Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Namine looked up at Roxas, seeing his faint smile. "Mm," she hummed with a nod. "I think she likes every person she comes in contact with." Jasmine was such a sweetheart, and a people's person. Namine loved that pup.
Roxas could only nod, not knowing how to respond. He hadn't necessarily hung out with anyone when Jasmine was around, so he didn't really know.

Namine looked back down at her open sketchpad, seeing the picture where she focused on just Jasmine's face. It was a cute one, but again, she felt like she couldn't capture just how cute Jazzy was on paper.
Roxas glanced down at the sketchpad too, but then his eyes went to the ocean. "Wanna go swimming?" he asked, looking back over at Namine. It was kind of hot out, just sitting under the sun.

Namine looked up at the ocean before she looked to Roxas. "Sure," she said with a faint smile and a nod. It was pretty warm out, after all. But she still hoped that the water wasn't too cold.
Roxas smiled and nodded, pushing himself up. His towel was where he left it next to Kairi's, and he pulled at his t-shirt to take it off, that way he could get in the water.

After Namine had off her tank-top and shorts, she and Roxas headed for the water, where the rest of her friends already were. It was fun goofing off and laughing with her friends again, even if her heart wasn't fully in it. Still, it was a day she would remember for a while.

A week later...

Roxas soared through the sky, the sun just now beginning to set over the water. He was looking for Namine, and he knew just where to find her. There was a specific reason he was on his glider, though, and that was because he had a surprise for her. They had been growing closer over the past week, and he felt ready to bond even more with her. Namine was the love of his life, and he lost her for a few minutes, but that was a few minutes too long. Roxas wasn't going to make the mistake of passing up any moment with her.

Namine sat in her usual spot on the beach, sketchpad in her lap. She wasn't really drawing anything right now, though, just looking up at the ocean and seeing the beautifully colored sky. She loved this spot. During the past week, she and Roxas had always watched the sunset here. Actually, they spent most of their days here. Namine was drawing most of the time, which was encouraged by Roxas since he knew it helped her cope with reality. Today, though, she was by herself. That was alright, since Roxas said he had other plans.
Roxas felt the wind blow through his hair as he made his way to the deserted side of the island, not wearing his armor; he didn't have to in order to ride his glider. His eyes scanned over the area, looking for the girl he loved. When he saw her, his eyes brightened immediately, the boy positioning his glider to travel in that direction.

Namine exhaled a soft breath, not hearing the sound of the glider since it was pretty soft. She was doing better now, after spending a lot of time with Roxas. She started sleeping in her own bedroom at night again because she started trusting that she would wake up again in the morning and not pass. That was a big step, and she was glad she was finally starting to recover from the shocking news Riku gave her two weeks ago.
Roxas lowered his glider, seeing Namine sitting on the beach. He rode it like he would a skateboard, slowing it down as he got closer. "Namine!" he called. He was glad he found her.

Namine blinked at the voice, turning to look over her shoulder and see the person coming down. "Roxas?" she said without thought, holding her sketchpad in her hand as she rose to her feet and faced his direction. What was going on?
Roxas moved his legs on his glider, bringing it to a stop much like he would a snowboard. He hovered in front of Namine, a smile on his face. "Hey. Are you busy?" he asked over the soft hum of his glider.

Namine took a step closer to Roxas and his glider, her eyes on his. "...No?" she said, curiosity present in her voice. Roxas looked like he was going to change that, though. What was he doing back here, and on his glider?
Roxas's smile only widened, both in amusement and relief. "Good. There's something I want to show you," he said, hovering in front of Namine still. Of course, there was a small twist; she would have to get on the glider with him.
  • Author
Namine arched a brow, curious. "Okay..." she said in suspicion and a bit of amusement. "What is it?" He seemed excited to show her, whatever it was.
Roxas bent down a little, offering out his hand to the girl he loved. "You'll have to see it for yourself," he said with the same smile. It wasn't something he could describe, and he planned on taking her there since he found the place a few days ago.

Namine's eyes widened when she realized that Roxas wanted her to get on the glider, her blue eyes automatically wandering down to it. Not only was it pretty thin, but she never did like heights. She was hesitant to get on.
Roxas's eyes and smile softened at the hesitance present on Namine's face, his hand still held out to her. "Do you trust me?" he asked softly. He wouldn't let her get hurt. If he knew that she wouldn't be alright on the glider, he wouldn't have asked her to get on.
  • Author
Do I trust...? "Of course," Namine answered softly, a faint smile tugging at her lips. She did trust Roxas, completely. It would be alright, even if she was scared. She lifted a hand and lightly slipped into Roxas's outstretched one.
Roxas's smile widened a little, the boy gripping Namine's hand securely. He lowered the glider a little bit so it would be easier for her to get on, the boy carefully helping her aboard. He was so excited to show her his discovery.

Namine stepped on board when Roxas lowered it closer to the ground, though she already was feeling unsure about this. What if she did something stupid and fell off? Already when she was just a foot or two off the ground she was feeling unsteady! She gripped Roxas's hand more tightly, her other arm wrapping around him.
Roxas chuckled a little, his hand holding onto Namine's tightly. "It's okay," he said. He had a better idea for her to hold on, that way she would be safer on board. "Here, give me your sketchpad," he requested. Then she could wrap both of her arms around him as she stood behind him.

Namine withdrew a little, faintly nodding. She had it in her hand behind Roxas's back. She carefully pulled that arm back so that it was in front of her and Roxas, holding out the sketchpad for Roxas to take.
