Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Aqua opened her mouth to disagree, but no words formed. She lowered her gaze and linked her hands in front of her. She wasn't okay with that, but she didn't feel like she had much of a choice.

Terra noticed the disappointed expression on Ven's face, but it was harder to decipher Aqua's expression. Regardless, he looked to Sora. "You wanna leave right away, don't you?"

"Yeah," Sora confirmed with a nod. "You ready?" He saw Terra nod in response, so he nodded once more. Alright; that settled that. Now he'd just say a quick goodbye to Kairi and then be on his way.

Aqua glanced up at the boys but didn't say anything. She guessed she was staying behind then, and Ven too; she could see his disappointment when she looked over at him.

"Just let me say goodbye to Kairi quick and then we'll leave," Sora said to Terra, and to his friends in general. "The trip shouldn't take long...Maybe a few days." There were a lot of worlds to check, after all.
Riku nodded. "Right," he said. That made sense, but he just hoped they didn't run into any serious trouble. Hopefully there wasn't a great threat to the worlds.

Sora waved briefly to his friends, though he'd be back over once he said goodbye to Kairi. And now Terra had a chance to say bye to Ven and Aqua, too. He walked back over in the direction he had come from, seeing the girl he loved sitting on the beach.

Aqua put a hand on Ven's shoulder, smiling weakly at him because of his disappointed posture. It was only a few days; Terra would be back soon. Besides, she was kind of relieved Ven wasn't going either. She never did like him being in harm's way.

Kairi stared at the water, still hugging her knees as she waited for Sora to return. She heard footsteps nearby and turned her head, seeing him coming over. She blinked and loosened her hold on her legs, wondering what had just been discussed.

Sora stopped in front of Kairi, eyes soft with the knowledge that he was leaving her. He bent down and held out both hands to help her up, though he started explaining right away. "Terra and I are gonna leave right away to check it out," he said softly.
Kairi lifted her hands and slid them into Sora's, though she nodded slightly. She should have figured that would happen, that he would be leaving as soon as he could.

Sora helped Kairi to her feet, having no trouble tugging at her light weight. "Hopefully it won't take too long," he said softly. "Probably just a few days." If they ran into trouble, though, it could take longer.
Kairi let a weak smile show on her face, the girl nodding as she kept her hold on Sora's hands. "Alright," she said softly, not knowing what else to say. A few days, that was okay. After all, she'd gone a year before.

Sora smiled weakly, sad to leave Kairi. But she was safe here, and even if danger came, he trusted Riku to keep her safe. Things would be fine without him around for a few days.
"Please be careful," Kairi said quietly, her eyes on Sora's. She didn't want him getting hurt, or Terra either. Things had been going so well around here, and she wanted it to stay that way.

"I will," Sora promised gently, having expected Kairi to say something like that. He leaned forward and gave her a light kiss on the forehead before he withdrew a little bit, looking down at her smaller figure. "Love you, Kai."
Kairi's smile turned genuine, soft at Sora's gesture. "I love you too," she said gently, squeezing his hands in hers. She loved him with all her heart, which was why she believed he would keep his promise.

Sora lightly squeezed Kairi's hands back, a faint smile on his lips. "I'll see you in a few days," he promised softly, gently taking his hands back out of hers. He'd work his hardest to come back to her quickly.
Kairi nodded a little, linking her hands behind her back. Yes, Sora would. And she hoped those few days went by quickly. She wanted him safely home.

Sora flashed Kairi his trademark smile, stepping over and backward a few steps as he waved to her. It was time he left, so that he could return to her that much sooner. Hopefully Terra was already done with his farewells.
Kairi giggled despite her small amount of sadness. You big goof, she thought, watching Sora go. Come back soon.

Sora turned so that he was walking forward, reaching his other group of friends in just a few seconds. "Ready?" he asked Terra, who just nodded. He looked back to the rest of his friends and waved slightly, looking over all of them. "See you guys later."
"Hurry back," Aqua said with a weak smile. She wanted both Sora and Terra back safely, and soon. She never liked being left out of the action, in case one of them got hurt.

Terra hummed and nodded, stuck on Aqua's expression for a moment. But he snapped himself out of it and waved faintly to his friends, starting to walk away when Sora did the same. The younger brunet hit his armor first when they stopped a few feet away, but Terra was right behind him, armor appearing around his form.
Roxas stood beside Namine, his arm around her as he watched Sora and Terra summon their armor. He wasn't sad he was missing out on the action; he had enough of emotional stress to last him a while.

Sora hopped onto his Keyblade Glider when it came back around, the teen skillfully balancing on it. He saw Terra get onto his beside him, and the two of them briefly nodded to each other before they started towards the sky and disappeared into a portal that Sora summoned. Time to take care of business.
Kairi watched the boys go until they disappeared. "See you soon," she said softly, feeling a light breeze blow her red hair over her shoulders. Her small smile slowly faded once the portal disappeared, knowing that all she could do now was wait.
