A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"Goodnight, Namine," Riku said in return. He stepped back and took one hand away from Jasmine to grab the door, planning to close it once Namine took her leave.

Namine took a step back when Riku did the same, the blonde turning around then and starting back down the path. She folded her arms over her chest when a cool wind blew, the air pushing some of her blonde bangs into her eyes as she approached Roxas.

Roxas saw the way Namine held herself and he instantly started to shrug off his jacket. He gathered it by the collar in one hand. "Here," he said, holding it up so he could put it on her. It wasn't much, since it was short-sleeved, but it would help a little bit.

Namine stopped by Roxas, looking up at him behind her bangs. "Thanks," she said, weakly smiling as she lifted her hands and took the jacket from his grasp, noticing he still held her sketchpad in his other hand. She put it on, though she realized she would have to give it back in a few minutes when they reached her home. And it wasn't long sleeved, either, but it was kind of Roxas to offer it to her, so she didn't fight against him over it.

"Mm," Roxas hummed, feeling the chilly air on his bare arms now. He held Namine's sketchpad under his arm still, and he would until they got to Namine's house.

Namine was tempted to reach out a hand and grab Roxas's, but she didn't feel like she was quite ready to do that yet. She weakly smiled at him and then started walking in the direction they had been going before, their houses this way.

Roxas followed Namine wordlessly, though he let his gaze fall to the ground as he walked. He wanted to say something...something that wouldn't make this so weird. It felt like they were...broken up, but they weren't.

Namine kept her gaze down when she walked, aware that she actually was a little warmer with Roxas's jacket. But she only enjoyed its warmth for a few minutes, because that was when they arrived at her home.

Roxas looked up when he saw Namine's house, noticing there were a few lights still on. It was probably Kairi... What do I do? he thought as they walked. Do I walk her to her door? Kiss her goodnight? He was completely clueless, when Roxas didn't think he needed to be.

Namine noticed Roxas walk so slowly by the time they were actually in front of the path leading to the house that Namine actually stopped. She guessed that they would say their goodbyes here and not at the door.

Roxas saw Namine stop, so he knew that one of his questions was answered. He looked over at her, at what he could see of her at least.

Namine glanced up at Roxas, feeling shy. "Um..." she said, lifting a hand and tucking back some of her hair. Why did she feel so awkward with him right now?

"Uh...here," Roxas said, holding out her sketchpad. He needed to return that. At least it filled the silence for a few seconds.

Namine glanced down at the pad, seeing Roxas's jacket on her out of the bottom of her eye. She hummed and lifted her hands, starting to take off the jacket first. That would have been hard to do if she had the book in her hand. When she had it off and in one hand, she reached with her free hand for the book. "Thanks."

"Sure." Roxas nodded as his hand fell, but his eyes were now on his jacket. Namine would be giving that back, wouldn't she?

Namine held out the jacket for Roxas to take, seeing how he stared at it. She didn't know why that made her feel awkward; she would have given it back whether he was staring at it or not.

Roxas silently took the jacket from Namine's grasp and started to slip it back on. He shrugged it over his shoulders and pulled at the collar before he looked back up at the girl he still loved, and would always love...no matter what.

Namine looked up at Roxas's eyes when he looked at her, her gaze locked on his. This was goodnight, wasn't it? But would she see him tomorrow?

Roxas glanced down at the ground after a second of staring into Namine's eyes, lifting a hand to rub the back of his head. "Um...get some rest, okay?" he said, looking up at Namine. "I...I want you to be able to sleep well tonight." Sora said that she was miserable, and she still looked that way...probably because of her lack of sleep. Or so he was guessing.

"I'll try," Namine said softly, faintly nodding at Roxas. Her eyes went from the ground to Roxas's, the girl able to see his eyes because of some light from the house. He looked pretty tired himself, so she wished he got some rest too.

Roxas nodded. "Good," he said, a weak smile forming. He hoped Namine actually would; she looked like she hadn't gotten sleep in days.

"You get some rest too, okay?" Namine requested quietly. Roxas looked like he was recovering from a hard week himself, which was understandable. They both needed sleep.

"Yeah," Roxas said. He would try, but he still had something to do before he went to sleep tonight, and that was to talk to Sora about what happened today.

Namine smiled weakly, nodding as well. That was all that she really had to say, and she didn't want to keep Roxas here when he was tired, so... "...Goodnight."

Roxas nodded. "'Night, Namine," he said with a small smile. He hoped he would see her tomorrow... A week was long enough.
