Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Aqua let her eyes divert to another part of the room, disliking how everyone was against her on this decision. However, it wasn't even decided; it was merely an option she was offering, and Ventus refused. It wasn't that she lacked faith in him; she was just scared for his safety.

"Let's get going," Ventus said after a few moments of silence, looking past Aqua to Riku. He didn't want to fight Aqua anymore; he wanted to see Terra and see if there was anything he could do to help. And besides, they had to defeat Xehanort before he got even more powerful.

Riku nodded to Ven in agreement before turning to the past Master. "Master Yen Sid," he addressed the man, "we appreciate your help." He helped them come to the conclusion that there wasn't any other way to save Sora, though it was disheartening. But it did clear up some confusion.

Aqua blinked and lifted her eyes to the Master. "Mm," she hummed softly, nodding once. Her eyebrows were furrowed in seriousness, the young woman now aware that there wasn't a way she could win this battle. It would go the way the boys wanted.

Master Yen Sid nodded, though he had one more thing to offer them before they left. "Riku," he started, "both Aqua and Ventus have armor to protect themselves during the hard battle to come. It would do you well to have some as well." He waved his hand over a small part of the desk, a piece of armor appearing in front of him for Riku to take.

Riku approached the desk, seeing the piece of armor that would replace the wrist guard on his left arm. He picked up the armor and attached it, flexing his hand at the added weight. "Thank you, sir," Riku said with a nod, eyes on Master Yen Sid now.

Master Yen Sid gave Riku a nod, showing his response to his gratitude. But then he turned to look at all of the teens in the room. "Go now," he said, eyebrows furrowed in serious. "You all know the consequences of failing." He knew that he was grave when he said such a thing, but he never was one for sugar-coating the truth. If they failed, the worlds would fall to Darkness at Xehanort's hand.

Ventus nodded, standing upright and looking to Master Yen Sid. Yeah...he knew the consequences. That was why he was going to fight the best he could and set things right.

Aqua nodded once again and proceeded to slightly bow to Master Yen Sid, acting out of proper courtesy. She appreciated what information he gave them, but now it was time for them to go.

Ven saw Aqua bow out of the corner, and he immediately realized that he should bow as well. He bent down a little bit before he stood upright again, his eyes finding the Master. It was time for them to go and fight Xehanort.

Riku bowed as well, though he was a little late to the proper manner, never having met Master Yen Sid before and knowing how to...well, act. Regardless, he stood upright again and turned to Aqua, ready to leave on her command.

Aqua caught Riku's eyes and nodded once, turning around and heading for the door. It was time to face Master Xehanort, and hopefully defeat him once and for all.

Ven turned around and started walking towards the door as well, trying to prepare himself for what was to come. He was scared, but he had to be brave and fight anyway.

Aqua led the way through the small crevice in the rocks, the crossroads made by Keyblades straight ahead. "Be ready for anything, you two," she said over her shoulder, all business. This showdown would be another case of life and death, and she didn't want to lose another one of them the same way Sora had gone.

Riku nodded once, eyebrows furrowed over his eyes as he concentrated. He could feel his adrenaline beginning to pump through his veins, sensing Darkness nearby. He glanced down at the armor that covered his forearm, seeing a small blue button. That had to be what activated his own set of armor, and he believed he would know when to do that. It would protect him from Xehanort's Darkness.

Ven silently nodded, his eyes wandering across the area. Nothing had changed in eleven years...It was incredible. Of course, this place was familiar for another reason: he was just here with Sora a little while ago. His eyes focused in one direction when he caught onto movement, his eyes narrowing in seriousness. Xehanort was here.

Xehanort walked out of a portal, not walking far once he was out of it. He stopped a few feet out of it, a smile on his lips when he saw the young man he had been waiting for. Ventus had arrived, and now he would proceed to the next step of his plan and extract Vanitas from him.

Aqua's serious gaze turned into a glare upon seeing Xehanort not far away, near the middle of the crossroads just like before. She walked a few more feet forward before stopping herself, at the same place she had stood with Terra and Ven, and also Sora and Riku once before.

Riku's hands curled into fists as he came to a stop on one side of Aqua, his bright eyes set on the man opposite them. The Darkness from him was incredibly strong, and it reeked. It only made Riku frown more, his jaw flexing for what this man also did to his best friend. He was going to pay.

"Ventus," Xehanort said, staring directly at the boy who was stopped beside his friend Aqua. "Welcome once more, my boy, to the Keyblade Graveyard." He surely knew the place; he had fought Vanitas here a long time ago. And, of course, this was the last place he saw before he fell asleep for eleven years.

Ventus frowned, a soft sound of disgust leaving his lips. He didn't want to be here...He wanted to be happy with his friends. But he couldn't be that way now; Xehanort had taken away one of his best friends, and now it was time to get Terra back.

Aqua kept her glare on the old man, even though he abducted Terra's younger body. Her best friend was still in there, and she hoped to get him back today, with Ven's help. It was only right if they both worked together on this, as well as Riku, since Terra passed him the power of the Keyblade. Aqua stayed silent, however, not finding a chance to speak.

"You know what I want," Xehanort said, continuing to keep his focus on Ventus even though he was speaking to everyone in general. "We can do this the easy way or the hard way." No matter what they chose, he would get his way.
Riku made a sound of distaste at the man's offer. "I think we all can assume that it's going to be the hard way," he said lowly, though his voice was loud enough for Master Xehanort to hear. Certainly the old Keyblade Master knew that.

"Very well, then," Xehanort said with a nod. "Let's get started." He summoned his Keyblade into his grasp, getting into a battle position so that he could sort everything out. Ventus would fight him, and he would retrieve Vanitas out of him.

Ven saw Xehanort summon his Keyblade, and so he prepared as well. He brought up a hand and smacked his piece of armor lightly, light forming around him as his full armor appeared.

Aqua grunted, bringing a hand up and hitting her armor just after Ven did. She glared at Xehanort as the bright light enveloped the area, aware that Riku activated his armor as well.

Riku's vision was tinted when the light faded, and he knew it was because of the helmet on his head. His Keyblade was in hand as well, the boy gripping it with gloves now covering his fingers. The armor was heavier, but he had enough strength to move around in it; he had to, or he would die.

Ven twirled his Keyblade in his hand, holding it with his usual grip as he looked at Xehanort. He saw the man lifted a hand and motion for one of them to come at him, and Ventus scowled in disgust behind his helmet. Unlike the last time, Terra wasn't here to hold him back, so he ran forward first.

Aqua saw Ventus run forward, and she instantly went after him. "Riku!" she hollered. They had to stay close to Ven, or else Master Xehanort would get his chance!

Riku grunted, kicking off the weight of one foot as he sprinted forward, keeping up with the others as they raced toward Xehanort. Even if he was focused on the villain, he also noticed how fast Ven was. Keeping up with him may prove to be difficult.

Xehanort saw Ven leading the others, and he "hmphed" with a smirk present on his face. He summoned dark orbs out of the ground and fired them, though Ventus dodged them without losing any speed. He hoped that the other two would be slowed down; then he could focus on Ventus.

Aqua's eyes widened at the orbs, but she managed to cartwheel out of the way, continuing her sprint forward. However, she didn't neglect the boy running a few feet parallel to her, the woman lifting her Keyblade and casting Protect around Riku.

Riku saw the nearly transparent spell surround him, so he didn't stop his run. His form collided with the earthy orbs, but he didn't slow down. He continued to pursue Xehanort, not about to be taken down that easily.

Ventus reached Xehanort before the other two, immediately swinging his Keyblade at the man who stole his best friend's body. A battle cry left his lips at the swing, though the attack was hindered by Xehanort. He grunted, seeing the way that Xehanort stared at him as if he were hungry for something.

Riku caught Aqua going to the left out of the corner of his eye, and he naturally went in the opposite direction, traveling right. He knew that unless Xehanort was distracted, he would have to use close-range attacks. The man was too aware of what was happening around him to trick.

Aqua pointed her Keyblade in the air as she sprinted at an angle toward Xehanort, calling to a striking element. Bright light flashed as lightning crashed down around Xehanort and Ventus, the woman hoping she hit her target.
