Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"So..." Roxas started, clearing his throat a little as he lowered his gaze to the ground. He then looked back up at Namine. "What do you think?" He had yet to ask her that, even if her thoughts were pretty clear.

Namine stopped right in front of Roxas, trying to find a word that she could use to describe everything. "It's wonderful," she said softly after a minute, that being the word she thought of to describe everything.
Roxas smiled. Good, he was glad she liked it so much. After all, this was Namine's surprise since a few days ago. Now he knew keeping it a secret was worth it.

Namine smiled, stepping forward and wrapping her arms around him. She wished she would have set down her sketchpad before she hugged him, but oh well. She felt comfortable anyway.
Roxas wrapped his arms around Namine immediately, one of his hands resting on her back as the other cupped the back of her head. He loved her...so much. He hadn't even said it within the past week... Why?

"It's a terrific surprise," Namine said softly, feeling even more comfortable with Roxas's arms around her. "Thank you." She was glad that he brought her up, and she was really hoping that maybe someday they could come back again.
"Any time," Roxas said softly, leaning his cheek against Namine's hair as he held her. He looked behind her, seeing the fireflies illuminating the area with their lights. It was such a beautiful night with good scenery. He had hoped it wouldn't go to waste, and it wasn't.

Namine's head was lightly by Roxas's shoulder, the girl still able to look out and see the fireflies. It was so beautiful, so stunning. She felt as if she had to keep her eyes open so that she could memorize this picture and never forget it.
"...Do you think you'll be able to draw some of this?" Roxas asked after a few minutes of silence, running his hand down the length of Namine's blonde hair. He hoped so; that was another reason he brought her up here.

Namine was a bit surprised at the randomness of the question, but she would answer it anyway. "I wouldn't be able to give it justice," she said softly. This sight was too beautiful for her to capture on paper.
"Heh," Roxas laughed softly. "I wouldn't be too sure of that." Namine was too hard on herself; he had complete faith in her. He thought she could really capture this sight.

"I would," Namine argued softly, shaking her head faintly. This was too beautiful of a sight for her to even consider drawing, though Roxas seemed to want her to do just that. She supposed she could try...
Roxas lifted his cheek from Namine's hair and looked down at her. "You can at least draw me a sample piece...right?" he asked softly, a faint smile on his lips. He would appreciate that...

Namine looked up at Roxas, seeing that soft smile on her lips. "I'll try my best," she said quietly, a faint smile appearing on her face now. She would try to capture the beauty of this place the best she could.
Roxas's smile grew. "Thank you," he said quietly. He was sure Namine would do a great job.

Namine hummed, nodding faintly as she slowly withdrew from her embrace with Roxas. She'd sit down towards the middle of the area where there was some moon light, since the fireflies alone couldn't light up her page enough for her to see.
Roxas pulled his arms back as well, letting Namine go. Of course, he was going to watch her draw; it was always a favorite past time of his anyway. He was sure she wouldn't mind.

Namine turned and walked forward a few steps before she sat down in the grass, the blonde opening her sketchpad in her lap and taking out her pencil. She bit her lip and looked up, wondering where to start.
Roxas tilted his head a little and followed Namine, but he didn't sit next to her. Instead, he sat behind her and put his legs on either side of her. He scooted up behind her and peered over her shoulder to watch in silence, his hands on her sides.
  • Author
Namine felt warm thanks to Roxas's close presence, the girl feeling extra motivation to make the picture really good. She picked up her pencil and started working on the set of trees that would be the backdrop of the picture, also nibbling at her lip in concentration as she worked.
Roxas let the side of his head rest against Namine's, the boy watching in silence as he kept his hands where they were. Things were finally going right again, and he was relieved. But he would have to work hard to keep it that way; he was always the one to mess them up.
  • Author
Namine tried to work quickly but diligently, knowing that it was late and if she really had all the time in the world, she would be up here for a day capturing this. She'd try her best to get it in maybe two hours, if Roxas was patient enough to sit around that long. She was already working for a little while, and some progress was made with the picture.
After a while, Roxas closed his eyes. Not because he was tired, but because he was comfortable; the quiet chirping of the crickets soothed him, as well as the sound of Namine's pencil against the paper of her sketchpad. But he was also comfortable because Namine was so close; he'd missed her.

Namine started drawing on the fireflies after she had the trees and other scenery drawn, the blonde careful to put detail into each tiny bug. She didn't have colors with her, which was a shame, but she was shading the bugs so that you could tell a difference between the ones that were lit and the ones that weren't. That took a lot of time, not that she was really paying attention to the time anymore. Roxas would probably just tell her when he wanted to leave.
Roxas snuggled the side of his head into Namine's soft hair as he sat there, taking in a small breath. His hands moved from her sides and across her stomach, his arms wrapping around her completely. He made the movement slow, though, not wanting to disrupt her work. "How's it going?" he asked, his eyes closed.
