

"The part where I can't be there for the girl I love!" Roxas hollered angrily. He didn't understand this at all. The one time he was actually there for Namine and he can't be? That was stupid!

But I don't want you to do this for me right now, Namine thought, keeping her gaze on Roxas and Riku. And he was so angry, too. She was always a little scared of Roxas when he was angry because of how he lost his temper with her in the past. But she couldn't come right out and say that..."I can't...talk to you, when you're like this, Roxas," the blonde said softly. Obviously she was referring to his anger, but this was a better way of saying it instead of being bold or harsh.
Roxas's struggling stopped for the moment, his angry eyes finding Namine. But that was when they widened a little. "Like what?" he asked. Yeah, he was angry, but he would calm down!

Namine heard a bit of bite in Roxas's tone, whether he meant to use it or not. He asked, so..."You...scare me, when you're angry like this," she said softly, actually glad that Riku was there so things wouldn't get out of hand.
Roxas's expression broke completely at that, surprise and sadness in his eyes then. "...What?" he asked, his tone soft now. He...he scared her? Namine was afraid of him? Riku tugged on his arms again, and Roxas stumbled back, not fighting it now. There was no point to.

Namine bit down on her lip, glancing up at Riku when he pulled Roxas back. She really didn't have any more too say right now; she could tell that she had said enough already to make things worse.
Roxas felt Riku pull him back another time, but that was enough. The boy ground his teeth together and ripped his arms from Riku's grasp, pushing him. "Get off!" he ordered, causing Riku to step a foot back. Roxas's hands were in fists again, but not just in anger--in a mix of emotions. His blue eyes found Namine then and he frowned in sadness. "I'm going."

Namine's eyes were still wide from seeing Roxas angrily push Riku away, and she could only nod faintly at Roxas to confirm she heard him. He was still so furious...She was honestly glad that he wasn't right by her right now.
Don't worry, Namine, Roxas thought as he met her eyes. I won't be around you for a while. He turned then, marching out the door and turning down the hall. She didn't want to see him, so he wouldn't be seen. Fine.

Namine felt her emotions start to surface when Roxas went out of the room, and she didn't care if Riku was still in there. She lifted a hand and covered her eyes, a shaky breath leaving her lips. This was absolutely terrible.
Roxas started down the steps quickly. He saw Kairi there, but he didn't even look at her as he passed. He didn't want to talk. So instead, he opened the door and then slammed it shut behind him, stepping down the porch steps and leaving the property.

Namine heard the slam of the door, and that only triggered her tears again. The moisture went into the hand that was covering her eyes, her breathing becoming more ragged as she cried. She was surprised she even had tears left after all the crying she had done in the past twenty-four hours.
Riku wasn't sure what to do, so he scratched his cheek. "I'll...just leave you be," he said, starting for the door. Namine didn't want to be bothered, and he wasn't about to intrude any more than he had.
