Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Normally Namine and Roxas would kiss goodbye, but she could tell that Roxas wasn't going to do that tonight. Somehow, that was okay. She took a small step forward and wrapped her arms around him, her head finding his shoulder naturally.
Roxas's eyes widened slightly at the embrace, and he slowly lifted his arms to set on Namine's back. It was odd; he felt like he wasn't allowed to do these things anymore...

Namine shut her eyes, feeling like she didn't want to leave Roxas's arms just in case tomorrow he started ignoring her again. Things were a tiny bit better; she didn't want her hope to be gone again tomorrow. She wanted Roxas with her; would he be there?
...I love you, Roxas thought then, looking down at the girl he was holding lightly in his arms. He knew this was his fault, and he wish it hadn't happened. Why didn't he just tell Namine what happened that day when he had the chance? This wouldn't have happened...

Namine knew that she had to release him, though she was sad to do that. She gently took her head off his shoulder, her arms also coming back to her sides. "Goodnight," she said softly, aware that she had already said that.
Roxas hesitated before bringing his hands back to his sides, nodding. "Goodnight," he said, stuffing his hands into his pockets.

Namine looked at Roxas for a second longer before she stepped back a step or two, turning around then and starting towards the house with the sketchpad tucked under her arm. She felt tears appear in her eyes, the girl afraid that Roxas would be different again tomorrow.
Roxas waited, his eyes trailing Namine as she approached the house. He would stay until she got inside safely, and then start for home.

Namine opened the door a crack, though she didn't go in right away. She glanced over her shoulder at Roxas for a second before she stepped inside, closing the door behind her. Please, please still be my Roxas tomorrow. I need you to be my guardian angel again.
Roxas sighed once the door was closed and started walking, his hands stuffed in his pockets. It would be a long walk home, but it would give him some time to think. After all, he had a lot to think about.

Sora was asleep on the couch of his house, the TV still on as he sat in the corner of the seat with his head tilted back. He had planned on waiting up for Roxas to see how things went with Namine, but he ended up falling asleep because of his exhaustion. And he never did get his wounds healed, so he treated them the old fashioned way, which wasn't too effective. Oh well; he dealt with it.
Roxas got home, but he walked in the front door quietly so he wouldn't wake Sora's parents. But he heard the television in the living room, so when he went in there, he saw that Sora was asleep too. He also noticed that Sora had patches on his arms from where he obviously got hurt today. Roxas summoned his Keyblade to him then and called a Cure spell to his best friend. You heal me, I heal you.

Sora felt a refreshing sensation wash over him, his wounds fading away when Roxas cast the spell on him. He exhaled softly in his sleep, his body becoming less tense when the pain was gone.
Roxas sent Oblivion away, and because Sora was asleep, he knew that their talk would have to wait until morning. He wasn't going to bother Sora in his sleep, so Roxas started for his own room, wanting to get some rest as well.

Sora didn't wake up even after he noticed a difference in his body, the teen a deep sleeper as always. He failed to notice that Roxas returned home, though the brunet realized that they would most likely speak in the morning about what happened today.
Roxas got to his room and shut the door, where he started undressing. He grabbed a pair of lounge pants and put them on before climbing into bed, sighing once he was on the mattress. He hoped everything would start turning up tomorrow, though he would always have that fear of it falling again.

The next morning

Sora woke up in the living room, groggy and stiff from sitting in an upright position. He yawned and looked to the television, which was off now. His parents must have turned it off earlier this morning; he recalled waking up in the early hours of the morning and having it on. But of course, he didn't really care about that; they were just observations he made when he started to wake up.

Roxas rolled over in his sleep, his back to the door. He was starting to wake up, not that he wanted to. He was scared of what today held, of his next screw-up. He didn't want to hurt anyone anymore.

Sora forced himself up, the teen going to the kitchen and making breakfast. His parents were already gone for the day, but he assumed that Roxas was in. So he made enough eggs for the both of them, the teen guessing his Nobody would wake up soon to eat.
A few minutes passed before Roxas finally woke up, the boy opening his eyes to the sun shining through his window. He yawned and stretched, his muscles then relaxing. He pushed himself up, swinging his legs over the side of his bed as he rubbed at his eyes. His room was empty and quiet, and Roxas wasn't sure how he felt about today.

Sora finished up with the eggs, putting two plates of scrambled eggs on the table. They actually turned out good, but that was the only thing he knew how to make. He went to the cupboard and grabbed two glasses of water, filling them both. If Roxas didn't come down in a few minutes, Sora would probably get him.
Roxas sighed and got out of bed, grabbing a shirt and throwing it on before walking out of his room. He started down the hall and eventually smelled eggs, which turned him toward the kitchen. That was where he saw Sora, and he waved sleepily.

Sora was just setting down the forks when he saw Roxas enter the room and wave tiredly. "Hey," he said with a faint nod. It was a good thing he was awake; Sora was about to go get him so his eggs wouldn't be too cold.
"These for me?" Roxas asked, approaching the table. Two plates of eggs? That was what he figured...
  • Author
"Well not both plates," Sora said with an arched brow, faintly teasing Roxas because he knew he could get away with it. He looked a little too tired to protest.
