Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Namine forgot about the sketchpad in her hand currently, tilting her head slightly as she took a few more steps forward. She stopped by a tree and set her hand on the trunk, seeing the sun and ocean clearly. The sight took her breath away, everything so beautiful.
Roxas chuckled a little, unable to help himself. Namine just looked so...happy. It was a wonderful thing to see. He wanted to see more of it, a lot more of it.

Namine turned around where she was, her hand coming off the tree trunk as she faced Roxas. Her curious expression showed that she wondered why he laughed, but she also wondered something else. "How did you find this place?" she asked softly in wonder, starting back over to where he was.
Roxas shrugged, rubbing the back of his head with his hand. "I dunno. I was just taking a ride on my glider up here and I...found it," he said with a small smile. But he was glad he did; Namine loved it.

Namine stopped in front of Roxas, smiling softly and nodding. Well, that made sense. She didn't think there was any other way he could have found it. "It's beautiful," she said softly, looking around again. And so peaceful.
Like you, Roxas thought silently, lowering his hand as he too nodded. "I'm glad you like it," he said, his eyes on Namine. "I was really wanting to show it to you."

Namine looked back at Roxas, smiling faintly and humming. She could tell that he wanted her to see this; he had seemed pretty excited when he stopped at the beach and told her about it.
"Wait until the sun gets really close to setting," Roxas said, motioning to the sun behind Namine. "It gets even better." The fireflies came out then, and he was sure Namine would love them.

Namine turned around a little more, her back facing Roxas as she looked towards the ocean and the sunset. She didn't know what he was referring to, but she was excited to see it. She didn't like surprises too much, but Roxas's were always exceptions.
Roxas felt his smile widen a little. Namine took it too literally; what would happen next would occur all around her, not just ahead. He set a hand on her shoulder, lightly squeezing it as he watched the sunset as well.

Namine glanced over her shoulder at Roxas when he squeezed her shoulder, a faint smile present on her expression. She stepped back a little bit and let her head find his shoulder, her eyes still on the sunset.
Roxas pulled Namine to him a little, his arm around her shoulders now. He lightly rubbed her upper arm as he glanced from her to the sunset, watching as it slowly descended from the sky.

Namine felt comfortable with Roxas's fingers running over her arm, her soft eyes staying on the sunset. This was so nice, standing here with Roxas right now. Things were so quiet and natural.
Roxas looked up from the sunset, seeing the sky starting to turn dark blue. Any second now, the fireflies would be showing up. He felt his smile soften at the thought, his eyes going to Namine so he could see her reaction.

Namine thought she saw a small light flash out of the corner of her eye, her eyes automatically wandering over in that direction. No, nothing. But then she looked closer to the trees and saw a few more blinking lights. And then all around the area, fireflies started flashing their small lights. Namine's mouth parted a little bit in awe. There were so many!
Roxas squeezed Namine's shoulder and then stepped back, opening his arms as he motioned to the fireflies roaming around. "Surprise," he said with a soft smile. This was what he wanted to show her most of all.

Namine turned around to look at Roxas, seeing that there were fireflies behind him as well. "...Wow," she breathed, holding her sketchpad with both hands lowered in front of her. This was...incredible.
Roxas's lips spread into a small grin, the boy lowering his arms a little as he looked at a firefly blinking right in front of his face. He watched it as it flew away, though there plenty of others to catch his attention.

Namine turned on her feet a little bit, just looking around. She lifted her chin and looked to the sky, a lightning bug taking that as an opportunity to land on her nose. She lowered her chin back to its normal level and giggled, the firefly just standing still on her nose.
Roxas let his eyes find Namine when he heard her laugh, and he just simply gazed at her in silence. Laughter...that was what he wanted to hear. He actually started feeling like himself again at that moment, seeing Namine smile and hearing her laugh, and being happy himself too.

Namine's smile was still on her face as she lifted a hand, using her index finger to gently take the firefly off her nose. It stood on the tip of her finger and then flew off, rejoining the many other bugs that were lighting up the area.
Roxas didn't watch the bugs anymore, his eyes set on Namine as they flew and flickered in the space between them. She was beautiful, and so precious to him. How did he stay away from her a week ago?
  • Author
Namine looked up at the bugs for a few more moments before she felt a gaze on her. She hummed faintly and turned, looking to see that Roxas was watching her.
Roxas's eyes softened a little when Namine's gaze met his, his smile still on his face. He tilted his head a little, just looking at her. He could tell that she enjoyed this small surprise, and he was glad. He knew she would.

Namine took a few small steps forward, keeping her eyes on Roxas. He looked happy, and she was glad for that. She was too.
